Ben and his team are my go to guys whenever I have HVAC that needs to be done. As a builder I am in need of guys that I can count on to do a professional job at a reasonable price. I don't even bother trying to call anybody else, I know when B's Custom Mechanical is on the job I can breath easy knowing my customers are in good hands.

Ben does quality work at competitive prices. He recently replace my furnace for several hundred dollars less than a large HVAC company quoted. Throughout the process, he educated me on the options and differences in equipment and I never felt like he was trying to sell me on anything. The technician was very courteous, explained the process and stuck around after the installation to make sure everything was running properly and to answer any questions that I might have. Recently purchased a home in New Hudson and B's Custom Mechanical was recommended to me. Communication with Ben was a breeze! He was honest and informed me of what I could expect for my HVAC inspection and maintenance plan. Our 20 year old AC unit needed to be replaced and Ben was referred to us. Glad he was! We wanted to upgrade to a more high efficiency unit and Bryant was the brand that we were most interested in. Ben delivered on both with the perfect solution for our house. I would recommend this company. We had a fairly large install and had a lot for contact with them, the owner have us his personal number if we had any questions, which I liked.
