Joseph and Jacob were absolutely wonderful! They were very friendly, informative and genuinely nice guys! We will definitely be sticking with Champion AC in the future, God forbid we run into anymore ac issues. I highly recommend Champion AC! Thank you!

Champion AC is probably one of the best companies I've ever worked with. They are run and operated by military veterans and have a company built on military core values such as integrity, excellence, and service before self. From the moment I started working with them, on a bit of an emergency, they have been prompt, polite, and above all terrific at what they do.

From the time I called, I had a senior technition out to assess the extent of my AC unit failure then a team to install a new unit all in 48 hours. The install crew worked quickly but effectively. Roland, Joe, and Jesse came in, put down protective material, stripped out the old broken equipment, installed terrific new equipment, cleaned the entire area, and then walked me through everything they did showing true craftsmanship all in a day's work. I would not hesitate to employ them in the future and will highly recommend Champion AC to anyone in the future.

Last night we had Trevor from Champion AC scheduled to do a seasonal "tune-up" on our AC unit. He was so polite, friendly and I loved that he took the time to put little covers on his shoes before coming in the house. After about 30 minutes, he gave us the thumbs up that everything looked good. It's nice to have peace of mind that our AC unit is in tip top shape - especially when the seasons in Texas are so unpredictable!

After receiving a few quotes from other companies that only wanted to nickle and dime me, I called Champion and they sent Jason Kidwell out the same day. Just the night before, I had a company named after a famous western movie star come out... The guy from that company forged me and my husbands initials on a loan acceptance that locked us in with Service Finance under their company and prevented us from getting approved with Champion. Jason was very patient and helped us clear that application with Service Finance and find other options that could help us get what we wanted without having to give anything up.

Our AC wasn't cooling and hadn't been for a while. The units weren't compatible and we had several leaks. Jason came on time and was both knowledgeable and informative about what we needed and what would just be considered cosmetic. Champion came in with not only the lowest bid but the best unit, best warranty and threw in extra just to help out.

The installers Big Mike, Steven and Marcus were there on time the very next morning and busted their butt from 8:30am to 7pm. Not only were they perfectionists but they were friendly, professional and very patient with my 3 yr old son that now wants to be a professional AC installer. LOL. They took the time to explain what they were doing through out the process and also involved my son in some of the conversations to make him feel special. I highly recommend these guys if you want a professional, high quality, humble experience. They will treat you like family!!!

Jay was my technician and he came out to do my spring service call. He located a defective capacity and replaced it immediately. He also made recommendations for future considerations for my unit. He is always extremely professional and his expertise is second to none. We ask for Jay because of his quality work and knowledge.

What an amazing group of professionals. Big Mike, James and Steve were awesome. They did an incredible job installing my new system. True customer service like I have not experienced in many years. I will be a word of mouth salesman for Champion AC for many years.

Great job by Champion AC. Had three folks come to the house to do a complete change of A/C units for upstairs and downstairs. Furnace, condenser, evaporator coil, the whole thing times two. Roland, Justin and Jacob came to the house at 8:30 and the entire job was done by 6pm. Both units. They were very neat and clean, put tarps down so carpet/wood/tile would not get dirty.

They were very particular about every aspect of the install (and the removal of the old units). Took the time to explain and demonstrate everything. Very thorough. Great job, guys. I can highly recommend Champion AC. Very good communication from initial quote to final sign off.

I hired USA air conditioning and heating to install a new 5 ton unit and check my 1 ton. After three months of USA a/c coming multiple times and both units still were not operation right I hired champion a/c to install a new 2 ton unit. Justin, Jacob and Marcos had the unit install in no time and it look very professional. They where even nice enough to check the new 5 ton I had installed and found a Freon leak. So in conclusion I highly recommend champion it was the smoothest a/c install I have ever had.

James, Justin and team were amazing! The whole crew came out and did an awesome job! They were all very professional and courteous. They replaced all of our HVAC systems and duct work. So far so great, would highly recommend this company. And they cleaned up when they finished!

We bought a new AC unit and my whole experience was excellent! Met with technician Alfredo last week, and he did a great job explaining the different units they had, how they work, how much and the different payment options. He answered every question I asked and had the utmost patience with me and all my questions. He was very nice, professional, friendly and definitely patient!

I did not feel pressured at all to purchase anything, he actually said if you need time to make this decision you can call us back. Well we made our decision and scheduled our unit to be put in this week. Everything went wonderfully! They came in the morning and went to work; Joe, Dakota, and Roland knew exact what they were doing. They were also very professional, nice and friendly.

They took care of business and were very careful not to dirty when going in and out. They laid down tarps and even moved a piece of furniture for me so it would not be in their way. They installed everything inside and outside and made sure to clean up after themselves. Finally we went over everything they did and they made sure we had no questions. They also made sure we understood how to use the new thermostat. They were very nice and left a great impression on us. Way to go Champion AC...... those 4 guys are keepers!

