We have dealt with a number of HVAC companies over many years. In 2020 we decided to replace our aging HVAC system. We selected B & T to replace our 2 zone system with an 18 SEER variable speed American Standard System. The B&T installation was flawless. The system is whisper quiet outside and inside the house and is less expensive to operate than our old system.

The Wifi thermostat offers many interesting functions. The B & T service staff who check the system twice a year are courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Bottom line: If you are looking for a quiet, dependable, less expensive to operate system in your home and serviced by pro's, B & T is the company to use.

HVAC diagnostics and a pound of freon, refused to test the system for leaks or estimate replacement of the coils. That cost me $500 yesterday. Today, the company sent an estimate for a new system at just under $10,000. This is the same company I trusted, based on a friend's recommendation, to replace the capacitor last year. It was a quick and easy repair with a cost I considered reasonable. Something has changed in a year's time.

The heating went out completely on a cold December 20th. Discovered there was no power going to crawl space where the furnace is. Called an electrician who never returned the call. Called the company that put the system in two years ago, earliest they would come was nine days out! Called B & T who attended same afternoon and fixed the GFCI outlet causing the problem then fully inspected and tested the system. Great service. My go to HVAC people from now on.

They are the BEST! Installation of the new system went smoothly and quietly. Not only doesn't Aaron try to sell you a more expensive unit, he actually tries to dissuade you. He answers emails almost immediately, even on weekends and holidays. They file all necessary paperwork for you, including permits and warranties. People in my community who have used them rave about them.

The workers are so polite and neat, leaving no mess to clean up. The Town of Cary inspectors have approved their work and even commented to my friends, "whoever installed your system knew what they were doing". You can't go wrong.

I needed to replace my old 2006 HVAC system with new updated system. Work was completed in a professional, courteous, and timely manner. Value for the system could not be matched. Aaron was in touch at every point to answer any questions or concerns I may have had. I could not be more pleased with his work crew: Stephen, Thomas, Danny, and Lalo. Those guys went above and beyond; from taking out the old system and hauling away everything, to installing and demonstrating the new system.

They spent all day in the sweltering heat without complaints and kept at their job. Hearing young men saying "Yes, Ma'am and No Ma'am" was refreshing. This company proves there are service people who truly care about their customers. I cannot say enough praises about this company. I recommend them highly to anyone needing their services.

My husband and I were in need of a new HVAC unit since our upstairs unit was not operating properly. It was an older unit and we decided we would prefer to replace it. Aaron came out to provide a quote within 24 hours and was extremely friendly and professional. After comparing his unit options and pricing with other providers, we opted to go with B&T.

Not only was the installation group very professional, but they were polite and went above and beyond to explain things to us. We were very pleased with B&T and would highly recommend them to anyone searching for a new unit or repairs to existing units.

Upstairs AC went out and we thought the unit finally died. Neighbors recommended B and T, and Aaron showed up the next day for a quote. He said it may be an easy fix and provided a full quote while he scheduled a tech to come by that same day. Turns out it was an easy fix and it bought us a few more (hopefully) years before we replace the entire unit. Really honest and professional guys and I'll definitely use them in the future.

Kevin, Stephen, and Danny did a remarkable job installing a new HVAC system into our attic yesterday. The old unit was fueled by propane and we went with a new electric system, so they not only did the work in a tight, hot space, they coordinated the electric wiring that had to be done. At the end of a long hot day of work, our downstairs unit suddenly went off.

Instead of driving away from the completed job they'd just done, they stayed and problem-solved until the dead mouse in the drain system was located and removed. They were cheerful, competent, and we are grateful for their expertise and great work. Thanks to this crew and to B&T for another job well done. We have used them for our downstairs unit and mother-in-law cottage previously and had the same great results.

Hired B&T due to a/c not working. As figured, we needed to replace one of our units. They performed the work, taking notice that I work from home and therefore made sure to not disturb, as much as possible. Quality install. After the work was finished, the owner followed up to ensure we were happy. Highly recommended.

I was charged $172 for no work done. $85 was for the service call and $87 for the tech to step out of his truck and tell me that he can't work on unit because it was located above staircase. I talked to the owner, Aaron, and he refused to honor the $85 service call "promotion" listed on his website, saying that any service call is $85 plus the hourly labor of the techs.

He said if two techs showed up the charge would be $255, even if nothing was done. I'll find another HVAC business where service call price refers to what you pay to have someone come out and assess the situation.
