Chris and the Boys are outstanding. First of all, he communicates everything clearly and thoroughly; we never felt rushed. He makes sure that the customer is happy, and we certainly are. Today, we had a new 2.5 ton AC unit installed, along with a new smart thermostat, and the entire process was done in just a few hours. Chris had permits ready immediately, was on-time to the minute, installed everything perfectly, and cleaned up everything inside and out.

They even used a label maker to print labels for the breakers and went over our maintenance schedule. These little things make the difference to old-school, customer-service-loving people like us. We recommend American Air Cares enthusiastically.

Update: 5/5/20 After 15 years my original unit was on its last breath. Chris and his guys saved the day again. Chris is fair in his pricing and does an amazing job. Chris and his guys are professional and courteous. They did a great install and made sure to take care of all the smallest of details and at the end they cleaned the area up as if nothing ever happened.

They were very flexible and was able to get the job completed in one visit. They were courteous and on time for the appointment. They were helpful and cleaned up nicely after the job was complete.