Everything from the phone call for scheduling the estimate, and the super-friendly and knowledgeable sales rep James, to the techs who came to the house for the ac installation (Eduardo) was incredibly professional. I cant believe how quick and easy this whole process was. I was grateful to have the options laid out and clearly explained to me. These guys were also incredible, quick, and clean (covered my floors and wore shoe covers w/o asking).

They were all very prompt and on time. The few people I spoke to on the phone for scheduling were polite and had friendly tones as well. I cant express how happy I am to have my new ac and a house that doesnt feel like a sauna anymore. The whole team did an incredible job. Give them all a raise!

Called by noon, was able to get someone out within the hour and had my AC up and running in less than 30 minutes. This is what you call excellent customer service. Chris was amazing at telling me step by step what he was going to do and how he was going to fix it. And the monthly maintenance program they offer is affordable! So glad I made the right choice in picking this company

Overall great experience! The man who came out to do our estimate was awesome very straight forward and it didn't feel like talking to a salesmen. The professional they sent was a gentleman named Tyler he was extremely knowledgeable and committed to finding the issue, quickly and efficiently. Fully equipped truck responded with 30 minutes and air was functional in another 30 minutes. Reasonable rates. Technician was polite, knowledgeable without being pushy. Great first impression.

UPDATE: I have discussed my experience with Champion and am assured this incident was anomalous. If we do have the misfortune of another incident, I look forward to providing them another opportunity to deliver the service we had become accustomed to. --------------------- We're done. We were loyal customers of Climate Magic since 2003. In the short time since Champion bought Climate Magic, value and quality of service have been poor.

Most recently, as long-time customers on a Preferred Customer contract, we had to place an after-hours call on Sunday for our broken A/C. The answering service promised we would receive a phone call from a technician right away. After a second call to the answering service, we were ignored all day. Monday morning came, and still no phone call. I had to call the office myself a third time to get any work scheduled.

When you're on a Preferred Customer contract, you're paying for priority after-hours service. By contrast, we were completely ignored. It is sad that a larger, less capable company replaced the one we trusted for almost 20 years. I am now in the market for a new HVAC service provider.

Josh V. came out on time, dressed professionally, and very knowledgeable/helpful. He did a great job bidding the work and coordinating everything. While they cost slightly more than their competitor that previously bid my repairs, I felt Champion would do a much better job. And my thinking was correct. Eric Perez and his helper did an exceptional job on my electrical work.

You can tell they have pride in their work and truly excel at it. They too were professionally dressed, good communicators, and very helpful. They made me feel like a priority and had great customer service. The experience with them led me to call Champion the next day and schedule an HVAC duct repair that I had been putting off. Zach arrived (yes also dressed professionally and helpful) and identified the problem and offered several solutions quickly.

I have dealt with many contractors in the past and had several nightmare experiences with some other companies. However, these individuals from Champion made sure the work was done right, affordably, quickly, and hassle free. I gladly will use them from now on.

Alfred Martinez of Champion AC saved us! Alfred came by and fixed our heating problem. It seems that our AC unit was not properly set up from the beginning. Now it is working like a champ, pun intended. Thank you Champion AC and Alfred for making this little guy happy, cozy and toasty again.

After a lot of labor intensive research selected Champion AC to install a new central HVAC unit in our home. With superior guidance from Michael upon initial consultation and inspection we ultimately opted for "THE GENERAL" package-a multi-stage/4 ton/18 SEER unit installed 9/23/21. Lead installers Roland and James were just fabulous throughout! The unit and install quality was superb-these guys took great pride in their work.

We selected Champion primarily for one reason: their exceptional reputation in the industry. These guys did not disappoint. Plus-Champion is an authorized TRANE dealer. When making a major HVAC purchase it's critical the installers be masters of their craft and their was no question these guys had that skill set. While any big job like this can be stressful, Roland and James could not have made our experience any better.

They were highly efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough. They cleaned up way beyond our expectations and left zero damage to our walls/doors. It was a big job, but clearly had the experience/know how to get the job done right. Classy operation-thanks for an amazing experience-cheers!

My Technician Raymond Camacho really came through and got my heater working again. It dropped down in the 20's/30's (degrees) last night/morning and it was a godsend that he was able to repair while working to ensure I paid a reasonable price for the repairs. He was able to get it working in no time thanks to his due diligence and thoroughness. He also took the time to educate me on my system as well as other services that the company provides without making me feel like he was being a pushy salesman (we have all been in those situations with other companies; what a relief!). My wife and I will be warm in our house today thanks to Raymond and Champion AC!

I used Champion AC because I had a voucher for AC and Heating maintenance from their partner company Mr. Plumber and have to say was very pleased with the service. The company was flexible with rescheduling and honoring the voucher because of schedule and weather issues that arose over last couple of montha. Allen, the technician, was very professional and courteous.

