These are the best HVAC people around. They fixed our air conditioner for a very reasonable price and wait time!

I had already called five places closer to me to come fix my Central A/C. NOT ONE called me back. Finally, I went further ahead to Lowell and called Cool-Rite Mechanical, Inc. Best decision ever! They called me back same day, and scheduled an appointment to be at my condo the next morning...Turns out my system needed a part ordered...Called me and set up a time for today to come fix it. Again, was right on time and got the thing fixed and running in 20 minutes. Why would you call anyone other than these guys?

First time using Cool-Rite Mechanical. David was prompt, polite and professional. The diagnosis was tricky the first go around but keyed in on the problem with the thermostat! Our Restaurants heater stopped working at 5pm. We called that night and the techs were there working this morning. They were both extremely professional and fast. Thank you so much for everything, we will definitely call back should we need anything in the future.

Tony B. saved us! We had another company work on our furnace for 4 days only to tell us they couldn't fix it and we needed to buy a new furnace. We had no heat for the week it took to get other company to schedule us in and then 4 days to tell us they couldn't fix it. Tony came out quickly - the same day- I called him and we had heat within 2 hours!

The other company said they don't make the parts to fix my furnace that was only 13 years old but Tony found a new part within an hour! Tony was professional and quick and most importantly to us - trustworthy! I highly recommend them!

Cool Rite was amazing. Showed up within two hours of the call, Friday afternoon 90 degrees out. The service was so good. They explained everything to me and fixed the AC in less than an hour. Great service and super nice guys! Highly recommend! I had the same experience when my heat broke. Super responsive, great communication- couldn't ask for better service!

We couldn't be more happy with Cool Rite Mechanical. I called for no heat and they responded within a few hours. Tony diagnosed the problem quickly and got the heat running. We mentioned to him that we were smelling something funny from the furnace exhaust. Another diagnosis completed quickly, unfortunately repair not as simple as the no heat. The heat exchanger was leaking. Luckily a replacement was available and it was ordered from a local supply house.

Cool Rite came back and installed the next morning. We are grateful for their concern and making sure we are safe in our home. We have dumped our old service company and will call Cool Rite.

I just bought my house and needed the Gas heater checked out. We hired Cool-Rite (Tony, David and Ryan) to install a whole new system (Furnace, AC compressor and new Digital thermostat) after receiving outrageous quotes from some larger local competitors. After meeting Tony, we were extremely impressed with his professionalism and the time spent explaining our options. His pricing was straight forward with "No BS, " which we really appreciated.

Once they started working, they were always punctual, clean, respectful/personable and willing to answer any of our questions. We are extremely happy with our new system! So look no further because this awesome family run business is quality!

Our air conditioner quit on us in the middle of a heat wave. I thought there was no way I would get some one to come out the same day to take a look at it. I called when Cool-Rite opened, they had a tech at our house in about 30 minutes, he had to run out to get a part and still had us up and running before 9:30am. Our tech was great, very personable and seemed to really care about doing the job right. Explained all he saw and what he did.

My usual company wanted over $300 just to check it out after hours call as that was the best they could do. Will call Cool-Rite again in the future if we need additional service.

I called Cool-Rite for an emergency service call yesterday morning as my AC broke on a hot day with 3 dogs at home. They quickly accommodated this and had someone to my door in 30min so I didn't have to call out of work and stay home! Ryan was very professional and diagnosed the problem quickly and discussed prices before he made any repairs. Highly recommend!

My heat stopped working but I didn't notice it until later at night. Tried to figure it out with the help of a friend but couldn't. I had used them to fix an AC issue last summer so called again. They called right back and worked with my teacher schedule to come first thing the next day. David was super nice, professional and had no issues with me watching and questioning so I could learn. Got everything working within a few hours and heat was back. Super! Also noticed my water heater was leaking and got me a good estimate to work on that too. Second time using them and very happy. I was out running errands, but instead of the typical "you're not here, so I'm leaving" approach I've gotten with other service companies, Jay stayed and waited for me. Turns out my system needed a part ordered (it's a custom unit), so Jay said he'd follow up with me the Tuesday after when the part came in. Called me Tuesday morning and set up a time for today to come fix it. Again, was right on time for a 12pm visit today and got the thing fixed and running in 20 minutes. Why would you call anyone other than these guys?
