We arrived two weeks ago and moved in to a 23-year old house. I had great experience with a Trane residential HVAC system in our previous house, and when I saw the Trane unit in our new home, I went to trane.com and looked for authorized local dealers. Air Stars was one of the two listed, so I checked the online reviews and decided to give them a call.

It was a great experience thereafter! Aaron, the service technician, gave our HVAC system a thorough check-out, took pictures and explained them to me, changed the dirty filter, repaired a fault in the outside condenser power supply, and got our AC running smoothly again just in time for hot weather. It's been running great since, with outside temps in the high 90s for a few days.

I know how important it is to routinely maintain an HVAC system, so I signed up for a support plan too, and the following week Cole and Zack came out and gave the ducts a thorough cleaning and checkout, too. They explained everything to us in detail and I was pleased that our system checked out well and is solid for the coming year. I'm a retired engineer, so I know these folks did a great job, and I'm happy to recommend them!

Justin and Ryan were great. Justin came and serviced our system as part of our maintenance contract. He did a fantastic job. We had to order a filter, and it came the next day and Ryan came to install it. While Ryan was here I pointed out that there was a high pitch whine, that we hoped would be fixed by the filer. Ryan continued to investigate and discovered that the grating system in the cold air return was causing the issue. I really appreciate that he took the extra time and figured out what the issue was.

Everyone at Air Stars is amazing to work with. We called and scheduled a quote and had someone out that week. We only had to wait a week to get the install. Henry and RJ were great and did a fantastic job. They were both very polite and professional. Ryan was also very helpful and proficient when he came to do a final check list. We had AC installed and I can already tell this was a good choice.

They were great on communicating where they were with everything and what would be completed that day. They removed our old/outdated HVAC system and installed a new one. We had Air Stars replace our 25 year old furnace and AC units two weeks ago. The price was fair and better than other quotes. The installers, Henry, RJ, and Jeff went above and beyond. They even helped me carry a new backyard water feature, that we had just purchased, from my vehicle to the backyard. Too heavy for me to do that myself. Shout out to Ryan, the performance test tech. This month we had Air Stars replace our old furnace. Since we had never added air conditioner to our 1970's home, we also asked them to fill the need. I was most impressed by the variable speed furnace- extremely quiet! Henry and his crew provided a professional installation while Ryan's follow-up inspection was extremely thorough. Had Henry and Cole come to our house to fix an a/c unit and heat pump we had installed by another company 10 years ago. They were both very nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Felt bad they had to work so long, but just showed us they cared what they were doing to make sure everything worked correctly! They answered all of our questions that we had.

We are very pleased with the air that is coming out of our vents and look forward to finally being able to use using our air conditioning and heater without struggling to get it to put out enough air! Our furnace decided to give out on us a couple of days ago, leaving us in a real bind---especially as the weather continues to get cooler, and the holidays quickly approach. Per a family recommendation we gave Air Stars Heating & Cooling a call to see if they might be able to schedule us in. Lynn in the office was extremely helpful and got us set up with a next day appointment!

They had a cancellation, so it worked out perfectly. One of their service technicians, Ryan Fineran, arrived promptly and took his time diagnosing our system to see why it failed. He was able to determine the cause, and immediately got on the phone to see about getting a replacement part shipped asap. He was very thorough explaining the pros and cons of either repairing or replacing our older unit.

Even though they're extremely busy right now, he told us they would do everything they could to return and install the new part as soon as it arrived. He also told us he and his team were willing to drop off some space heaters for us to use while waiting for the part to arrive next week! Just awesome customer service. Our house has an in-law addition which only had baseboard and wall heaters, and no air conditioning. We finally decided to have Mitsubishi ductless units installed to provide more efficient heat, as well as air conditioning. We specifically wanted Mitsubishi. I've been to Japan several times (my son lives there) and ductless units are in every building and home I've been in. Most, if not all, were Mitsubishi units, so I trust this brand the most.

Air Stars was listed as an authorized installer on Mitsubishi's website. Taylor Tolleson came out right away to provide an estimate and worked with us to revise the estimate to fit into our budget. He was a wealth of information and answered all our questions. We opted for a larger unit in the main part of the apartment, which will cover the family room, kitchen and laundry area, and a smaller unit in the only bedroom which will cover that and the bathroom.