He came earlier than expected and was very efficient with his inspection. He explained everything about his findings and recommendations and was upfront about repair costs if needed. Allen offered the company membership information about pricing and alternatives, but he wasn't pushy about it at all, which my wife and I greatly appreciate so that we have time to consider it. I think we found our HVAC company for future service.

Champion AC was fantastic! I was able to schedule an appointment easily and within a few days of when I called. My technician, Michael O., arrived on time, was very courteous and professional and communicated with me throughout the appointment. He was extremely knowledgeable about our system and went the extra mile by resetting our older and unnecessarily complicated thermostat, even though he didn't have to.

He also had a good sense of humor, which is always a bonus. I was so pleased with my experience with Champion AC that I signed us up to become members of their C.H.A.M.P. Club. I definitely recommend working with this company.

Emailed on Monday to get ac unit checked as it didn't come on when house temp was lower than thermostat settings. Was scheduled for Thursday but Wednesday office called to change date to later Wednesday morning. Good. Jose called to let me know he was on the way and got here about 15 minutes later. Checked the thermostat and said he needed to check the ac unit.

He identified the problem and said he needed to ensure the part was available. It was so he went to pick it up and was back in an hour. About 15 minutes later the job was done. He kept me up to speed on what was going on and when he located the part he gave me a quote for price and asked if he should continue with the repair. An hour after I gave the go-ahead the job was done. Jose was knowledgeable and efficient in his task. There was no pressure to have the repair done but options were explained. Good job. Thanks Jose.

We were in desperate need of an HVAC replacement and Jaime Garcia showed up. He walked my wife and I through reliable systems that we thought we couldn't afford. We were pleasantly surprised to learn otherwise. Jaime Garcia was respectful, polite, knowledgeable and patient. Thank you Mr. Garcia for your kindness and understanding of our situation. We will now be unconcerned about the cool side of the pillow.

The two men that installed our ac/heating system were outstanding from start to finish. They were on time they were friendly and very informative in answering our questions and concerns. These two guys made an good team. They also cleaned up afterwards you could not tell they were here if not for our new ac/heating system. Had an absolutely great experience with team at Champion AC. Alfredo Martinez did a great job with my maintenance request and my request for estimate for upgrading my 30 plus year old system. He called in Jason Kidwell as my system set up was not the norm for an accurate and fair estimate that was explained thoroughly. Finally Jacob Daley and his support team did a great install, cleanup and explanation of new system. System is working great, I would recommend this team and intend to continue using for regular seasonal maintenance.

Their service technician Allen Holloway is a professional in every regard - deep technical expertise, great insight and advice that laymen (like me) can easily understand, and world class customer service (timely, considerate and respectful). Great job by a great professional working for a great company.

Great job of customer service & recommendations on improving our ac/heating unit!

After a little over 21 years our Trane air conditioner gave out. We had 3 estimates on replacing the ac and heat. Champion offered exactly what we wanted at a reasonable cost but also offered outstanding warranties and service in every stage of the process and for years to come. The technicians were thoroughly professional and extremely courteous. The clean up was perfection both inside and outside. Thank you Champion AC.

We purchased a new AC unit, to replace our aging one at our home. Cody, my sales rep, was great to work with (responsive, knowledgeable and attentive) and gave me a the best price from all the quotes I had received. Roland and Jesse were our installers, and they were great to work with. Friendly, and mindful of our home (they covered the work and traffic area with drop cloth and wore shoe covers while inside our home).

I also appreciated Roland's knowledge and candidness, when discussing how my Nest would not be the best fit for my new product. Overall a great experience with Champion A/C! I would definitely use them again.

Gus was very thorough. Knowledge of product was excellent. I didn't know there was mold since I don't remove anything but the filter cover. Had taken great care but had mold in the working parts. Home warranty would have no part of that. Technician was great.

Very happy to review Champion AC and their team. Jaime came to our home to provide a free estimate. He was thorough and explained everything to me. His explanation was professional and easy to understand. He didn't sugar coat anything and was upfront about any questions we had. Upon receiving the estimate, we were able to schedule the unit to be installed in less than two days.

The installers were on time (even a few minutes early), professional and exceptionally polite. They worked with care and efficiency. They wrapped up the whole project in about 6 hours. They made sure they cleaned everything up and explained how everything operated. We are paying a little over $11,100 for everything but they truly had the best warranties and guarantees than all other estimates.

Given how important the air conditioning is in Texas summers the pricier option was not so bad to wrap my brain around. Financing was easy and the application took less than five minutes online. Excellent company, excellent professionals and excellent experience.

I recently had to replace my central a/c and as it is a big expense, I had 3 different companies give me estimates. Out of all 3 companies I contacted, Jason was by far my favorite estimator! He was very thorough, (visually inspected both of my attics), gave me the best price and also wrote the clearest estimate out of all three companies; hands down. Jason genuinely cared about doing a good job, (translation= he wasn't "salemansy"!), and was fantastic following up with me.

The ONLY reason I didn't go with Champion is because the company I purchased my new system from temporarily fixed my old a/c over the weekend and matched Champion's price.
