Highly recommend using Bill Howe plumbing. They were able to send a plumber out in less than 24 hours which was great. We had a window time of 1-4 and received a text that our plumber was running a little behind. I appreciated the communication and totally understand things happen. Our plumber Robbie called shortly after and showed up promptly. He was super professional and friendly.

It was great he knew what was exactly wrong told us how much it would cost and got to work. He was still done by 4:00 which was great. He went through a run through of everything we had discussed before he charged us and went on his way. I appreciate how direct, fast and great quality of work he did. Recommend them to anyone who needs a good honest plumber.

Honestly we called Bill Howe to check out plumbing in our new home purchase after we closed escrow to see if we need to do any snaking to improve drainage. While that tech (Alex) was out, we talked about our hot water heater. They sent out a tech (Tris) who focuses on that and had really amazing information preparing us for that phase. Then in that conversation he mentioned that he saw a few things that he'd recommend fixing right away.

He scheduled the service with the office and another tech came out (Brian) right away and took care of everything super fast! And then the first tech mentioned they have a remodel dept when I started talking about remodeling our bathrooms. So now we are having them back out to discuss that. We're super impressed with them. They had the ability to give us estimates on their tablets right there onsite.

We paid right then for the services. Loved receiving the text messages saying who was on the way with their photos. They are super efficient. Really make working with them so easy! Now we referred them to my mom-in-law's home to fix things in her home. We love the Bill Howe team!

On the morning of Friday, April the 1st (not an April Fool's post by any means) as I was going to my car to go to work, I noticed water pooling under my water heater. Needless to say I was not happy. At work (I am a high school teacher) I called Bill Howe plumbing to see if I could get my water heater replaced that afternoon. Well they were able to fit me in.

Since I teach until 2:50 pm, I could not accept the 2-5 window. They were able to create a 3-5 window for me (I live very close to the high school at which I teach). I sent in pictures of my water heater which allowed the tech to bring a new H2O heater with him. My tech was Darryl Fountain. Darryl is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and skilled.

I like to watch professionals work and he was happy to explain all he was doing, answer all questions I had, and work efficiently. Darryl is a tech (plumber) I would absolutely recommend to anyone to work on any plumbing issues. I called Bill Howe because of amazing service and work from years ago, and this was in the back of my mind as I called Bill Howe plumbing that Friday morning. If you can, ask for Darryl. You will not be disappointed.

I was very happy when I called Bill Howe plumbing and was able to get an appointment on the same day within a couple of hours, because we all know that a day or two without your sink or shower is a real inconvenience. I was even more pleased with the plumber that arrived. Asher called me 30 minutes before arriving and was very professional and very good at his job. Asher quickly fixed the problem and was also respectful of my home, he even sprayed down the shower after the clog was cleared.

He said " I wanted to clean it up so you wouldn't have to" If I have any plumbing issues in the future I will definitely use Bill Howe plumbing and I will request Asher again. Thanks!

This is the 3rd time we have called Bill Howe Plumbing for new faucets and water line hookups for 3 different areas in our house. Every time the service and professionalism has been outstanding! We have a new construction house and the original plumbing installer was always "too busy" to come back and do faucet and water line installs for parts which were delayed in arriving due to supply issues.

Bill Howe Plumbing was very responsive and arrived within 48-72 hours, or less, of each call. Darryl was our Technician for 2 of the visits and ran into issues which required creative problem-solving. We were certain the job might not be completed due to these issues. However, both times he completed the job! We were very happy and will continue to call Bill Howe Plumbing!

Saul was a consummate professional, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all questions thoroughly. He took extra steps to ensure our situation was taken care of and communicated with third parties on our behalf. He was able to have the city respond to our plumbing issue the next day when my family and I were not able to get another plumber(service)to follow up at all. Dante was also very professional, personable, and performed quality work clearing our drain.

The experience with these two gentleman from Bill Howe was smooth and easy, and made dealing with our plumbing issues as stress free as possible. Some of the best service I've received in any regard, I would confidently recommend these two gentlemen and Bill Howe to my friends and family.

Bill Howe Plumbing was a top-notch service! The person who answered the phone was professional and knowledgeable, they responded to an emergency plumbing situation with speed and proficiency, and were proactive about scheduling necessary follow-up services. Darryl was the plumber Bill Howe sent both times, and he was friendly, courteous, professional, efficient, and had a lot of information he was willing to share. He was also super conscientious about cleaning up. I recommend Bill Howe for plumbing services and would definitely ask for Darryl!

Chris Sullivan was excellent! He communicated well and kept me informed of how the job was going. He was very polite and courteous, and he worked very efficiently in a tight space. Chris was on time for our appointments, and he was so efficient the total cost was $100 less than the original estimate. The price was reasonable, and the work was great! I would definitely use Bill Howe again, and I'd request Chris Sullivan!

Bill Howe is awesome and very reliable! We used their services for toilet installation, valve replacement and some water clean up from a leak. I really appreciate how professional and kind all the employees are. This company holds up to their word and I value that. We worked with Danny Moreno on a project and he was very polite, timely and communicated quick. Thank you Danny and thank you Bill Howe! We are happy customers.

We have used Bill Howe Plumbing Service a few times. This time around, my dad's bathroom sink was slow draining. Tony Millan was assigned to the task. He quickly realized that dad had original cast iron pipes from the original build and needed replacing. It was a big job that was handled very professionally. Tony and his helpers got it done. So thankful for Tony and the Bill Howe team.

They came out to fix my air condition in the summer when it broke down. They fixed it pretty quick the pricing was a bit high compared to the last air condition company. I still recommend them because they fixed it really quickly and seem knowledgeable and experienced.

