Automatic Climate

Very pleased with Automatic Climate! Our outdoor unit crapped out after a few years of use, and the previous installer didn't register the product, so we were up the creek as they say. Since we had Automatic install a brand new unit, things have been smoother sailing. The initial technician and estimator was prompt and efficient; we were even able to get a new unit purchased, installed, and fully operation the same day.

The installation team were thorough and patient with my many questions and concerns (after two terrible previous experiences with other companies), and I've triple-checked that our unit is registered with the manufacturer as promised. Most recently, Philippe came out for our requested summer maintenance service. He was through, polite, and super patient with my home-from-school toddler and his many friendly questions. I found Automatic on Reddit and wasn't sure what we'd get, but every experience has been positive so far. Happy to say I highly recommend!

Michael was very prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable about the services rendered. He was very thorough in his assessment. Automatic Climate technician Ben was very professional, knowledgeable, and honest. I used a few other companies in the past, and Automatic Climate the last 5 years to do HVAC maintenance, and Ben is the best! He took time to thoroughly clean the AC outdoor unit which I have never seen any tech so thorough like him. When he diagnosed my AC problem, he explained all the possible options I can do to repair it.

He is honest and kind. I would request Ben again, and Automatic Climate should be proud that they have such a hard working, extremely pleasant and a professional staff to represent them.

My experience was excellent. The service man called me in advance of arriving to ask me if he could come early. That was a big plus for me. He was very thorough and recommended that my unit should have a surge protector. I thought that was a good idea since I live in an area that looses electricity a lot. He had one in the truck. He came back to tell me the one he had looked defective and that he would have to go get one, which he did.

The installation of the surge protector was quick. The service man was very pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable. Next time I need a system maintenance check I hope it is Ale that comes to do the job.

My HVAC engineer was extremely thorough and explained all services performed. He also informed me of improvements/additions that I could make to my system. I am not financially able to do this at this time. He was very polite and very respectful of me and my home. It was both a pleasant and productive day. With the summer heat upon us all in Virginia, I am comforted in knowing that my system will keep my family cool. Thank you.

Their annual service package is a great deal. Typically they spend 2+ hours (once in the spring and once in the fall) doing a bi-yearly check and cleaning of both our upstairs and downstairs units. They provide reasonable recommendations giving me all the possible work/cost options. They also provide recommendations for minor upgrades that will extend the lifetime and safety of the systems. The techs are always knowledgeable and competent.

The team of John and Jeb were professional dedicated to their work and got right into what they were here to complete. They were neat and did wonderful work. My clothes dryer was not working and John found the reason why and fixed it right away. the hose was clogged with lint! I chose to do a maintenance contract with them and hope to see this team again. Thank you guys, you were wonderful.

Sean arrived on time for the service call. He was very professional and courteous. He explained that he would analyze the entire system to determine the exact problem. He analyzed the issue very quickly and correctly. We were very pleased with his service. Sean was very patient, and knowledgeable when he explained the problem with our heating system to my wife and I.

I would recommend the Automatic Climate Company to my neighbors, family, and friends. Also, I would recommend that customers purchase the full service contract. I have been a customer of Automatic Climate since I had my new home constructed in 2008.

Gerald was polite and respectful: he double-checked his work and offered options for service. It was necessary to replace a capacitor and he provided accurate/adequate information to make the decision. I cross-referenced the pricing online and was satisfied. Jed performed the annual maintenance on our system this year. He accomplished the inspection and maintenance professionally in addition to being polite and pleasant. Automatic Climate has been servicing my AC and heat systems for at least 25 years ago and they installed new systems a couple of times during this period. I recommend this company without reservations.

Recently had our air handler have a leak on its inside coils. Automatic Climate responded super fast with everyone that showed up being really nice and respectful. Automatic Climate Control never lets me down ever since I have been using them since 2017. Every person that has come out has not only been professional but knowledgeable. There communication is impeccable. I have used them for my annual maintenance and repairs. The prices are very reasonable and they offer payment plans if you need it. Gary L treated my home with much respect and I love how he was so polite and kept me informed on everything he was doing and why. I love how he says, "Roger, Roger." Stay consistent and you will always have me as a customer.

We called Automatic Climate today when our A/C wasn't working because John M. Adams recommended them. The fella who came out was incredible! Knew what he was talking about worked quickly, and explained every stupid question I asked him. I would TOTALLY recommend them to others.

What a great company! Josh C does a fantastic job. I highly recommend him, Went above and beyond. The company itself has great prices, fair and honest. But its the employs like Josh C that really make a difference!

Automatic Climate was the company that installed the original equipment in our home. During June, the thermostat had to be replaced. The first technician said that it needed to be replaced and the next technician replaced it. It was not getting any cooler in the house so that same technician came and said that there was problem with an eroded wire. that caused the problem.

I asked him to please set the new thermostat to 72 degrees so that it would run that way year round. Well it's a week later and over $500 dollars later and it's 80 degrees in the house. I just retired and I can't keep paying these people to charge me every other week. My mom lives with us and I can't make it comfortable in here for her, please don't trust these people because they cannot be trusted.
