I first called another HVAC company on this list--one of the top three, in fact. But they didn't find the problem and didn't seem to be interested in listening to the symptom history I was trying to explain. They put gages on my heat pump and said it was fine--even though I told them I didn't think the problem was the heat pump. Mark from Best found the problem in 10-15 minutes, showed me what it was (a bad board on a contactor in the air handler), and was able to turn the problem on and off, thus confirming his diagnosis. They replaced the part for the promised price and on the promised schedule. I will use them again for any HVAC problems. Their competitor, company X, is off my list.

Called for help with a roof swamp guy quotes me 2800 bucks over the phone without ever coming. I said wow that's pretty expensive for a unit I can buy from home Depot for 600$ he said "well labors not free" I said well 2200$ seems pretty rediculas for a 2 hour job.rude

They rescued me from a disaster job down by another contractor in Pueblo. I had about $800 worth of damage done by the other company and within 30 minutes these guys came in diagnosed the issue and got to work. There was no waiting for parts or anything they even stayed late into the night trying to fix it. They did get me cool air as promised and I am grateful for that and would recommend them.

Couldn't be more happy with the service provided by Glen and his son. Other heating and cooling companies wouldn't even work at my house because I didn't purchase the equipment from them. Glen and his son really took the time to talk to me about what I wanted done for the installation and consulted with me throughout the project to make sure the cost would remain low like I wanted.

They were more than willing to tell me what work I could do on my own along with an explanation of how to do it which is refreshing compared to how a lot of technical specialists want to make everything seem over complicated. Overall couldn't be happier with my experience with glen and his son from "Best heating and cooling" I will definitely call them in the future if I need work done
