Terrible Service Rude TECH, they told me over the phone it is 150 to see the problem + any price for any needed part, Tech came tried to charge me 1400 when i refused tech charged me $275 plus tax without any parts do not do any business with them

Had a great experience using All Week Plumbing & AC in Garfield, NJ. The tech, Alex Q., was prompt, professional, efficient & pointed out all the issues with my current AC system. Making an appointment was easy & it was confirmed by email. I received text messages when the tech was on his way. Alex Q. was very helpful. he replaced my Ac system with a fair price.

I am easy to please, yet, this is the first time I have ever given a bad review! 1. I called 8/17/21 around 02:23 am for an emergency repair. I told the lady that I am hearing impaired and would prefer a text message as a response. 2. I followed up again at 09:37 am, then again at 10:03 am. No text for either. 3. I called again 8/18/21 at 01:37 am, I explained that no one text back after I followed up twice.

The lady said, what is your last name, I gave her the first letter of my last name due to a bad experience with giving out my full name in the past. And she said in a defensive tone, "WELL, SOMETIMES YOU GOTTA DO WHAT YOU DON'T WANNA DO". From there, I just ended the call, feeling my customer service experience was ruined. Wow, just wow. There was no empathy, no apologies, just that snap response. I could not believe it! I would not want to use that company even if they offered to do it for free. This pained me to say this. :-

Alex R is the best. Came out on a Saturday at 9pm when our AC unit fan stopped working. We were bracing for bad news. Alex found a loose wire and it came right back to life! Instead of telling us we needed a new system, which he easily could have, he fixed it in a snap. He was awesome! My central air was not working on the hottest day of the year and I received a visit from Alex R within 2 hours of placing the initial call. This company sets the standard of what ALL HVAC companies should strive for. My A/C system went out yesterday, Saturday. I called them last night and they had a technician at my home by 10:30 on Sunday morning. Alex R diagnosed the problem right away and told me my total cost. He replaced it and explained to me in "layman's" terms what was wrong. Alex R was extremely professional and easy to work with. Everything was documented electronically and they have a record of what was done. Kudo's to Alex R and All-Weeks!

I am taking the time to write a "must" review for ALL WEEK AIR out of Garfield Bergen County NJ. and an extraordinary technician Alex R. Sunday July 19th 2020 around 1 AM my wife and I returned from spending more than the normal winter months in Florida due to the Covid pandemic with its unfortunate havoc it is reaping on NJ and now again Florida.

Our home system didn't seem to be cooling the home properly but with the late hours we retired for the moment. Later that morning there still was a situation and after the usual husband I can figure it out troubleshooting my wife researched and chose ALL WEEK AIR for the troubleshooter to call. The time frame from when I made the call to the unit being Serv "FIXED" and our home cooled from the call service then the dispatcher then Alex R. the tech was less then an HOUR!.We are beyond grateful for ALL WEEK and Alex R for their honesty and integrity to our situation!.btw the problem was the condenser burnt out because the units booklet was left in the unit from our last service call 2 years ago and was slowly catching fire!. How's that for high jinx? Thanks again ALL WEEK and Alex R

After surviving a cold winter night, due to no heat in our home, I called All Week Heating Services, and they came out first thing in the morning. The heating problem was immediately identified and remedied, and my heat was restored, immediately. What a relief I felt, and I was happy for the quick and courteous service received. Thank you!

Alex came out at Noon on Fathers Day and before he arrived we knew our 22 year old non name brand unit was shot, repair technicians have been telling us that for years. Alex evaluated the system and then ask to check the air handler in the attic as changing to the new Freon would require changing the handler. He made the evaluation and then noticed that the attic stairs were not wide enough to get the new equipment up.

No problem he said, we will take them out and the put them back. I said you sure that can be done. he said yes. I said OK we have intense heat coming this week, when can this be done. Alex responded I will have my team here in the morning, a crew will start to disassemble another crew will go pick up all the parts we will be done by tomorrow afternoon.

I was shocked, Everything he said happened in the timeline that he said it would happen, he followed up with a call to me Monday after the job was complete and again on Tuesday afternoon to make sure everything was working properly. Incredible service from an incredible team at a respectable price and by the way it's a carrier unit all the way around one of the best names in the business, I would recommend him to anyone

Great, clean work. I had to pay about $3,080 to get a new ejector pump installed but mine was 25 years old and had already broken twice so I switched to these people instead of the other guy that I was using who was a crook. All week were very nice and the technician Alex Q explained everything to me. They give you a discount if you pay by cash so I did.

I like getting discounts. I know the price is not cheap but when you want good work done, you have to pay for it. The best part is they cleaned up really nicely so I didn't have a big mess when they were done. can't say that for other plumbers that have been here in the past. My boyfriend thought they were nice guys also and they came the same night I called them because I had a big mess.

They got the exact ejector pump that I needed and said they'd be here Monday morning at 9 for the install and were here at 9:00 AM sharp. I'm kind of obsessed with time so that was a really good sign for me. Very qualified plumber tech and very nice to talk to. Thanks Alex Q. You were very nice to me when I didn't understand the workings of was wrong and you explained everything so well.

My central air conditioning unit broke down during the height of the summer's heat wave.words can't express how nervous I was because I'm very heat sensitive. The great customer service starts within the office with the manager, AJ - he is extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional and all of my concerns were immediately addressed. AJ is outstanding and has the utmost integrity; and he enthusiastically followed up with me throughout the process and the work was done perfectly and extremely efficiently.

The men who installed my air conditioning were among the best technicians that I have ever dealt with - Cal and his staff and their great teamwork (which was refreshing to watch) are extremely talented, highly skilled, hard working, responsible and polite.they are amazing! All Week saved us. Our boiler broke down in the height of winter. This company was the only one in the area that answered my questions honestly instead of scamming us for money, offering us deals, and getting us a tech to assess and repair the boiler that day. It was super important because it was already in the 30s and I have 2 small children under 3 years old.

They were incredible and have the kind of customer service that you don't get anymore. I couldn't recommend them anymore and will use them for any service they provide.
