James B. was on time, very personable, & thoroughly explained the air duct cleaning process and benefits of it. I was very impressed with the results.

Alan is a great communicator. He discussed everything very thoroughly with my husband and I about installing a new furnace and air conditioner. I would recommend them.

I had a great experience with James, he did a great job I really felt he had my Mom's best interest at heart. Clint was very professional, friendly and helpful. He answered all our questions and got the job done in a timely manner.

We had a water heater break down and needed it replaced next day. Our house has a complex set up that is not the industry standard. Receptionist was pleasant and helpful. Clint was knowledgeable, gave us options and pros and cons for each since our set up is unique and not done anymore. He wasn't pushy at all. He explained everything very well in terms we could understand.

He was also very nice to my two young boys that were interested in what was happening. He was respectful of our house and cleaned up everything as he went. I would rate him 100/10. Would highly recommend. He also coincidentally did work at my mothers house over a year ago and he was so nice my mother remembers him. Thanks again!

I called comfort heroes on a Sunday after coming home from a trip to a house where our AC had stopped working. I was told i could get someone out sunday, but would pay a premium price instead of waiting for Monday. I decided to wait until Monday and had Jeff come out. He came out around lunch gave me a couple options and quotes for both. We were told it would be 2 weeks before I could get an AC replaced.

He called his boss and they decided that if I could decide quick enough he would schedule me that evening. He came over after 7pm and stayed until I had a working AC. I will say, I don't think they are the cheapest contractor to work with. The do price high, but if you want someone that will come in whenever you need them and stay there to get it done they are the ones to call and especially Jeff.

I am sure he would rather be at home with his family, but instead said my house was way too hot and we needed him to fix it more. it was very much appreciated and I couldn't rate him high enough. Thanks Jeff! I will be calling them again.

Your team members are wonderful, very knowledgeable and professional. My only issue is with your pricing. While the most recent service pricing was great, overall, You're priced SIGNIFICANTLY higher than your competitors. 9 times out of 10, I'll choose your competition solely based on your fees being WAY too high. Example, I had your team give me a quote for a larger water heater, you wanted over $7000, while one of your competitors only charged me for the actual price of the unit and their service installation time which resulted in a me paying under $4000 for the same size water heater. I love your people, I hate your pricing.

Original plumber (Kyle, gets 1 star) did an awful job. While trying to fix the original issue, ended up breaking & creating more issues with little communication of resolution. As more issues were created by him, he just kept charging us more and more without any explanation as to why price kept going up or solutions of making the customer happy with service.

When he was done, the shower faucet wasn't flush to the wall, leaving a 1/2 inch gap, and water temp was lukewarm at best. Terrible experience originally. Later, another plumber (Clint- 5 stars) went above and beyond to remedy any issues previously created. He was friendly, helpful and very assisting of issues noted. He went out of his way to do more for us and make sure we got everything done that we would like and they were done properly! Great person to work with! Depending on plumber, would recommend them.

Great experience! They were able to come out on the same day (which was essential given our problem). I received a text and followed the link to see the service tech's location and how long until he would be at my house. The tech, Clint, fixed the problem quickly and answered all my questions. He was very helpful and professional. I will use them again based on this experience.

We had a pipe burst and called Comfort Keepers in the early AM before business hours. Call was answered quickly and Clint was dispatched ASAP. He arrived and fixed the issue quickly! We had envisioned having to find somewhere to stay until the repair could be made but he gave us the damages, fixed the issue, and had our water back on within an hour! AMAZING!

I always hope for fast service but Comfort Heroes got Kyle there so fast that my ruptured water heater had not even stopped draining when he arrived. I now understand their name. Even though I was bailing 40 gallons of hot water out of my basement it was comforting to know that I was important enough to them for that fast of a response. Thank you again Kyle for another amazing experience! Hopefully I don't see you again for a while. Lol

It is always kind of hit or miss if you get a plumber that you actually enjoy talking to. KYLE was honestly a delightful person he was very respectful and he even joked around with my four-year-old daughter when she came to see what he was doing. I will happily choose KYLE for any further needs that I have that he is able to cover. Very very pleased with the service received today.

Jeff and Tim did a great job. We really appreciated Comfort Heroes quick response time and availability when our furnace went out and needed to be replaced. Although it was more expensive than expected, they were able to start on it immediately and get our house heated before the coldest night of the year. We also appreciated Jeff's honest advice, patience, and excellent customer service.

Kyle is my hero! I came home to a burst pipe and water in my basement. He arrived quickly and immediately set me at ease. He knows his job and does it well. And with a great attitude and kindness. I had an issue with my sump pump when I was out of town. We ended up with a very soggy carpet in a spare bedroom and a hallway. After taking care of that mess over the weekend, I needed to figure out what was wrong with the pump. I quick call to Golden Rule had someone at my door within an hour. Turns out the pump was fine but the pipe wasn't sucking up the water.

He fixed my issue for no more than the normal service fees, and I can relax. With a "flood warning" in effect tonight and heavy rains expected, they fit me in on almost no notice. This is the 2nd time I've used these guys and I only have good things to say. It's no fun having plumbing or heating issues. I'm glad these guys are around for when those problems pop up.

My experience with Golden Rule was outstanding. They were prompt, professional, and offered much more competitive pricing than others quotes I had received to replace my hot water heater. I would definitely recommend Golden Rule plumbing to any friends and family for a quick, quality & professional experience.
