I found your crew so refreshing. They were highly professional, did a great job of protecting everything and took a step further and cleaned up after other contractors! Clearly they are not your run of the mill service technicians and are a true asset to your and your company.

The entire transaction from sales to installation was smooth and expeditious. I was more than pleased with the professionalism of all personnel involved as well as the expertise they each exhibited and the pride they had in their work. I would highly recommend this company without hesitation.

Critical: Professionalism I will never use this company. The drivers of the vehicles were swerving all over the road and tailgating. When I confronted the drivers their justification was that they needed to get to work. Their drivers were disrespectful. Based on the attitude of the drivers I highly recommend that you never use this company.

I done business with this firm for 4 years, they installed the system in this home in 2005. The former owner had used them to check the system twice a year and I continued to do same. Made an appointment for the Spring check up which was to happen tomorrow 5/11. Today they called to cancel the appointment and indicated they were no longer interested in maintaining my system due primarily since it was a brand they no longer carried, ie Trane. I think their handling of my account was unprofessional and when the time comes when this system needs to be replaced Apex will probably not be on my list of viable vendors.

I had Richard come out to my house to work on a leaking home house humidifier. He was extremely helpful and even taught me more about the system and how it worked. He brought to my attention to register the product as my builder had not done so and wrote down all the model #'s for me and showed me where to go to do it. This extended my warranty from 5 years to 10 years. Extremely grateful for his help.

I never actually met these people. The previous owner of my house had Apex install a heating and air-conditioning system just before we moved in. I was doing just a little cleaning on it today I noticed that my sticker says it was installed 10 years ago almost to the day. Clearly they did a pretty good job because it's held up, it's installed correctly and I haven't had any issues but two minor ones I fixed myself.

I have no idea what they paid, I have no idea anything else. I'm just happy I don't have to put a new furnace in even though it's been 10 Years. The tech left his or her initials and it's SLG & MF. So, whoever these two are, they clearly do good work.

Through a neighbor in our subdivision, I was given the recommendation of Apex Heating & AC, Inc., a Grain Valley company. My husband called them. Promptly at 10 a.m. (as scheduled), a technician arrived to do general maintenance on a unit that hadn't been serviced in two years. The last company charged in excess of $250 so we kept putting service off.

When he arrived, he introduced himself and went right to work. As he was working, he thoroughly explained EVERY thing he was doing. We had been told (previous company) that we needed a new valve. This technician said, "Nothing wrong with valve you have." Then he checked the humidifier and found it totally not working. And in fact, had never worked, even though 2 other companies had checked it in the past years.

There was a brand new filter inside but had been wired wrong so had NEVER worked. No water ever flowed through that humidifier. He fixed that and cleaned all the dirt from inside the furnace. AND the total bill was less than half of the last company! Pleased? ABSOLUTELY PLEASED! This company tech was great and I'm assuming the entire company is just like him. WE DEFINITELY WILL BE RECOMMENDING APEX HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING INC. A very satisfied customer.

I purchased two complete systems- 90+ furnaces with A-coils and 16 SEER AIr Conditioners for my home along with humidifiers on each furnace. The humidifiers were not working from day one. They have sent repairman to my house four times to fix them. The humidity in my home was a constant 19% after the last repair. Not at all satisfactory. I called the owner, Brock Mason, at this office and on his cell multiple times.

No response. Because the last repairman set the furnaces to run non stop until the humidity was reached to what is set on the thermostat, the units never shut off. I now have the least efficient 90+ systems on earth. Very dissatisfied with a company, and owner, that will not warranty their work or respond to phone calls. I definitely would not recommend this company!

The technicians were great as it was time to replace my HVAC system, especially with the cold temperatures that are here now. Apex Heating & Air Conditioning technicians were polite and great workers as they explained the problems I had with my old system. After installation they walked me through the new system and how to operate it. I couldn't be happier with the service I received today.

Apex Heating & Air Conditioning Inc has maintained our Hvac equipment for over 20 years. They have always sent well qualified, professional, and personable technicians to service the equipment. They were out today and represented them well and gave us great service. Highly recommended.

Apex did the install on my new construction home. They were easily one of the best subcontractors on the job-site. The quality of work done by Mark was up to my high standards. All ducts were taped and caulked where necessary. After three years, I had them send Mark out to do the basement finish work. Satisfied customer again.

We have used Apex Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. on so many jobs I cannot count. We have had them replace whole systems on multiple houses. They are trustworthy, punctual and professional. Would definitely use their services for any future work. Thank you guys.
