Both gentlemen who came out were very informed, very helpful in our decision, very pleasant to talk with & answered all our questions. All the warranties also helped us make our decision to replace confidently.

Josh thoroughly checked the UV air sanitizer/deodorizer and replaced the burned-out bulbs. Very professional work. Diagnosed the leaking compressor on Sunday and had a new AC installed less than 24hrs later. The cash and military discounts are appreciated and made the new system a great value. Provide a comprehensive estimate for a mini split for my garage. AC stopped working. Called at 8:30 pm. Bryan was here by 9:30 pm. He cleared a clogged drain line and had AC restored in 20 minutes. Can I give 6 stars for service?

I have been living in heat for 3 weeks. I am a Diabetic and so the heat caused my blood sugars to be over 350 daily. Comfort Experts was recommended by a friend. I called them and they came out to see me immediately. Charles Lloyd, the Sales Rep, listened to our concerns, explained all our options and put us at ease. It was very easy for us to make a decision even though this was a little more costly than other companies.

He immediately arranged for a portable unit to be placed in my home so I was able to sleep last night. Today they came and did the installation I am so happy. I know I will be sleeping tonight a very happy person. My unit is beautiful and my house is cool.

Richard was top notch, clearly explained the services he performed, made recommendations to improve air quality and offered Gold Comfort maintenance plan which I signed up for, it is a great value. I do remember my technicians name, it was John. John and his partner Ivan, did an excellent job on the install. And there was an issue with a small Freon leak at one of the flares, and John was Johnny on the spot and had a repaired immediately. This team did an excellent job.

Charlie, John and Levi were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly! They just finished the install of a new AC system today and they did a super job, left zero mess and my AC is nice and cold! We had some furnace issues later in the evening this past weekend and had a real hard time finding anyone who was willing to come out and help, including our regular hvac service in which we were a maintenance plan holder. Not only did Jim from Comfort Experts come out at 11pm, he was super knowledgeable and professional. Needless to say we will be dropping our current hvac service and going with them for all future service request!

This company harasses you to the point of becoming a nuisance. They have been calling me over and over for maintenance to a home I haven't lived at since 2013. I have blocked their number no less than 12 times and they keep calling from other numbers. At what point do they get the hint I don't want their business? Is it the 10 year mark of never responding or something else? I would never do business with them.

If you are looking to be scammed and you have disposable income please give them a call. Even the salespeople were arrogant and self absorbed. This company is straight SHOW ME THE MONEY! I would bet the owner lives that good life and if you hire them you're probably paying for yacht fuel.

I hate to leave bad reviews but this company took such advantage of my 90 year old mother that it is criminal. They sold her a new AC system she didn't need claiming " It might not last through the summer." Well, a car might not last another year but is that any reason to put a new engine in it? I have to confess that they sold me a VERY pricy AC system and, among other things, told me that if I'm EVER not happy with the pricy electronic air filter system I could get all my money back. TOTAL LIARS!

Not luck on that one. Their salesman are extremely slick and will scare the pants off you to make a sale. My suggestion is to run as fast as you can away from this company. Ask around to friends and neighbors to get recommendations for a fair and reliable AC company.

Don't be fooled by Business Managers lengthy reply to my previous complaint! All parts were new and installed by Comfort Experts in August of 2017 so, they should have honored their parts and service warranty! The parts that rusted out should have been coated with a protective sealant so as to avoid this costly mistake but, they did not take the time to do this either!

If the maintenance service done in March had been done properly, this problem should have been noticed and corrected. I can't believe they had the nerve to come to my home and charge me an $89.00 diagnostic fee to tell me that they screwed up and then tried to get me to pay to fix the problem they created. Then replied that their diagnostic fees are free if you call them for a second opinion? Believe me when I say "YOU DO NOT WANT TO HIRE THESE PEOPLE."

I will go through all the service calls my 88 year old mother and 93 year old father had to go through with your company.

