From my initial call and conversation from one of your customer service representative to Richard, who came out to do the estimate and resolve my heating and cooling repair, we had a top notch offer from Chicago heating and cooling Pros.

Superb customer service from start to finish. You can say that we are the type of customers who ensures we will not regret every decision we make when it comes to HVAC needs. That is why what we do is to scout potential HVAC companies first around Chicago, check on their profile and history and how they deliver solutions versus that of the cost. We have read several profiles already but only your company was able to validate the things we are looking for.

When our AC started acting up and decreased its performance of cooling our house, we called your company last Saturday to get things done. We set an appointment with one of your technicians and proactively gave us all expectations we need. When they arrived on the agreed date, they went on to inspect the unit, provided a free quote before beginning the works which I felt was appropriate so that we won't be shocked once the bill arrives.

There was definitely a significant improvement in the cooling. After a few days fixing the AC, he went back to our house just to check if everything was still ok, which we appreciate since this is to ensure that there will be no further issues and in turn gave us recommendations and tips to prolong the life of the cooling unit! These two folks exemplified genuine professionalism and knowledge of the problem and offered me with different options to choose from in order to fix the issue. Five-star service!. The HVAC technician was on time, Patrick quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He explained what the issue was and double-check for potential problems. It took him an hour to complete the service vs. the other company, which could not find the problem after three hours. We highly recommend Chicago Heating & Cooling.

It turned out the pressure switch was failing and needed to be replaced, pronto. Dave quickly got the right part from distribution and installed it. Problem solved, and at a very fair price! Our furnace died so we called Chicago Heating and Cooling. We've used them before and they usually do a very good job. This time though, the work was exceptional! 1.) They came right away as usual. 2.) The technician was honest in letting us know just how bad off our furnace was - THIS WAS BIG JOB! Fixing it would be just as expensive as purchasing, so we decided to purchase.

We were so impressed how the technician Patrick provided us with unit they sell and at a great price. I highly recommend that Patrick receive recognition for exceptional service provided! Patrick, first of all introduced himself in a professional manner - he began by explaining step by step what was going to be done and how long it was going to take.

They began right away and even though they ran into challenges, they worked tirelessly until this job was done. With as much work that was done including tear out, drilling through the walls, working out in the cold, it didn't matter! He answered all of our questions, and explained where he was in the installation process clearly and thoroughly so that my wife and I were comfortable with whole process!

When they finished they cleaned up very well and explained what work he had done and how to care for this unit properly. I called on a Friday around 2:00pm very hopeful to get someone out to fix my AC unit. I really didn't think I was going to be able to get someone out, but Patrick and his team were able to come out before 6:00pm. I have two children and for they were be able to come out same day, and be able to fix my air conditioner. I cannot thank Chicago Heating & Cooling enough. Thank you Patrick!

My furnace was not working properly for a month in this frigid weather. The people who own my apt sent 3 different men, 3 different times and no one could fix my furnace. Patrick called me and sent a furnace technician, Lazaro who came prepared, found the problem, got my furnace working till he could get the parts. Lazaro told Patrick the parts needed Patrick put a rush on the parts and as soon as the parts came in Lazaro was at house putting in the much needed parts and fixed my furnace.

For a month I was in the cold in my house 57°, 60°. I am greatful there are people like Patrick and Lazaro who know what they are doing in their business repairing furnaces and giving people the much needed heat that is needed in the cold weather. These guys are the best. We have had Patrick and team out 3 times in the last year due to some random hvac issues. They are always quick to get us on the schedule, always on time, quick to diagnose the issue and super friendly. I was referred to Patrick by an HVAC company in the suburbs. Patrick quickly diagnosed the fault code on our water heater and came back the next day to install the new part. Patrick is an outstanding technician. From all levels of customer service to expert knowledge of our HVAC system, he was amazing. He went above and beyond on so many levels! He identified a major system issue that was missed by several other techs. On top of that he was very mindful of the fact that we have a toddler in the house that naps. His work was quiet, and he sent me a text when he arrived and when it was ready to leave so our little guy wouldn't be disturbed. That's really to be commended. If you have a choice, and we can request a tech, I would highly recommend Pat!
