Price was as quoted. Constructed a custom support for the air handler to minimize vibration. Spent extra time snaking 5 wire thermostat cable so all functions would perform properly. Cleaned up all waste.

Mr. Benavides was polite, on time and explained what he was going to do and why. His assistant was equally polite. I would have him service my AC/ heating unit again in the future. My only minor complaint is that he or his assistant were not meticulously careful when removing the unit and there was a little stain on my carpet as a result.
