I called on a Friday at 11am about my A/C not working. They dispatched a technician and got to my house by 3:00. He diagnosed and made recommendation. Had parts in his truck and fixed it within a half an hour. Very professional, on time, and personable. I would recommend to anyone. Service: A/C system repair

Jordan was friendly, informative & professional all while our 2 dogs followed him around, and with a smile on his face (under his mask!). They did a great job. They removed all of the old equipment and installed the new equipment. The original installation was a pain to change the filter on and looked sloppy. The installation by Taylor is neat and will be much easier to maintain. Before they left, they asked me to do one final inspection to make sure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Absolutely incredible experience getting a two-stage furnace. Everything from the project manager explaining the options, all the way to the truly gorgeous venting work - not to mention the follow up and complementary check on my air conditioning. Great setup - but I can't say enough about the intake and exhaust work, I forgot his name and believe he was a Russian gentleman, but he placed the PVC exactly where I wanted nice nice. Zero complaints

An all around great experience. Taylor's recently performed a cleaning and maintenance on my furnace. They arrived on time, were professional, respectful and did a great job. Communication with their technician and the office staff was really easy. "Thanks" from another satisfied customer!

Able to troubleshoot and temporarily fix my furnace for a weekend before installing a new one in under 4 days! The only place that seemed to have less than a week of lead time. All staff was professional and on time and made points to explain anything new and everything I asked about and weren't rushing to move along. Install is -clean-!

I was without heat for over two weeks a previous contractor screwed up the repair to my furnace Taylor. came to the rescue complete with a home audit and did an installation of the new gas furnace in one day including an electronic remote control thermostat as a wheelchair user spending much time in bed because of badly injuries sustained years ago Taylor. not only made the grade but made my life so much more comfortable not only coming to my aid for not having working equipment but the installation crew was very professional and was told by my friend RUSS I cannot say enough thank you's to Taylor Heating for coming to my rescue truly and doing such stupendous work my new furnace is very quiet and is doing the job thank you very much Taylor Heating for all that you've done for me!

I already recommended this business on Facebook when someone asked for HVAC businesses. Our in-law suite furnace stopped working and other places either didn't carry replacement parts for this furnace, had an answering machine when I called, left me on hold for 1hr 15 min or couldn't get me for 6 days. Taylor had someone here within 2 hrs and he was great. He even offered to help my husband with a plumbing issue. I will definitely call them again and look at their other services.

I called Taylor Heating because my furnace wasn't working. They were very prompt and got me an appointment that day. The service technicians were very professional and helpful. I've been using Taylor Heating for years. The quality of service has never staggered. Most of the staff has always been professional and knowledgeable. They have replaced two furnaces, new thermostats, weatherization, put in roof vents, insulation, weatherproofed and done energy efficient work on my home. When they have done work they have done an outstanding job of cleaning up after themselves. They have taught me how to use my equipment efficiently. They have done a+ job in my home.

Came out of network to install a new HVAC because my family has used them for years. They were efficient, clean, and even followed up when I had questions post installation. I was not home while they were installing, but everything was exactly as a left it, just with a new system. Price seemed reasonable too. I'm hopeful that this reduces my eclectic bill moving forward!

I have done business with this company for Approximately 10 years. We have always renewed our service contract with them, each year, when they come to do the maintenance. This year they became more concerned with getting more money, than their customer service. They are now requiring you to pay for their service on top of paying for the sevice agreement(which as always been included, in the past).

When a company shows that money comes before service, its time to change. Their technician left lights on in the basement and had turned the thermostat up to 80 degrees and never turned it back down.

Contacted to find out what brands of furnace they offer because I read good reviews on them. But I was completely turned off when they refused to tell me unless I first gave them my name and contact information to schedule an in-house visit. I understand not giving an estimate, or scheduling an appt. without that info. but refusing to tell a potential customer what brand of furnace they may be able to choose from if they DO have you out to their house? And during a COVID surge? Felt very 'greasy' to me.

