It has been years since I felt so comfortable with any service provider. Your company was Johnny on the spot and provided me excellent service. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of due to the collapse of my HVAC system. Chad and everyone associated with him were highly professional and exemplified a high degree of integrity. That is a very rare commodity in todays business world, one that I will share with everyone I know.

Kris Nash was amazing. He was honest and gave fair quotes and solutions to get me back up and running the same day. Another company tried to say I needed an entirely new system, but obviously they were just scamming me and wanted to make the sale. That's not AT ALL how Kris approached the job. He was very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and I'd absolutely recommend him to anyone needing their services. He is how excellent service should be. Really appreciate the professionalism and honesty of Boone and specifically Kris. Had a previous service contract with another contractor. Their service guy claimed the system was trashed and repair would be hugely expensive and he only would recommend complete system replacement at an even huger expense. Diagnosis was suspect so I got a second opinion from Boone.
Actual problem was a broken control wire. He fixed this as well as cleaned up several other minor issues for a fraction of what the other company wanted. Fast response, thorough diagnosis, explained issues and options well, implemented fix in same visit. Great job. You earned a very satisfied customer. Thanks

Kris Nash was knowledgeable & more than qualified to perform the necessary repairs to get our AC back in working condition. Kris's positive attitude is what compels me to write this review. I cannot stress enough that Kris approached each task with utmost the professionalism, courtesy, & positivity despite his second day on the job requiring him to work at our home past 11:00p.m.
Our family has used Boone's Heating & Cooling since 1998. Although the company has been under new management for several years now, I'm pleased to say that I receive the same quality & service I'd come to expect in the past thanks, in part, to people like Kris Nash.

Outstanding customer service from initial inquiry to visit and quotation. Service Manager Chris C. and his installation technicians took great care in a white-glove condo building and did an amazing job retrofitting pipe and wiring, worked into the evening to get the job done including a few little extra touches. Highly recommend for professionalism and value.

Although our job request was submitted late, he still made a trip and spent time doing all the work from diagnosis to repair. Even helped change the filters. This company helped us after the big freeze in replacing our system. We now have them doing regular check ups and repairs if needed. The techs are super friendly, knowledgeable and never try to sell you something that is not needed. This company is amazing! Services: A/C system repair, A/C system maintenance

Boone's is truly best in class. Their knowledge, professionalism, customer service skills and value for the money is second to none. I also want to add prior to getting new units from them I used them for repair and annual maintenance. They were never pushy or recommending replacement until it was truly needed (my units were fairly old at that time) and they estimated the remaining lifespan on the units I had which allowed me to budget for them.
Until then we would repair and maintain what I had. Recently I did replace both units and so glad I did. They never tried to oversell me with something I didn't need for my home. Again I highly recommend Boone's for all your repair, maintenance, or new unit needs!

Great experience with this company from start to finish when I called because I smelled gas. Holly was friendly and efficient. She scheduled a technician who came within an hour and a half. My technician, Kristopher Nash, was polite, professional, friendly and did a very thorough check of our furnace. He discovered the gas smell was from a leak in our gas meter. He provided the number for Atmos and they came out and fixed the problem immediately. Happy I found a responsive company who will be my go to.

Boone's installed my system years ago and i was happy with the service. I contacted them again today to check an issue I've been having with two vents not blowing. Chris showed up (on time) and diagnosed the problem in minutes, fixed it within the hour. I continue to be impressed with Boone's and I'll ask for Chris by name if i need service in the future.