As for error on the cautious side, that meant to present them with a Synchrony Credit Card app for them to sign in which they did not know what they were signing! Am I the only one to give your company a one star? NO! Also consider the number of times they were without air conditioning because of a failed system waiting for someone to come out, even if it was covered under your $352 per year Gold service. 3/24/2011 Air Condition install with 1 year gold service $6,455 3/7/2013 Performing diagnostics? $89.95 9/9/2013 Found bad relay need to order, renew gold membership $352.00 9/17/2013 Replacement of Thermostat $352.00 (after gold member savings) 10/1/2013 Found wire to motor installed to tight. $0.00 3/12/2014 Renew gold member service, and cleaning $363.50 8/19/2014 Float switch replaced $67.00 8/23/2014 Service Thermostat $0.00 9/12/2015 Drain line clogged $124.00 2/15/2017 Start assist cup failing $0.00 6/15/2015 All duct work replaced due to excessive condensation from air handler improperly Being installed at an angle causing access water to build up under the unit.

This was the explanation That was given directly to me from the Comfort Express Service technician who did all the duct work Total cost: $5089.00 My mother was given a Synchrony credit card app to sign at 29.9% which she signed before I was able To come to the house. She passed away this last July with the bill going into default. You are correct my numbers were off and for that I am sorry.

Why would u give this company a one star.but that's been several years ago so I will write an awesome review.as they deserve! Derek Riley came to my home and fixed an issue with a leaky AC.that took another lame company 4 hours to "fix". He was professional.was dressed nice and was courteous to a frustrated homeowner.actually I was even crying while sipping my wine while he explained the issue that was still there.lol.i would recommend them to anyone and will.

Called for service on Saturday afternoon after my air conditioning went out. Was told initially that first available service appointment was going to be Sunday between 10 AM and noon. Got a call from Derek the Service technician and he had wrapped up a job early Saturday evening. Came in at 8:30 PM and left a little after 9 PM. He Found a bad capacitor in the condenser unit and had a replacement in his truck. Got the air working and did not have to spend the night without air-conditioning in Florida which everyone can appreciate. Derek was very professional, dressed in uniform, even wearing shoe covers. He explained the entire service, pricing was very fair and reasonable, he was honest and friendly. I would highly recommend using Comfort Experts.

Wish I could give negative stars. This is the most joke of a company I've ever had to deal with. Most unorganized and unprofessional group people. Been going on over a week with no ac they have sent multiple "technicians" multiple times and still can't get the job done. Every time they schedule to come early they have showed up after 5pm when everything is closed and can't get the part they need.

Or so they say. So far have dished out over $500 with no results whatsoever. I have no idea how they have the audacity to call themselves experts at anything. Well with the exception of giving customers the run around and their "technicians" being experts at watching TV at my home instead of doing their job. I don't know who watched more of Madagascar my 3yr old or the guy they sent.

Please don't go to this company anyone please unless you like giving money away for nothing. I have never written a review on anything ever but I feel it's my duty as a decent human being to tell other people to PLEASE heed my warnings. DO NOT CALL COMFORT EXPERTS. Also what's funny about comfort experts is I have a "gold standard membership" witch is $20 a month for priority calling with 24hr on call people.

And yet and still I continue to get the run around. So I guess I'll just continue to sweat while I go to literally any other company. Because it's after 5 when they said they would be here again for the 3rd time still no show. What a joke

I signed up for a service plan when I first bought my house. Had a problem with the outside unit and they sent out a service tech who said the compressor had gone bad. Paid them $1300 dollars for a small compressor and install. When they came for the next service the tech told me my service plan was about to expire and if I didn't renew the warranty on the compressor I had just paid so much for would be void.

I didn't renew, it sounded very much like extortion to me. Unfortunately I had another problem with the ac, blowing but no cold air. Called them, felt they should stand behind the problem. But this time they said it was the coil and priced the repair at $1973 or over $4000 just to replace the entire outside unit and that if I didn't confirm soon the price could go up!

I called Bogan's air for an alternate option and Matt quoted me a price of $900 to replace the coil the same job Extreme Comfort had excessively quoted as $1973! So Bogan's did the job fast, and professionally for more than half the price less! Stay clear of Extreme Comfort way over priced and high pressure sales!

Their technician came, did a service check on our unit and, after he left, our AC air handler suddenly was leaking water all over the place. We filled half a bucket with the water that came out of the condenser pan and pipe. We called twice before they were able to reach the technician who eventually called us back. When he did, we explained what was going on.

He said he was on his way to another call and would call us back when he was done. If the problem persisted, he said he would stop by to check what happened. We never heard from him again. We also sent the company an email outlining what happened and never got a response from them either. So much for "service."
