The teams at Campbell are well organized, friendly and professional. Lots of pre-visit communications and text message updates about arrival times. Shaun arrived on time and was super friendly and helpful. Most importantly he got right into the job and worked quickly and efficiently to resolve the problem, while also chatting/advising about other plumbing issues I have been pondering around the house. Let's face it, we're all watching the clock on these calls and these guys are definitely not here to drag their heels. Thanks for the great service!

These folks were simply amazing; from the initial sales call Campbell Care, Nigel specifically was lights out and provided a flawless process. Shannon really reinforced my feelings on Campbell Care leading up to install and man was I ever impressed with what happened here last Friday. They arrived on time, and entire army of COURTEOUS hardworking folks, they managed through what they had to do and provided a HUGE service for our dollar.

We are thoroughly impressed with each aspect of this company and would recommend them to anyone. Hard to get the right value for your money today, customer service is a real problem, this was the easiest money I've ever spent.

Put in a call around 7am as I had wet carpets and wasn't sure where the water was coming from. Was advised to call back in an hour when the office opens to avoid the more expensive on all service - great suggestion. They had a tech arrive around 9:30am to assess the situation and we learned that the problem was much more difficult to repair. A little while later the senior techs arrived to assess and we spoke about my options in great detail.

So we had a game plan of how to attack this menacing water leak and around noon a crew arrived to start work. It was proving to be very challenging trying to find the underground pathway that our water main from the street took to enter the house. A little while later a second crew arrived to help out. They all spent a great deal of time trying to feed a new pipe through the existing leaking pipe and I salute their efforts and persistence to find the blockage and finally get new piping installed.

In all, there were six different plumbing techs working on this difficult problem - can't ask for more than that from a plumbing company. Great team work Campbell care - you're life savers!

We had a team of 6? men show up first thing in the morning to remove our old furnace with a furnace/a/c. They worked non-stop until 4, got the job done without having to make any new openings or structural damage. So impressed with teamwork. Left all areas spotless! They even arranged the electrician's services. They checked with us as needed, but other than that, we sat back. Professionalism much appreciated. Thank you.

April 20, 2022 Shaun was very professional. Explained what he was doing as he was installing my hot water tank and what needed to be done to bring the installation up to code. He also recommended that my furnace needed servicing. John came to service the furnace. He did something that no other service technician ever did when my furnace was serviced in previous years.

The first thing he did was take out his carbon monoxide reader and discovered that my furnace was producing over 60 ppm of carbon monoxide. Campbellcare will be installing a new furnace next Tuesday May 10, 2022 Scott came with several assistants to install new heating system. They showed up on time. All seemed very professional and answered any questions I had.

After they removed the old furnace/boiler, the area where the furnace was was a total mess. By the time they finished installing the new furnace and were ready to leave, the area was spotless. Everything was as clean as it was before they arrived. Couldn't tell anyone was there.

Your gas fireplace technician Shaun removed the gas insert and discovered three baby squirrels who occupied the space behind the insert. Needless to say they were not paying rent. So with the help of Shah from Mainland Wildlife Control both Shaun and Shah evicted two squatters. Shah still looking to have mother squirrel to return to collect baby number three. Great work by both individuals.

These guys are so professional and efficient. They installed a new fireplace insert for me. Looked great. but they noticed a scratch, probably from the manufacture, and they came back the same day to replace the trim. I didn't notice it, they did.
