1000% recommend this company. I had an issue that they came right out and got me running after hours, within the hour! The after hours call I don't even think rang a full time before being answered. Chris the on call tech was top notch, super knowledgeable and diagnosed within not even minutes but seconds. I signed up for a yearly maintenance program and they are my number 1 go to and the only one I will refer from now on. Everyone else you call says they are booked out for the night. I highly recommend this company and their exceptional service.

We purchased and had Astro Air install a new heat pump to replace our 20-year old system. While we got off to somewhat of a slow start, I have to commend the professionalism of this team especially their expert, Rick. There was a vibrating noise from our new unit that was driving me crazy and rather than right me off as a crazy person, they continued to work on our unit until the annoying sound was gone. We would highly recommend them.

My A/C mysteriously stopped working. I called Astro Air, and the gentleman on the phone was courteous and helpful. Christian, the tech quickly followed up with me and kept in touch with me to let me know when he'd be arriving. He had a full day scheduled that day, but made to my house in the evening. He was so courteous and helpful. I'm happy to say that my A/C is now working and I'm not sweating anymore! Thank you, Christian!

I have been using Astro Air for several years. Great service and friendly and knowledgeable technicians. Last Friday my original builders unit AC finally died. Same day tech was able to evaluate and fix temporarily. Sales arrived first thing next day and have lots of options. New unit installed today. Install team of Jared and Tony did a fantastic job. Very impressed with this company and employees.

I am a real estate agent and have to deal with different companies all the time. Astro Air Inc is a company that one of my clients uses. I decided to call them when we needed an ac tune up. They were phenomenal and very easy to book over the phone. They came within the 2-hour time frame and their service professional was beyond nice and detailed. Our ac system looks like new and the fee charged was extremely reasonable. We liked them that much that we purchased their annual service agreement for the future. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a honest and reasonable AC company.

They've been here 3 times same issue yet each time they come up with a different reason for the problem. Now they said that my 2 year old AC unit needs a new A coil because they tend to leak! And that although the part is under warranty the labor is almost $800, yes you heard right $800. Called another company and they said the charge to replace the part is $300.
For labor. II also bought their MAINTENANCE plan for almost $300. I want my money back for your maintenance plan. ITS A JOKE -really think they are just taking advantage of me and trying to rip me off. Almost $800 later and having exact same issue. New AC backing up and not draining. It's not like it's a different issue.

I am a Realtor and have worked with many companies in the past. This was hands down my best experience! From dispatcher to the EXPERT AC tech, this company was amazing. I called in late Friday afternoon and spoke with the dispatcher and had an expert at the property within an hour. Jason "Rooney" was beyond helpful and kind, despite having to crawl into the 120 degree attic!
He helped with the ac but we still needed electrical work done to be fully functional. He called many places for over an hour and found someone to come out first thing the next morning (which was a Saturday)! Rooney was professional, fast, and went FAR above and beyond for me! Astro Air is quality work and super affordable! Thank you for everything!

I have been using this Astroair for a couple of years and highly recommend the company. I found them to be very professional and competitively priced. Their repair service, by all of their tech staff that serviced my AC unit, were prompt and knowledgeable. My AC was really tired (14 years old) and I finally broke down and bought a new unit. The installation guys were on time, once again knowledgeable, providing a neat and clean install. Swept and cleaned my garage after install, even picked up the small pieces of wire and took away the old unit including the slab outside unit was installed on. I highly recommend Jim Davis one of the salesman and the entire service and new installation crew. To the owner, your fortunate to have such great team!

My AC maintenance was performed today by Astro Air, INC. The service technician's name was Eric he did an amazing job. He was courteous, punctual and very professional and even wore his blue shoe protection when inside my home when servicing inside of my two units. He also discovered that my foam protection hoses on the outside units needed a little attention which he addressed and even painted the UV coating on this for additional protection. Attention to details of this type will always keep me as a dedicated customer of Astro Air INC.

Been with this company for 5 years and they have NEVER disappointed. Their response time is incredible especially for emergencies along with their ability to fix the problem in a timely manner. I'm not typically one to write a review but I like to recognize the company when they do excellent work. We had an issue with our air conditioner not turning on properly and in South Florida when it's 85° that can be a little frightening! So we contacted Astro air because they serviced our air conditioner before and they really have always had excellent service.
They came out in just a couple hours and are extremely courteous and professional. Tyrone fixed the issue in about 20 minutes. He was friendly with our dogs and did everything quietly so that he didn't wake our sleeping baby! Thank you for being so professional and getting the job done right.

I've worked with Astro Air for the last five years and maybe longer. They've replaced a/c units and repaired existing. They have the nicest and most professional people. They've always been fair and honest and care about their work. I would recommend them to anyone knowing I'm recommending the best.

Had A/C unit go out called and tech showed up 2 hours later Tim K diagnosed system said the fan needed to be replaced offered different options but said go with the fan other system components looked fairly good. Had fan in his truck installed and cleaned up everything. System is working great! Thanks Tim great job! Lisa & Scott

We bought a house that had the a/c unit replaced by Astro air a couple of months before we moved in and was still under warranty. Moving in in the dead of summer the unit went out. They came out and made some type of repair, since then in 2 years the air conditioner has never worked properly in summer and constantly kicking out. They've come out several times and welded things, checked things, blown out lines (which we were charged for) and it still constantly warming up soon after. We've told them numerous times that it's NEVER worked properly while under warranty and is still not working correctly.
As I type this I am sitting in an 80 degree house in July (again). Company does not stand behind their warranty and sold an obvious lemon. Looking at previous reviews looks like we aren't the first ones to get the run around. Save yourself the heat stroke and look for a different company.

This is an incredible company that we've been using for years for various maintenance, ductwork, repairs, etc. Now we needed a new system and so naturally we went with them. They were so accommodating, informative, and as always, honest! The guys who installed it, Jacky and Claude, are the greatest two guys I know. We had a holiday beginning at sundown and they took it upon themselves to work nonstop, from 8am until 6pm, in order to have it done for us. Other than mandel-bread and macaroons, they never even took a meal break. Unbelievable. I will continue to use and recommend Joe and his company for all A/C needs.

Our seventeen year old central air conditioner stopped working end I contacted Astro Air. They promptly arrived, checked out the old system, provided a proposal to replace the unit with three options and recommended the least expensive option. The new system was installed the next day and works great.
