Just had another great visit today from Allred! The tech that came out today was Eric, and he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He spent time checking over the furnace and doing a full maintenance check of our heat pump. Afterwards he gave me a through overview of his work and a summary of how my system was running. We have been using Allred for around two years now, and are extremely satisfied with their service. We would highly recommend their company!

Great experience with these guys. I gathered several bids for installing my heat pump and Christian at Allred was very responsive and worked closely with me to ensure they gave the most competitive bid. Installation went smoothly and the system is doing well. The only thing I would advise to Allred is that the installation crew should notify the homeowner if they get the air scrubber then they might notice a new smell (not bad, just different) in their house, especially in more stagnant rooms.
We were concerned about the new smell at first and called Allred who sent out a technician the next day to confirm there was nothing wrong with the system. Again, Christian was very helpful through the entire process and I'm satisfied with the installed system.

We recently had Allred come to service our HVAC systems. Our technician was Mike Calderon. Communication is exceptional. Because a technician was out unexpectedly, they asked if we could change our appointment window -- no surprises. Then, our technician kept in touch to let us know when he would be arriving. Mike was very thorough and told us exactly what he was doing.
When he showed us a photo of the internal fan of our heating unit and how dirty it was, we took him up on his offer to clean it. I thought it would be a quick vacuum of the interior, but Mike returned our heating unit to near-pristine condition, taking considerable time and care. We were very impressed.

Rene was the technician who came and worked on our heating system and thermostat. I was extremely pleased with his professionalism and knowledge. He also took time and care to answer all of my questions and educate me on problems and solutions. Rene also gave great tips for ongoing maintenance for our system. I appreciate the work he did and would highly recommend him and will ask for him personally in the future.

They were amazing from start to finish. While we were sad our furnace was going to its final testing place after nearly fifty years, we knew it was time. They installed everything. Showed me what I needed to know and so grateful to have heat again. Sean was great at the consultation. And Jason and Mike were also great during the install, thank you all!

We had Allred come out three years ago and they let us know we were on borrowed time with the furnace. Well that time came and they were very responsive. The crew were in three days to install. They did a good job and we now have heat again. Only 2 1/2 hours from start to finish. Services: HVAC system maintenance, Installation

Awesome service. Very responsive to my calls and was able to work around my work schedule. My tech Cameron was fantastic. Prompt and professional. He was clean and courteous during his visit. He wore his mask and had little booties on to keep my house clean. I was impressed with his knowledge and how great of a job he did. My ductless heat system looks brand new now!

Two service calls in one day. The first was a quote for a ductless mini-split AC install. The person was professional, and in my opinion knowledgeable and I felt confident the installation would be top quality. But the quote came in $4000 more than an almost identical installation at my neighbor's home next door. Then I got a second quote from another company, and that quote was $5000 less than Allred's quote.
The second service call from Allred was for annual furnace inspection and maintenance. The maintenance cost was about $200, but he tried to charge me $750 to replace parts that had not failed and didn't need to be replaced. I didn't let him do the unnecessary part replacement.

We love our new AC and I have been wanting one due to the heat wave. I worked with Cameron and Cameron was really nice and answered all our questions. It was easy to communicate with him and get everything figured out. Our installers and electricians were friendly and helped us to install everything quickly. They are experienced and professional. I highly recommend Allred and it has been great working with them.
I plan on getting others around me to install AC with them as well. Thank you, I can finally stop dying in the summer heat. We worked with Allred through Lowes and although I don't really like Lowes, Allred has been fantastic!
