We were referred to Brennan's by family and we're not disappointed. Aaron Sajeski came out to service our neglected system. He was very knowledgeable, recommended course of action but was not pushy and gave additional advice and insights to help maintain our systems. The coils had been neglected prior to us moving in and looked like cardboard inside the unit.
Once he was done the system looked brand new and the house is already cooler including our upstairs which never seemed to cool correctly. Would highly recommend Brennan's and if given choice on technician would request Aaron for any of our HVAC needs.

We have been with Brennan's for well over a decade and would not consider any other HVAC provider. Their technicians, such as Aaron, are thoroughly competent, professional, and courteous. You feel as if they are serving their own family. Brennan's has performed major systems replacement and ongoing routine maintenance for us - all have been excellent.

Brandon from Brennan's was great. He arrived right on time to assess our 16 year old Carrier AC system. After identifying the issue, he laid out a variety of options for how to best address the problem. He didn't pressure us into making any particular decision and patiently answered all of our questions. We contacted him later that day after we made our decision and he quickly got our appointment scheduled. Would recommended.

Our A/C decided to stop working on the first super hot day we needed it to. Called Brennan's and they sent a tech out same day which would already earn a 5 star for responsiveness. The tech quickly diagnosed and found out our outdoor unit quit working because the capacitor just failed. He had the piece in the truck and replaced it right then. Cost of part was $160 and labor (diagnostic fee otherwise) was $96.
Last year we called somebody else and diagnosis was less, but again it could just be last year's prices. We like Brennan's much better though. The rep on the phone was nice. The tech was thorough, kind to inform us of different things, and didn't try to sell a full replacement of our unit while ours is still in a very good condition. Would give a double 5 star if I could.

This morning May 21 I woke to have my house 82 degrees and climbing. My air was not working after reviewing several companies I called Brennan. The person on the phone told me tech could come today but the cast of service call is double time. I agreed, the tech would arrive around noon. Brandon arrived shortly after 12 I gave him the history, he stared checking things and explain to me his diagnosis.
The capacitor. There expensive! Brandon had one one his truck replaced the old one and now I have air. I did buy a maintenance agreement everyone should. This cost me 3 times as much not having a maintenance agreement and they would have caught this before I started my air conditioner. I have asthma and the heat and pollen would have sent me to the hospital.

The Service Technician, Aaron, couldn't have been better. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. He was willing to take extra time to explain our system and talk through options/services that Brennan's provides. We have always had a good experience with Brennan's technicians, but Aaron exceeded expectations. We are very happy with Aaron and confident as ever that we made the right choice with Brennan's. We highly recommend them.

Brandon came for our twice a year servicing (we got a yearly service contract) and he was great. Brennan's called ahead of time and Brandon arrived on time. He was kind, fast, and explained everything he found to us. He was able to replace a part that was well past it's prime and the price was affordable. We are relieved to have gotten ahead of the summer heat and had our system serviced and in tip too shape before the temps change. Thanks Brennan's!

I am a longtime customer of Brennan's Heating and Air and give them the highest rating. Their fall and spring maintenance inspections of my two heating and air conditioning units are very thorough and have greatly improved efficiency and comfort. On my recent visit Adam took a lot of time to check my vents and educate me on a number of very helpful issues.

Very responsive! They were able to schedule a technician to come out same-day to troubleshoot my heater. The technician was able to quickly diagnose and repair the issue on the spot. I had the pleasure of meeting service tech, Aaron S. and he went above and beyond! I'm a first time home owner and he was very thorough in his work and he is extremely knowledgeable. I knew next to nothing about HVAC systems and after my appointment with Aaron I feel much more informed. Hands down the best service I've received from a company in a LONG time.

Mike A. is a top notch technician. I wish I could give 10+stars. We've had him service our ac and heating for almost 10 yrs. He's always punctual, polite and answers any questions we have. I would award 6 stars if I could! I bought my current HVAC system from Brennan's 10+ years ago, and they have done a phenomenal job maintaining it twice a year. I cannot say enough good things about them. From the office staff to the technicians, everyone is friendly, professional, and highly competent. I plan on being a customer for life.
