Excellent! I went though several A/C companies before I found Climate Control Services. Three years ago I was told to replace my A/C unit but Climate Control fixed it cheaply and it has worked ever since! Honesty and reliability is all I could ask for

Wonderful people and a wonderful experience. I will recommend to anyone in the market for new systems. Couldnt have done any better at their jobs.

I had my AC unit replaced, my old one mostly likely was damaged when the siding was replaced. Climate Control came out and inspected the lines and ran some tests. I was given the option to repair or replace it, I chose to replace the unit. I was offered the next day and was very pleased with all of the works involved. It was so hot and they ran out of water and they were working past dinner.

I had to make sure they were hydrated and got them some food. These guys work hard in the heat to keep us cool. Treat them well! 5 stars to these guys and ladies who take the phone calls!

I noticed my hot water heater had water pooled around the bottom. Climate control services took a look at it and told me it was still under the manufacturers warranty, I would have had no idea! Nate and Reagan took the old one out and brought back a new one to install. They knew what they were doing, explained everything to me and told me what to watch out for. They even made sure I knew how to light the pilot light, being in my first home I didn't know! Very thorough and professional guys!

I could not do 0 stars because it's not a choice but I so would give them 0 stars. had my A/C unit installed on 6/5/20 and today it went. The unit per Tom has a 10-year warranty but the only way to have its services is by paying a $119 service fee plus the labor cost for a broken compressor. What a rip off and what's the point of having a 10-year warranty.

The fact that I had to call another company to have them replace it and they were so disgusted that they would not replace it for me they gave me a discount. If anyone needs a good service company contacts intelligent service. They only charge $29 for a service fee and will waive it if you have them service it. Not like this rip-off company. So disappointed and will be sharing this with friends and family.

By the way, TOM called me to address my post and still was arguing and did not believe what the other company is charging me so I will post my receipt. Customer service is out the window these days. So sad, singed a disappointed customer.

I found Climate Control Services while searching for a local HVAC company online and a text box immediately popped up to text them about the issue. At 8:50am, I texted them to say that the AC was not working. At 9am their office called to set up an appointment with Tom. He had 2 appointments before mine. They texted at 10:51am that Tom was on the way.

He got here at 10:55am (he was at another client in Gilberts) and left at 11:15am. He determined the issue and replaced a part all within 20 minutes! He was very personable (not bothered at all by my dog who nudged the garage door open), worked quickly, efficiently and effectively. He also advised that the AC & Furnace were 18 years old and emailed a proposal that evening regarding replacement sometime in the near future. I highly recommend Climate Control Services. They just replaced my old furnace, A/C, and water heater, adding a humidifier and smart thermostat. Tom Wyse, the owner, came to evaluate my needs and explained what he was recommending. He never tried to sell me on anything above what was best suited for my house. He sent proposals the same day for me to review.

The price was fair and reasonable. He even takes care of any applicable rebates for you, and builds that into the final price. His excellent crew was prompt and professional, removing old equipment and installing new in about seven hours (which amazed me). They come completely prepared, with a truck that allows for fabrication on-site. Before they left, they made sure I knew how everything worked and how filters were to be replaced. Tom came another day to run through everything again and answer any questions I had.

I'm really happy with the new quality equipment, and with the first-rate service I received from everyone at Climate Control Services. 2022 Update: the equipment continues to operate perfectly. CCS provides top notch maintenance service that is quick and convenient. Very happy.

Technician did a great job in a timely manner. He was prompt and knowledgeable. The price was much more reasonable than another local company I got an estimate from. Would definitely recommend their services to family and friends and will be using them again in the future. Service: Installation

Amazing customer service, they went way above and beyond for my family! On Christmas day we were without heat so I decided to fill out the online 24 hour emergency service page not expecting much. Again, because it was Christmas day I didn't have any expectations, maybe a return call with an appointment for the next day or something. Not only did I get a prompt call back within the hour, Tom actually came out on Christmas day to fix my heat and get us set up again. Did I mention this was on CHRISTMAS DAY, absolutely A+++ for exceeding expectations and customer satisfaction.

I was very impressed with my entire experience with Climate Control Services. Tom was the very first person we met and was very thorough in his explanation of the equipment he proposed for our home. Tom's knowledge of the product made a difference in our decision to move forward with his proposal. The installation team was very courteous and professional.

I highly recommend Climate Control Services. They installed a new HVAC in my home. They did an excellent installation neat and clean. They increased the return air allowing the system to deliver a greater volume of air flow. The new HVAC system seems much better than the old HVAC. The price was also very competitive. I chose Climate Control because they are an American Standard dealer that installs a matched component system. Tom also took care of all the paper work. Rebates, and warranty registration.

I initially contacted Climate Control Services for a quote on a new Armstrong A/C unit (mine was an Armstrong but 21 years old and while still running well, given it's age, I wanted to be proactive). I told Tom I wasn't interested in having my Armstrong heating system replaced given I had that done in 2012 however, I was having issues high variable temperatures between the 1st and 2nd floors. Tom came out, assessed my home, square footage, calculated the loads, etc. in addition to looking at my current A/C and heating system.

He immediately said that the sheet metal work/ductwork wasn't done correctly (explained why), in addition to the furnace not being installed correctly (again, explaining and showing me why). I asked him to quote me a few different ways; a new A/C unit alone, and entire new Armstrong heating and A/C system. Tom was patient in answering my questions while I reviewed the proposals (more patient than most) and after doing so, I chose to replace both systems. Having read other reviews about Climate Control Services' installs, as well as Tom going over what their protocols are with installs, I was more than pleased to see that they weren't just "words" but the team took extra care with my home (drop cloths, extremely careful not to hit walls, doors, , booties on carpeting even though I said it wasn't necessary, etc.).

As the team was testing the A/C system, my home temp. was 78 degrees, within 10 minutes the interior temp dropped to 72 degrees. Not only did I find that amazing, but the force of air coming out of the registers was much greater than with my older furnace system. Lastly, I have noticed a considerable change, for the better, between my first and second floor.

Both floors, as Tom indicated they would be, are within about a degree or two of each other. With my old system, it was at least 4 degrees, if not more. Many thanks to Tom, Climate Control Services and the entire team!

Tom and his crew are awesome people to work with. Tom explained everything that was going to be done in our home visit. We did email and him with some questions and he answered them promptly. On the day of installation he came out to make sure we did not have any more questions and went over things with his crew. His crew was on time and professional.

They were careful to make sure our pets did not get out, they covered our floors with drop cloths, cleaned up as they went along. They answered any question that we did have as they were doing the installation. After the job was complete they went through with booties on their feet to make sure everything was clean and back in place. They also took all the garbage with them. Nate went over the instructions on how to work the units and emailed the instructions to me making sure that I receive them before he left. Tom called a week later to see if we had any questions and if we were happy. Let me tell you we are VERY HAPPY with the results.

Excellent service all around! Our 15+ year old boiler had stopped working and the night got below freezing, bursting one radiator. Tom Wyse stopped by and inspected everything thoroughly, answered all our questions and gave us an estimate via email the same day for a new boiler and new radiator (~$8k) as well as a link for financing. The crew came out a few days later and worked from 8am til 4pm-ish (apologies for the narrowness of the back stairs and doorway! ).

The boiler made an odd howling sound that night so we called and a different crew came back the next day and changed up a few pipe placements and bled all the radiators again at no extra charge. Now they work like a charm, sooo wonderful to have a toasty house again! Thank you all!
