We had a new furnace and tankless water heater done. Ashley Heating beat out all estimates by far and was very honest and professional! Our installers worked hard all day and did a great job making sure everything worked and ran great. They did a great job cleaning up and I will definitely be referring them and happy to use them for all my future needs and maintenance.

We have been using Ashley Heating for years! They are reliable and if there is an issue they really do their best to get out to fix it within a day. I recently had our AC serviced and after just a couple weeks the downstairs unit was not working. Daniel at Ashley Heating came the next day and fixed the issue quite quick-working 15 minutes! A wire had come loose and he was able to get us back up and running before the hot temps show up later this week. He was professional and friendly! Big kudos for Ashley Heating. We noticed our water heater leaking from the top on Saturday night late. Called Ashley Heating on Sunday - the person answering their phone took our number and said someone would call us back. Got the call back within the hour, and he came by Sunday afternoon. I'd heard so many horror stories about other places that say you need a whole new water heater when it's not necessary.

But this guy told us it was just a small pipe that needed to be replaced - he offered to go get the part and do it for us, or he could just explain to my husband what needed done and we could do it ourselves for less. He charged us a very reasonable diagnostic/home visit fee and that was all! Very responsive (even on a Sunday!) very reasonable and ethical. Gave us the option to finish the job ourselves. Very impressed. We will definitely be using them again in the future when the need arises.

Met Daniel at our first service call in July 2021. He performed the a/c service and was very thorough with cleaning our a/c's condenser coils. He explained the benefits of prepaying for four services, a/c and furnace, so I did. Used his furnace services last fall. And had him service the a/c today. I highly recommend him as the technician along w/ Ashley. And with a small glitch in the scheduling/appointment, Shannon at the office was quick to admit a mistake, own it, and provide a remedy! :-

The Ashley crew that helped us were very professional, friendly, and so easy to work with. They showed us how to properly use our system as well as putting in the new furnace and AC quickly. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of a new heating and cooling system.

I heard a funny noise in my furnace that sounded like a bearing was going out. Ashley Heating said they could be out tomorrow between 9am and 11am. Well, they showed up at 9am, the front end of the estimate. That was great! They could have replaced parts knowing that's what I suspected was wrong, but instead they tested the part, said it was fine and just gave it an oiling.

The did continue with a complete tune up as well. On time, in and out quickly, thorough work and reasonably priced. These are the kinds of locally owned businesses I like to use.

Dane and the entire Ashley team were top notch professionals, on time, clean and delivered everything as promised. It was less than a week from the time of quote to a fully functional whole house humidifier system. The guys tied in to our existing system, at one point we had 3-4 trucks of guys here helping with the install, and everything worked perfectly on the first try. The team was professional and clean. Use Ashley.they will do a solid job!

Our water heater started leaking at 10:30 at night. We called Ashley at 8:00 the next morning. They had the new water heater installed and inspected by 2:00 the same day. Great service! Needed to have our AC unit raised up to grade after having our landscaping completed. Colton arrived on time and completed the project in a couple of hours. Ashley Heating & Air is awesome. They were responsive when I requested their service. They sent out a sales person who directed me to what I should use for the size of my home. They showed me what savings I could gain by choosing different systems. They hooked everything up in a timely and professional manner. They did not leave any dirt or stuff for me to clean up.

After the install A technician gave me a through walk through on the system and thermostat. They left me assuring that my new system would get me through the hot and cold weather, and if there was ever a problem it would be their top priority to fix it right away.

From start to finish Ashley's was amazing. Dane was beyond professional and designed the perfect system for our home. Our heater is so efficient, compared to the old system, can't wait to try the air conditioning. The price was beyond worth it and comparable to other companies. I can't not say enough about Ashley heating and a/c. We replaced a furnace, a/c and water heater all were 30 year +. Met with Rick he provide complete breakdown a reasonable/fair quote was reached, Rick and his team arrived as stated, installation was transparent and professional and the team cleaned up after the work was completed. The next day Brian (Ashley) came to see if there were any issues. We couldn't be happier with Ashley, we highly recommend them. Thank you Rick S we really enjoyed working with you!

I used Ashley Heating for 4 years for regular spring and fall maintenance visits. I was always impressed with them and I didn't have any complaints, recommended them to a few family members as well. With my last furnace maintenance, the technician said there was a crack in the heat exchanger and recommended replacing. I started the process to get a few bids for replacements.

