I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Ron from Comfort Heroes!! During our recent heat wave in June my AC quit working and Ron made a special effort to fit me into his very busy schedule that afternoon. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable and professional and was able to quickly determine the problem with my AC and had the required replacement part on hand so was able to remedy the problem immediately. I highly recommend this company!

We have been working with Ron Young for over 20 years as our air condition specialist. His current team of Brock and Joe along with Ron have been terrific. They come on time are courteous and friendly. They get to the bottom of a problem and fix it. We also have Comfort Heroes on a maintenance program that keeps are system running smoothly and efficiently. It also saves a lot of money in the long run. A terrific company to work with.

We had Comfort Heroes convert our existing old HVAC system to a zoned system. They replaced all the accessible ducting (bigger and more air flow) & cleaned out the others in our first story walls. Then they installed dampers & thermostats & also soundproofing in the return box. After a few calls for fine-tuning the system, everything is working great.

I'd highly recommend them for any type of HVAC work from repair to maintenance to installation. It was a messy job due to the age of the old ducting and attic blown-in insulation, but they were extremely neat, clean and careful about making a minimal mess in the house. ***GREAT JOB***

Comfort Heroes is the best. They took care of me for 30 years when I lived in San Fernando Valley, Ca then I moved to Garden Grove. Comfort Heroes have been a life saver for us. We had our AC system go dark a few years ago in the middle of a heat wave over a weekend. Comfort Heroes sent someone on a Sunday to fix the system and we then used them to replace our entire AC system and upgrade our HVAC and ducting. The best at what they do! Brock is the nicest and most efficient technician. He's slways very polite and does a great job whenever he comes out to maintain our hvac system. I would absolutely use comfort heroes again. Hard working, very reliable and professional technicians. Ron worked closely with me to find an HVAC system that fit my budget and needs. He was very patient. Given the expense of a new HVAC system, it took me a while to decide what I wanted to do. Brock and Joe provided expert install and were available for all questions and tweaks to the system. Highly recommend!

This is my second review for Ron Young and Comfort Heroes. Once again Ron came to my rescue when I had a problem with my air conditioner. Not only did he come promptly, at a time when I know he would have been super busy as summer was starting to hot up, but he made himself available on a weekend, at a time to suit me. He was then happy to answer any questions I had, even to the point of answering text messages on a Saturday night. I cannot rate Ron and Comfort Air highly enough!

Top notch all around! I had Brock out to service my mini-split and the service was 5 stars across the board - from punctuality to professionalism to knowledge to pride of work. This unit was installed hastily by another company and Brock undid all the shoddy workmanship and reinstalled everything cleanly and correctly. Everything works perfectly now! I'll be using Comfort Heroes for all my HVAC needs in the future! Highly recommend. Really nice folks to boot.

I have always loved using Comfort Heroes since the day they installed our heating/air conditioning unit seven years ago. Ron was very thorough and installed a great unit. His employees are awesome. Joe and Brock are both very professional and very polite. They always do a thorough check of our system to make sure its operating at peak condorion. I highly recommend Comfort Heroes for your heating and air conditioning needs. They're the best!

We were thinking of replacing our AC but needed to have ours serviced in the meantime. So we hired them. They charged us $250 just to hose down the Units filter, & do a diagnostic. They didnt replace our filter in the house just told us what to go buy. Then told us we had too much coolant and it would ve an additional $161 to remove the 1st lb and then $71 for each lb after.

We were VERY unhappy that none of this was included in the $250. I don't blame the guy who came out he was great. Its the company's policy that I have issues with. We were overcharged for hardly any work.

This is a two part review for Comfort Heroes. 1) Our 20 year old air condition broke down in July, 2018. We called a repair company that got it working for literally a day, before it failed again. Called a second company. They told us we needed a new mother board. Had that replaced and another failed attempt. Now we paid over $1000 to two companies for nothing, and we are dying in over 100 degree weather. Driving home I saw a nice looking yellow and blue van parked on the street called Comfort Heroes. Convinced our air conditioner unit was finished, we called Comfort Heroes to inquire on getting a new air conditioner. Ron came and said before we talk about a new unit he wanted to look at the existing one.

A little after an hour later, our air conditioner was miraculously working! 2) Fast forward to October 2018. Our old unit is still working great. However, it is inefficient and loud. We decided it is best to bite the bullet and get a new one. We contacted Ron at Comfort Heroes to get a quote and one other company that we had not dealt with but had good reviews.

Comfort Heroes price was a bit higher, but we decided to go with them because they were so patient with all our questions and never placed any pressure on us. When we signed the contract he said, "Welcome to the family." Comfort Heroes does not out source workers. Ron had two employees with him on the job; Chad and Bob. Both gentleman are so kind and professional.

The project took longer than expected because our attic access is challenging, but we didn't mind because they were so pleasant to deal with and trustworthy. I had to leave the house on several occasions. I would not normally ever consider leaving a working crew alone in my house but I felt very comfortable. If you meet them you will know what I mean.

One night after they went home, there was a sudden unexpected down pour. We told Ron. Both him and Chad came over immediately at 10:00 pm to make sure everything on the roof was covered nicely. I really doubt any other company would do that. So we have had our new system in place for a couple days now and it is wonderful. So incredibly quiet and an excellent air flow throughout the house.

We got the Daikin 4 ton, 2 stage, 16 seer. We definitely made the right choice to go with Comfort Heroes. I highly recommend them! You can not go wrong. Oh; and I now know why Ron said welcome to the family. They really treated us like we were as important to them as their own families.
