Mike came to my home on Great Kills Rd on time and extremely polite and professional, he quickly diagnosed my a/c problem and installed a new part at a reasonable price, he cleaned up and removed the old part extremely well and left the job running perfectly. My husband and I would highly recommend Bob Mims. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to the end. Dominick came to our home to assess the job. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He even said an electrician would be included in the job to make sure we had the wiring needed for the air conditioning. We had an appointment in a week to do the job.
Right on time, Albert and Reggie arrived and with no delay started the job. Within the hour, Anthony and his partner, the electricians, arrived and began their job. We needed an upgrade. It was obvious they all knew what they were doing and did a fabulous job. They were very neat, no clean up after they left. I want to mention Angela in the office. She was my first contact and got the ball rolling. Most important, the unit is working beautiful. Again, I would recommend. Peggy and John Kelly. Brooklyn, NY.

These are the most professional HVAC pros on Staten Island. We have been customers since the late 1980's and the trust they have gained with us is immense. We like the "maintenance " program since it ensures immediate response to pertinent household issues and their team of techs are personable, expert and quick to resolve problems. A recent heating issue was thoroughly checked out and fixed by our very capable tech Michael Gulea to our satisfaction. This is our "go-to" firm for HVAC issues. Highly recommend.

I have been a Bob Mims customer for more than 25 years. I have been very satisfied with the service that they provided. Yesterday I had my heating system maintenance performed. The technician, Vinny Falcone, arrived as scheduled. He was very polite and thorough. Vinny explained in detail everything that he was doing during the maintenance process.
He patiently answered all my questions and concerns. I was very pleased with the service that he provided. I would also like to add that every time that I call for service I find that the people who answer the phone are always very pleasant, informative, helpful, and polite.