Wow - had two issues within a few days of one another! Christmas Eve our hot water tanked out on us - house full of company and the holiday, we were stressed! Bill Howe Plumbing got here, installed a new one AND the holiday went on! Then tonight, we had a class fed drain and our toilet was overflowing! I called them again, in a panic, and they were here within 1hr! Both plumbers were knowledgeable, friendly professional and beyond helpful!

I was hesitant on making the call for repairs because the pandemic has left me 85% unemployed and so finances are tight but the problems we're starting to mount. I've used Bill Howe Plumbing in the past and I find that their service to cost is well worth it. I was quoted an initial amount to have them come out for an hours worth of work, which I knew could easily be accomplished.

So what had started out to be about $165 job and that was a fortune to me at that moment! ended up being $600! Changing the guts inside the toilet tank, & installing a new kitchen faucet because of a pinhole leak in the old one and then. surprise surprise I needed a new valve for my water pressure just outside my back door. I chocked back the tears because I knew I needed to get it done. I felt completely inadequate to be stressed over the money. The repairman Doug, was exceptional he did a great job, extremely thorough, & very clean

These guys are atrocious. THREE service calls including 2 days in a row and they can't fix our heater. Yesterday's call ended with your tech telling me "I think the problem is with the exhaust pipe on roof but I'm not going up there." Then he said if it wasn't the exhaust I should replace one of the boards in the furnace. He recommended this without sharing any diagnostic codes or his rationale.

He said board costs $1,000 and when I questioned that, he blamed President Biden! Tech was unmasked both times, including inside my home WHILE CA has a mask mandate in effect due Omicron. All of this going into coldest weekend of the year! San Diegans beware!

Darryl came to our home and did an outstanding job in the shower. He replaced the shower knob, which required him to cut into the wall. He was timely, knowledgeable, friendly, personable, efficient, answered all our questions. He did an outstanding job and we could not have asked for better service. Highly recommend!

I found a leak in my kitchen ceiling at around 7pm tonight. I called Bill Howe 24 hour service and Manuel Valencia from Bill Howe was here within an hour to inspect the issue. Upon his arrival I let him know that I had a sleeping baby in the home as well as two dogs locked in the bathroom. I asked if there was any way he could do this whole inspection and fix super quiet. Well, within an hour Manuel was gone, my leak was identified and repaired, my baby is still sleeping, and my dogs are calm and relaxed. Best plumbing service I have ever had! Thanks Manuel!

Jesus visited today and did a superb job. He repaired what we had on our list, answered all of our questions, and made recommendations for things we want to do in the future. He was professional, personable, and expert in his diagnosis of our plumbing problems. We will request him in the future.

Danny Bravo was my technician and arrived on time while being patient with my gated community hassle. He was extremely friendly and professional, while also being knowledgeable and explaining how to operate everything. The install was done correctly and was the exact cost of the estimate I received, no hidden or surprise fees at end. Overall would definitely go here for any future installations or repairs necessary for my condo! Also they used top of the line products which represented a great value overall, works infinitely better than the water heater it replaced!

I had a great experience with Bill Howe Plumbing & Heating. My technician Enoch was super friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He inspected my furnace and confirmed the date of installation and what is critical for me to do to continue its effective operation. He also went through a checklist of other services offered by his company and went so far as to call on my behalf and get a plumbing service scheduled the following week. I highly reccomend Bill Howe Plumbing. They have been my go-to plumbing service for over 30 years. They cleared our sewer line which had stopped draining. At first we suspected a collapsed line, which they determined was not the case using a special camera. They cleared the line and recommended a project to prevent such future happenstance, which we will have them do. If you have any kind of plumbing problem, they are quick, professional, and very reasonably priced.

Our technician, Corey Koenen, did a great job and communicated with us very clearly about what he was planning to do and how much it was likely to cost. He kept us apprised of his movements before he arrived (he stopped by the shop to pick up a new water heater before coming to our home) and then completed the work with skill and speed once he was on site.

We were back in business with hot water in our home by 1:00 pm. Many thanks to Corey and the Bill Howe team! Also, a quick shout out to Andrea the dispatcher for her excellent help in handling my early morning phone call about the situation. We'll definitely use Bill Howe Plumbing again.

Just wanted to say thank you to Jamie, Haley and the staff at Bill Howe. Roberto and Rob were awesome and went above and beyond to fix all the issues from our inspection report. We will move into our new home with the confidence that we are covered. Looking forward to having them install our new kitchen sink!

Bill Howe's Josh opened my bathroom blocked sink drain in minutes. perfect service and a fair price. I got a discount as a senior. (How did he know?) On time, neat clean and professional service, what more can one ask for?

Several weeks ago, we discovered a moisture and mold problem in our master bathroom. We called in a local plumber for an evaluation, bid, and estimated completion date. He needed months to finish the entire job. Then, we call Bill Howe. They arrived later that day, appraised our problems and gave us their bid and far faster completion date. We signed the simple agreement and they began work on the next day.

As things progressed, . we did discover some additional problems. Their Team members had immediate and efficient answers to every problem. The new bathroom is beautiful and far more functional. My wife is thrilled. During construction, the Howe Team folks were tidy and conscious of our need to live in their construction site. While we will be happy to see them leave, we were glad that they came, fixed everything so well, so quickly and for less money than their competitions' bid. Howe folks do really know Howe. Their folks will get the job done right, done quickly and done for less money and give you better results.

Rudy Lopez did an excellent job on unclogging a bathroom sink. He was professional in the work he did and explained everything he was doing. I'm happy with Bill Howe and his workers.

Stephanie and Amber at Bill Howe have been very professional in trying to repair the customer relationship with me and I appreciate that. Bill Howe has offered to compensate me for the wasted water and I think that is fair. I'm going to give them another chance. They do really have a quality team of professionals. I think they just made a mistake last week albeit a bad one. But mistakes happen.
