The last few days my Heat pump was not cooling as it normally had, Comfort services set a tech by the name of Joel. Joel is a highly professional individual who found the problem right away. Joel has an out going personality, easy to talk with and I would recommend him and ask for him on any future repairs. The repair was a fix on an older unit and I also had spoken with a sales rep on a replacement unit to be installed on a later date. Joel repaired my current unit so we can remain cool until that day arrives.
I also thought Reedie Ward, the sales rep and tech regarding the proper size unit to be installed was, as well, very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain and answer all my questions and essentially sold a carrier to me with paper work to be done in near future, I would add that the lady on the phone, I believe her name was Lisa was very helpful on getting the appointment's set up for meeting with Reedie and for Joel to do the service for continued function and cooling. This company has great service. I did not see a bad rating, the reason for my decision to go with them.
