Critical: Responsiveness, Value I had a technician come out and replace a capacitor. I mentioned to him that my parts should be covered under warranty and that they would help to take care of that. I was charged hundreds of dollars to replace a capacitor., And I never received communication or follow up on the warranty. Service: Ductless heating & A/C services

We've used Cool Air Sam for years now and have always been happy with their service. They are very prompt in responding to issues and are courteous and professional with their service. We recently had to have a new unit installed and their turnaround was within a week. They were careful to keep the inside of the house protected in removing the air handling unit and then did an excellent job of clean-up afterwards. I called Cool Air Sam for a heater checkup. When Ritchie got to my house my heater was in bad shape. He showed me pictures he taken and quoted me a new unit. He was very professional. I really appreciated that he listened to me and answered my questions. He came back for a walk through, but then I had to call them back for an issue with a filter. It was no problem and Ritchie came back with no issues.

The install crew were awesome. Roger was very helpful and he also answered any questions I had. Gabriel and Gerardo were polite and very helpful as well. They all worked very hard to complete the install as soon as possible. I say thank you to you all and if I have left anyone out it was to overlook anyone. I thank everyone who helped install my AC/heating system. Even Martin who helped set up the appointment.

This is the third time I have used Cool Air Sam. They have been professional each time. Today's technician, Jefferson, was performing a bi-annual preventative maintenance at my request. I knew I had an old compressor that needed to be replaced, but I was trying to get by until it failed. After speaking with Jefferson and him demonstrating the dire shape of the system, I decided to go ahead and replace the 12 year old unit.

They performed the work the same day and at a reasonable price. What I liked about Jefferson's approach is that he consulted with me and let me come to the conclusion to buy instead of selling me. Gabriel, Kamron, and Gerardo performed a very quick and courteous install. Much appreciated.

I've used American Comfort Solutions for several years now. I'm always pleased with the technicians and their professionalism and politeness. Today Edgar came to complete the 6 month HVAC maintenance. He was very thorough and friendly - great guy! Thanks Robin for rescheduling this week on short notice. Original Review 4/21: Excellent value and quick quality service. Update 1/22: We recently used these folks again after their initial service to help update our 20 year old unit and our ducts. Jefferson did a great job leading this project and they got it done in two days.

Cool Air Sam is an amazing company! My heater went out during the coldest days this year so far. They sent a person out the very next day, and had it installed immediately. Our service specialist, Jefferson was very knowledgeable, professional, punctual and extremely nice. He really did an incredible job! This happens to be our third experience with Cool Air Sam as they not only installed the AC unit at my place of business, which happens to be a retired working dog non-profit organization, but they donated and installed a brand new ac and heating unit for our dog's kennels. So, when I say that this is an incredible organization, I absolutely mean it! Their kindness and professionalism knows no bounds!

Richie came out and serviced my system. My heater was not coming on and my thermostat was having problems. After being told by another company that I needed a whole system replacement, I decided to get a second opinion. When Richie came out and took a look, he was very honest about the problem and my options to fix them. He did very good work. He was very professional and he showed up on time. Received excellent service thanks to Cool Air Sam and Richie, technician, today. My cooling and heating system was diagnosed and quickly repaired. The technician was swift and had the necessary PPE (bonus)and tools to complete the job for a quick turnaround.

Edgar the technician from Cool Air Sam came by the other day for the preventative maintenance check on the heating units. He is very professional and customer focused.