During the process of getting bids, I was encouraged by a friend to get a second opinion on the crack and I had two other companies out that could not find the crack. I called Ashley and spoke with their manager, who firmly stood behind their technician, which I respect, and sent another technician out the next day. The second Ashley technician was unable to find the crack, he found two suspect spots but easily was able to feel them and they were scratches, not cracks.

I then didn't hear from the manager for two weeks but did hear from salesman texting to see if I was by chance still interested in replacing my system and I just felt like they were really pressing sales, which really was unfortunate. I called back in and spoke with the manager and expressed my overall concern with the situation and I hope that this doesn't happen to others in the future. Hopefully they can look at some processes and continue to improve.

In summary, if they recommend any replacements, I'd recommend a second opinion from another company to verify. There is no doubt in my mind that Ashley Heating does good work but I do not have full faith in their practices and I'll be switching companies.

As a customer of Ashley Heating for over 17 years I am continually impressed by the professionalism, knowledge, skills and work ethic demonstrated by all of their team. They've not only helped us maintain a system well beyond its lifetime, but have recently replaced our entire HVAC system to take advantage of new services in our area. Definitely a company I recommend and enjoy doing business with. Kudos to the great team at Ashley Heating!

Contacted Ashley Heating and Air in Boise, Idaho (Yelp thinks I'm in San Francisco, go figure), for a standard AC maintenance appointment. I will give them props for communication, they sent a text the night before to remind me of the upcoming appointment. The technician Dorian (super nice guy BTW), called when he was about ten minutes out. He was super nice and knowledgeable.

The problem started when Dorian found a bad capacitor which needed replacing. He had the part on-hand and when I asked about the cost, he said it was about $200.00 I excused myself for a couple of minutes and went inside to my office (part in hand), and when I checked the price on-line, they ranged anywhere from $17.00 to $40.00 (ish). I'm but no means a cheap skate but take great offense to being taken advantage of. I can only assume they believe they are dealing with uninformed, uneducated morons. Bite me Ashley, I won't be calling back.

07/01/2019 We just completed remodeling our kitchen, including the counter tops and sink. In doing so, the Reverse Osmosis system installed by Ashley's was disconnected and reconnected. Everything looked great -- all the tubes were restored to their original locations, the valves turned on (and nothing leaked), but no water came out of the spigot.

The contractor who did the remodel called the manufacturer who referred him to. Ashley's. Before he could call Ashley's, Ashley's called me. They sent a technician out within an hour, who quickly diagnosed the problem -- about 6" of a discharge tube had been trimmed to accommodate the new sink arrangement, and that 6" contained a inline flow limiting plug essential to the system's proper operation.

They sent the part out and had it installed within an hour, and they didn't charge me for the service call. That kind of service is hard to beat. Thank you, Ashley's.

From the very beginning, Ashley H, A.&W, was amazing. We had to replace our entire heating and cooling system, ducts and all. Rick came and explained everything about the old system and then the new one. He was very informative and we never felt pressured. The guys that came to do the job were fantastic! They worked so hard and dealt with a couple of unforeseen issues (which I didn't have to pay extra for).

They also were very enjoyable to be around. Thanks Bob, Shilo & Tommy! The follow up they do was also worth mentioning. After finishing they went through a thorough inspection with me. We were so pleased with the whole experience and I would gladly recommend them to anyone.

I called Ashley because the service company we've been using for over 10 years could not come out to look at our AC for 8 days they were so booked. Ashley had a tech at my house within 12 hours! They could not repair our system because it was past its life, however, all people were friendly, professional and prompt. I am seeking replacement bids from them for a new system. I hope they have a good bid.

While they were extremely friendly and reassuring when I was making the appointment to see why the AC had stopped blowing cold air, I was shocked at what they quoted when the arrived at my house. They said the unit was low on R22 and that I had a few options. They quoted $1600 to figure out where the system was leaking refrigerant, and additional $ for any parts that needed replacing, and then $500 to refill the tank.

I got a quote from another company who was able to come the next day and do the service for less than $300. I am out the $89 diagnostic fee, but it felt like i was being taken advantage of and pressured into costly and ineffective services.