The larger unit has an "eye" that will direct the air to a person moving through the room, but it also periodically checks the room for cold spots in the winter or hot spots in the summer and will direct the air there, as needed. On installation day, Damien Chernishov showed up on time with another installer whose name I can't recall. They were quick and efficient in installing both wall units and the extremely quiet motor.

They wore booties over their shoes or removed their shoes every time they entered our house. Damien answered all of our questions and patiently showed us how to use the remotes while we waited for the electrician to arrive. The electrician arrived shortly thereafter and quickly installed the needed upgrades to our breakers in the electrical panel and disconnected the existing heaters to allow us to remove them, if we decide to in the future, and to prevent them from being accidentally turned on. Overall, we are very pleased.

Everyone we interacted with was great, including Veronica and Lynn in their office. We hope to use Air Stars again in the future to install ductless units in our main house, replacing our existing HVAC because I expect greater utility savings from using these more efficient units.

Jamie is great! He's very personable and professional, and each time he has been out he's taken the time to diagnose the issue properly and promptly return to fix. He also helped me with any questions I had and when I didn't have any he actively offered advice on how to maintain and most effectively utilize my heating and cooling system. Air Stars also has a great scheduling and reminder system that makes the process easy.

Disappointing to have to cancel my service contract but after multiple cancellations on their part of my scheduled maintenance.being charged $350 for a tech to be onsite 20 minutes to install an 8' duct. And having greasy handprints left on my newly painted ceiling after paying $500 over what I was quoted for a duct cleaning I get the feeling the dollar is more important than the customer. 7-8 year relationship down the drain

Josh and Austin did a fantastic job replacing our heating and cooling system. They showed kindness and consideration to our family while they were here, including gifting our dog a treat bag. CEC installed a Trane heat pump at my house in May of 2020. During the heat wave in the summer of 2021, my heat pump was able to keep my home comfortable even when the outside temperature reached 117 degrees. My electric bills in the summer have been smaller than in my previous homes with air conditioning units only. I have been very happy with my Trane heat pump and with CEC's expertise and customer service.

Austin was the man. He was polite and professional. Best of all he was thorough. He removed pictures off a wall to get to a return vent like they were priceless pieces of art. Handled everything with care. I know the equipment they use gets way through the ducting. Just after one day I can feel how much cleaner the air is in our house. My family and I started sneezing months ago, since yesterday, not a sneeze from any of us.

I don't think the previous owner(s) ever had this cleaning done. I would recommend this company to everyone I know. They offer so many other service in their profession. I will definitely save on air filters alone oh and Kleenex.

We replaced our 26 year old furnace and water heater which included an upgrade with A/C. The whole experience with CEC was outstanding to include the estimate with Zach who answered all of our questions and suggested the 18 slim A/C unit which fit perfectly between the RV cover and house. During the install four CEC employees showed up which included Devin, Damien, Josh and one other.

It took them most of the day and we had nothing but great service by the crew, attitudes where positive and kept us informed throughout the day. Highly recommend CEC if you want a standup local company.

We had several quotes when we were debating between mini-splits or getting a new AC unit. Zach gave us the absolute best quote (by far!) and we were thrilled to move forward with 3 new mini-splits to be installed upstairs. A few weeks later, Damien and Jared were here to set us up in just 2 days. They were super courteous with their shoes/masks, kept everything clean and were so gracious into being patient with our new puppy who was constantly intrigued with their every move.

One piece of our installation wasn't finished (moving the thermostat downstairs), and when I called that out Devon and Jared came back to fix it within HOURS! I am beyond impressed with the entire team at Clean Energy Comfort. Even our neighbor made a comment on the clean work they did on the exterior of our house to cover the pipes/electrical! (And he's a tough one to impress!) I will absolutely use CEC when we need a new furnace and for any of our future cooling/heating needs.

