Blair is wonderful. Adam came out and designed a system that not only heats and cools my home but takes my personal needs into account. It's was the easiest process and the guys who installed were fast and knowledgeable. Everyone at this company has great energy and I will continue to use them into the future. Yes, there is a great ac/heating company in PS.

Great service and crew. Nate was very helpful in explaining options and lifetime expectancy. We ended up putting in a new A/C Unit and heater that was much more energy efficient. The crew was thoughtful in cleanliness and attention to detail. We would recommend Blair to anyone considering repair or replacement. Extraordinary!

Blair Air is a company that I would never recommend. All they want is your money! When you call them about an issue they won't even return your call. I call and asked to speak to the manager which is Tanner and Anna said she would give him the message. Of course no return call. They installed my wine unit air and didn't even install it properly. We have now had 2 major leaks and have had to call an air conditioning company. This last one told us that it was not installed properly. If you use this company and have paid them in full, get ready to get screwed! I WOULD NEVER USE THEM! Barbara S

Our A/C went out on a triple-digit hot day in the desert. We never thought we would be able to get a repair person out, but were amazingly able to get an appointment the same afternoon. Sako came out and did an outstanding job getting our A/C up and running. He was polite, friendly, honest, and professional.we would request him again in a heartbeat.

Thanks for saving the day, Sako! ****This is an update to my earlier five-star review. Our A/C went out again several days after our initial repair. Blair sent repairmen out six times, and each time the repair did not last more than a day or two. Each repairman blamed the last technician. One repairman actually installed a pvc drain in front of the filter drawer, so we couldn't open it anymore!

He also broke the drain pan. Without going into detail, we eventually had another company out, and they got everything fixed in one visit. In fairness to Blair, they apologized and refunded our money. However, the refund did not cover or make up for the days we missed work to be here for the repairmen, or the days we had to live in a 90° house, or the suffering of our pets, who also had to live in a 90° house.

We work out of our home, so had no way to escape the heat. I can't say for sure, but it appears Blair is sending out unqualified trainees who should be partnered with a seasoned repairman instead of being on their own. We called and asked to speak to the owner, but were told he "was not available and could not be reached". The owner never returned our call.

Another local AC company wanted to sell us a new system. I wanted a second opinion. Blair came out right away. Cleaned the unit. New filter and tuned it up. $299. Works great and price included 12 month maintenance. 4 times a year. Blair is honest and reliable. Service: AC maintenance

My hvac is under warranty. The starting capacitor failed. Blair's technician charged 270.46 which included the trip charge of $79.00. The part was 214.50. Now I understand that all repair centers mark up the price of the parts that they use. But this capacitor runs $11.00 - $15.00 retail. Charging $200.00 more than cost on a warrantable item is way out of line.

My recommendation to everyone who reads this is to open up your AC's outside condenser unit, locate the silver round or oblong starting capacitor and write down the model number and details. Then shop online at Amazon or wherever you can find who sells it. Order a back up because you will need it eventually and it will save you a lot of money and hassle.

Please be careful to shut off the power first and then short across the terminals of the capacitor with a screw driver to eliminate any stored electricity. Check out a you tube video that will walk you through how to change the capacitor safely Hope this helps folks save money and not get gouged by greedy repair centers. I won't be calling Blair's heating and air for my future needs!

Easy to get in touch and fast response, compressor fan needed new capacitor. The capacitor was $300 for a part you can get at a home store for $10. I understand the need to make a dollar but a 2900 percent mark up is a little rough. Anyway something to consider. Service: Repair HVAC

Wonderful experience. Our AC broke and we assumed the worst. Blair responded promptly, didn't try to rip us off even though it was 115 degrees outside, and fixed our AC well under budget. The expert even showed us how to avoid the same problem in the future. And most importantly, the expert was extremely respectful and wore a mask the whole time.

Don't be scammed into buying their spring & fall service plan.they oversell and then can't service their customers for months. I can't get an appointment until January for our "fall" service because they are so busy with other customers calling in for their service.very disappointed in their service.

Our A/C system went out unexpectedly and the wonderful team at Blair came out the next day and promptly fixed our problem. Antonia was absolutely wonderful on the phone and our awesome technician Ryan actually arrived 4 hours early! Thanks for the professionalism and customer service. We just moved in on March 7 and we found our go team for HVAC in the valley! Thank you!

Ask for Ricky a/c tech, you will not be disappointed! After a little set back with my air conditioner not working properly after fixing a few problems I called Blair air again and got Ricky to come out and and take a better look. I am very satisfied and happy with his work and customer service! He was great! He found the issues and fixed them all! Also, I was very pleased with Tanner when we spoke about a few concerns I had.

He definitely made things right and made sure his customer was happy and taken care of. Blair air is the real deal! Great company with great people! I will definitely recommend blair air to all my family and friends. Thanks again

Finally found a Heating and Air company who truly knows how to treat the customer. We had issues with one of our units cooling, I explained to Melissa what the prior issue another company had put us in $545.00 later and she was very sympathetic and got us on the first available appointment next day. The day of appointment I got a call that a tech was available sooner and Justin was on time, professional and highly knowledgeable. Justin guided us through the process from beginning to end and solved the issue to our satisfaction! Would highly recommend Justin and Blair Heating & Air! Did I mention they have the Best Customer Service in town!
