Ollinger replaced our whole-house AC unit and did a great job. They came to assess the old system, and helped me consider repair vs. replacement, without trying to push me one way or the other. Gave me detailed quotes for both repair and replacement. Once I decided on replacement, he scheduled me very quickly. His team came at 8:30 as planned, and the last guy stayed until the system was completely up and running, about 5:30.

They removed all of the old system. DId piping for the freon line thru two rooms and insulated it very well, without tearing the place up. They left everything completely clean, even outside. They were courteous, answered all my questions about how things work. And they were considerably cheaper than the other estimate I had. I have used them for years for plumbing, and now they're also my HVAC go-to guys. I highly recommend them.

Great Team - Very Responsive! We had a drain line fracture inside our slab. We were expecting a huge job (and bill). Chuck and Aaron responded almost immediately to our call for help and after looking at the problem, prepared us for what could be a large and costly job. Their team was available a day or so later (our situation was not dire). Glen and his helper found an ingenious solution and were in & out in a few hours. This was not the first time they've been this effective and responsive for us.

I called for a small job and was told they were not licensed to work in the City of Erie. This is problematic for two reasons: 1. Their website says Plumbing Contractor serving Erie, PA on the front page. 2. I do not live in the City of Erie. My house in on the border, but I could have literally shown them a Millcreek tax bill. The lady on the phone essentially said too bad that's our answer. Unprofessional, and do not bother calling if you live in the city.

Ollinger was one of the contractors used by our home builders. When the warm weather kicked in over Memorial Day weekend, we found that our A/C wouldn't turn on. The owner of Ollinger took time out of his holiday to visit not only our house, but also our neighbor's house, to ensure that our A/C units were working on Memorial Day. I've had enough experience with contractors and technicians as a homeowner to know when someone is going above and beyond. Taking a service call on a national holiday when the weather practically demands that you do anything *but* work is a sign of a dedicated and reliable company that values its customers.

Per a recomendationg from a co-worker I called Olinger for help on insalation of a downward venting dryer, the tech showed up very curtious but basically said I should buy a new dryer 3 days later I recieved a bill for 59.99 for less than 10 minutes of time. Really