The AC install was a smooth process from Zach (sales) to Damien, Devin and Ron (installer/service). All were very professional, respectful and very knowledgeable. Damien, Devin and Ron explained the process as it went along even if there was a hiccup and the solution. Will definitely use for any ongoing HVAC maintenance. Our furnace went out in the middle of the night and CEC was the first company to respond. I'm sure during the really cold weather spells they are very booked up. I told them that we had two little ones and no heat. CEC moves schedules around and had someone here by 8am! They completed the repair (igniter replacement) and we had heat within an hour. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend CEC highly enough! They helped us work through the issues we were having with our old heat pump/ac unit. Even during the heatwave, they were able to get their technicians to our home right away. We ended up having to replace our system and everyone we worked with were professional, able to answer any questions we had and skilled at their trade. Chris was quick to respond with our quote and answering the many questions we threw his way. This is now our go to company for any and all our HVAC needs.

We have been customers of CEC for the past 3 years and consistently receive excellent service. They are always prompt, friendly & knowledgeable. They are upfront & honest about repairs & we've never felt like they were just out to make a buck. We refer them time & time again!

Our Bryant furnace was having issues, I needed to have it looked at so I sent out a request for a service call to several companies on Yelp. I received a call within minutes from Clean energy comfort, They were very pleasant on the phone and had a reasonable diagnostic charge, they were able to schedule a service call for later that afternoon. Their Technician Bryan showed up on time and was able to quickly diagnose the problem.

He found a cracked secondary heat exchanger. That is where the good expereance seemed to stop. The problem, it turns out, is covered under the manufacturers warranty but Clean Energy quoted me a really high labor fee to repair it. The labor (4 hours worth) is covered by the warranty, so there should be no labor charge. When I asked them to justify charging me to repair it, especially the high figure they gave me, they just said it was labor intensive and expensive to fix.

From the conversation I had, I really believe they wanted to sell me a new furnace instead of fixing mine. I hired a different company that fixed it within the manufacturers warranty, the repair took exactly the 4 hours the manufacturer said it would take and covers. It pays to do some research and shop around, It saved me 1,640.00 in labor or even more by not purchasing a new furnace.

Bryan came out to service a furnace and air conditioning unit that was malfunctioning. They responded within minutes of an email request and were able to fit me into their busy schedule within a single day. As life would have it, my AC/furnace unit began malfunctioning the day before a long-planned two-week vacation. Without their support and good work, this would be a significant issue that would cause worry and concern during our trip. We were happy to sign up for their maintenance plan and look forward to their service in the future. Thank you!

Called, they answered, and I got an A/C repair appointment for the next day (during the hottest weather of the year) with no trouble at all. The repairman came 15 minutes early, and got everything done in about 30 minutes. He even pointed out another issue connected to the furnace, as an FYI. Highly recommended. This was the least painful service call I've had, ever.

These guys came recommended to me from social media and I couldn't be happier with the outcome! I waited until our first hot day to give them 5 stars because I wanted to make sure the new AC was everything we had dreamed of. IT WAS! Had my furnace diagnosed efficiently and effectively by Josh and Steve. Not only were they on time, they were early. They answered all questions without talking above/below my head. They were very polite and professional. I have an older furnace and they quickly tracked down a replacement circuit board for it and had it installed in short order. Not only did they complete the task needed, but identified a couple of areas where efficiency could be improved by sealing with tape.and they then took care of that too.

We were unsure if we needed a full replacement of our furnace. The sales staff did an excellent job of giving us multiple different options at different price points without pressuring us to make a decision. After settling on a heat pump, the install went very quick and smooth. The technician left no mess and the final price matched the initial quote with no hassle.

As an added bonus the staff always wore protective lining around their shoes in our house without being asked. Great product and installation, but in the end the five stars were earned through high end service and a knowledgeable crew.

They did the work for half the price as the other guy. Were very fast and prompt. They got the job done on both units of my duplex for half the cost of the other guy. Very impressed would use them again!

I used this company for a Winter install of a new furnace. I was happy with the price but I was disappointed he runs such a tight schedule, with few workers that he left my job unfinished for quite some time. I paid him to pull a permit;and 6 months later I found out he did not pull a permit even though I was charged for it.