I needed to replace my furnace and AC unit. After 12 years or so both had begun to give me fits; so after several service calls it was time for new ones. Taylor had the most reasonable offer. equipment, and pricing. We had planned for a two day job and they were able to complete the work in one day. The service technicians were professional and when completed the area was clean and tidy.

They explained everything they were doing. Overall very happy with Taylor Heating and will more than likely use them again in the near future. I would recommend Taylor and to consider them for your future HVAC needs.

I used Taylor Heating for plumbing work and was very impressed with the service I received. They didn't require a payment for an estimate like another company I had come out to assess my needs. Matt G. was my tech and was right on time, courteous (even wore shoe covers when inside the house!), explained everything he wanted to do, and performed the work without issues (gas line and water heater replacement). Easy to communicate with the dispatch staff/ schedulers as well. I would have no hesitation contacting Taylor for future plumbing needs!

Taylor is a great company. We moved into a new home I February and relied on Taylor to make sure our home was safe and efficient. After a full energy audit we completed some work to seal our home up, insulate where necessary and service all heating, cooling and plumbing systems. Our utility bills are ridiculously low and all systems are running great. Thanks Taylor for making our home safe and comfortable.

Set up a first-time appointment for a small job of hooking up my dishwasher and refrigerator lines after moving into a new home with new appliances. I even worked from home knowing a plumber was coming. I called the Taylor Heating & Plumbing office (note, they did not call me) to confirm appointment in the morning. They told me someone would arrive between 2 and 4.

Well that time came and went. Basically a no show. When I called at 4:30, they gave me a story that some other woman called and said she already hooked up the lines. First off, who is this other woman? The receptionist was unable to tell me who this person was or even what their number was. I suspected they must have had two different customers with the similar names perhaps and got us confused?

They even had to ask for my address three separate times during my calls to them. Second, even if that happened, why did they not call me, the customer to confirm someone else canceling on my behalf? What kind of security is there in that? Not sure who this woman was or what kind of crazy story that was, but not happy they never showed up or even called. I'm sure the actual plumbers are great based on the previous reviews - just not happy about the office organization and communication.

I ended up calling another plumber - Hopefully they are more sane, reliable, organized and show up when they say they will show up and reach out to me to confirm the appointment and/or to let me know if any issues arise.

I had Taylors come to my home to diagnose my boiler, that was no longer working. We were told that the issue was the inducer motor and was told it would cost $1000 to fix. We were also told that there was a $90 charge to diagnose the issue that would need to be paid if we did not hire them right then. As you may imagine after receiving a $1000 quote for a brand new boiler system, we decided to get a second opinion.

The next company that came said that the inducer blower was fine and the zone valves are actually the issue. This only cost me $350 to fix versus the $1000 that Taylors quoted. While the other company was looking at the unit, they noticed that there were things disconnected etc. The Taylors employee did not only diagnose the wrong issue but they disconnected pieces and wires without putting the unit back the way they found it.

I basically paid them $90 to worsen the situation. Luckily I did not give them the go ahead to replace a $1000 part that didn't need to be replaced. Even if the inducer motor was the actual problem, Taylors was priced higher than any other company I spoke with. I would not recommend Taylors. They do not seem like an honest or reasonably priced company.

Please know that your srv tech Dave N is magnificent. He shared with me everything he found relative to my central air issues and outlined my options in a way that Incould understand. He was polite and well mannered and an absolute delight. Sure I would have loved for the cost to go down but having neglected my unit for 4+ years it was a fair cost. Everything works great. DO NOT LET ANYTHING HAPPEN TO DAVE N!

Great company. Recently installed a new furnace, hot water heater and performed maintenance on all my appliclances as well as cleaned my ducts. The crew of Mike, Rick, Jose, Mark and Curt/Kirk were extremely professional and went above an beyond what was asked. They corrected mistakes from previous installers and made sure everything was up to code.

In addition, they were honest and forthright with everything they found and made sure I was informed of potential problems. Everything was installed nicely and labeled properly for future reference. They weren't the cheapest quote I received but I knew they were the right choice and ultimately would spend less in the future because of the job they did today. Cudos Rick Z
