Everything that they did was outstanding. He stayed on the phone with me until I had my thermostat figured out. They are wonderful people. We got a very expensive system and they said that our bill would be cut in half.

Been waiting 1-month for our HVAC to be fixed. Not only have we waited for the service, but Arista takes WEEKS to simply answer our service requests.

Our entire experience with Arista was great! It was very easy to schedule our appointment for the next day and our technician was wonderful. He was prompt and fixed the problem, leaving no mess at all. He was very kind and polite.

My Organization has an annual contract with Arista and I must say how delighted I am with their service team. When service is needed, I always request Dominick I. He is very professional and takes pride in his work. His work never has to be questioned. Adding, he is personable and always have a smile. Overall he's just a great technician. I value him and hope Arista sees how valuable he is to their company. Best

Signed an annual maintenance contract and had the tech come for a routine visit. The tech did nothing outside what I have done myself and worse still, he did not have the correct filter size and decided to cut down a filter to fit my unit without even telling us. Really ghetto service for several hundred dollars a year, ridiculous.

Absolutely the worst contractor imaginable. they were hired to repair and replace malfunctioning heater units in my apartment knowing full well that it was already winter. they delayed despite that, replaced one unit with a deficient unit, and then completely dropped the ball on the rest and even ignored my repeated inquiries as to when the work would be done. I have never filed a bad review in my life but this took the case. look elsewhere, Arista is the worst!

I love that they wear booties to protect the floor. They came in to fix my AC unit that did not feel very cold as it once did. They recharged the AC and it's up and running well. They were a little bit expensive. But they were very prompt, professional and friendly. You get what you pay for, quality and customers service isn't cheap.

ARISTA is the best. Prompt and wonderful service and the most delightful people. Every one of them. When we bought our apartment they put in a new air conditioner and were able to fix the other two. They work too good. My husband loves the cold and I love it warm. Of course I mostly give in. And when we needed them to come and check on one of them they were there in a jiffy. I didn't expect them that fast. As I said. THEY ARE TRULY THE BEST. LOVE THEM. I always recommend them. Annette Mandel.

This is an update to my review below. The engineer arrived, couldn't be nicer or more knowledgeable, obviously experienced. He didn't take notes which concerned me. I sent plans and we will see how it comes out! have repeated called and tried to get a response from this firm. Firstly they wanted to charge me several hundred dollars to come out to access the situation. Fine, agreed.

Then wait weeks for an appointment. In the meantime another company came in said I need a whole new system ( no charge for that assessment btw). I call back, please send your estimator or engineer. Another week before they can send someone. Confirm a meeting. Meeting time comes and goes, a no show. No call, nothing. Call the office, they seem unconcerned. "He must be looking for parking".

I tell them there is parking directly in from of the building. Call back, they finally call him, "running late (mind you, my appointment is at 10 am), will be there in an hour". Just got a call back from there office, he is on his way, 20 minutes. Doesn't bode well. thoughts on other's experience?

I love Arista. They are responsive, respectful and thorough. They wear booties to protect my floor and are always polite. I had a leak the other day that I thought was coming from my AC unit. It was in fact coming from my dryer vent. The technician Robert Aziz went above and beyond to determine the cause of my leak and helped me to identify and solve the problem. Thank you Arista!

Arista has been nothing short of amazing. We had an issue with both of our rooftop HVAC units, and from first contact to final invoice, these people are the most professional, and knowledgeable I have ever met in the industry. They combine old school knowledge, with state of the art expertise. I highly recommend Arista for any and all your heating and cooling needs!

Absolute worst from start to finish! Thieves! Despite my having explained the issues, they repeatedly sent people to my apartment without the proper "parts." They, then broke my unit and charged me thousands of dollars to fix it! Sent multiple people out, some of whom had no idea what they were doing, and charged me every time. I have nothing but great things to say about my techs from Arista. Steve my lead teach is the man, always responsive and knowledgeable. He takes to the time to explain issues going on to myself and my staff. I work for the one of that largest fitness companies in the world and we offer a level experience for our members which I feel Steve and the Arista team deliver in return. Keep up the good work.

It's such a breath of fresh air to work with a company who actually cares. Arista Air is a prime example of fair price and partnership. They thrive at follow up and getting the job done quick. They provide accurate information and go over and beyond by provide live updates and video footage when needed and even contact property managers when needed. They are my primary choice for all service calls in New York. The staff is truely amazing too!

I can not thank the Arista team enough for helping us over the recent cold spell. With temperatures in the single digits - and wind chill in the minus figures, our heating system failed and the contractor we usually use could not respond for at least 2 days. We panicked as there was no way we could operate our business without heat. We were even more concerned about pipes freezing.

I have seen Arista's trucks all over the city and in desperation gave them a call. I fully expected that with the cold weather and not being an existing customer, I would have to wait for days. I was beyond thrilled that they were able to get a technician to our office within a few hours and had the problem corrected shortly after that. Every aspect of the service experience was incredible. THANK YOU so much!

We have "had" a service contract for our AC for two years for our Brewpub, but twice after the bi annual service our system strangely stopped working and we were billed for them to come in to fix a problem which we did not have before the "service". Very strange Bussiness practice.

I was a long term customer with them and would never recommend a service contract for a residential space. I feel that I spent thousands of dollars over the years - unnecessarily -for service that became more minimal as time went by. I have had both good and bad technicians, and they are probably generally fine for fixing a/c units but I was frustrated by recent service calls, which were often hours late and very minimal (just changing filters rather than the contracted checks). I found the management indifferent bordering on arrogant, so I canceled our contract. It is a shame as, years ago, things felt much more professional and organized.

Looks like we're all in agreement. I own a commercial bakery, we have quite a few Trauslen stand-up freezers, one of which needed a service call. I don't buy used equipment, and this particular unit was practically brand new, so it should have been a service call covered under warrantee. I explained in detail what the parameters were and was told that they were indeed licensed by Traulsen to perform the work.

Next thing you know, I'm being handed a bill for the work performed. I don't think the technician doing the work knew the details. Anyway, after a back-and-forth with the owner, he finally confirmed that his wife was well aware of the "warrantee" issue and somewhat relented, at that time. Now, months later, I have a collection agency hounding me for this bogus service work. I'm proud of the work I do in my business.

I offer a great product and maintain a degree of integrity to both the public and my commercial customers. I think the word shysters should apply to these folks. Shame on them.
