Great service. We have a 3 month old baby and our AC went out in the summer in South Florida. The technician came out on a Friday night at 10pm to get our AC working again after his last call of the day. He was helpful and went out of his way to provide excellent customer service. I definitely recommend them. Thanks All Time

I originally called a company that I had used previously but then came onto google & saw all the positive reviews so cancelled other service call & went with All Time Air.
Rob arrived to my house within an hour of my call.

He was honest & the prices were reasonable! We needed to replace the fan & he called to get the part. It was 5pm, the place promised they would wait for him to get there & they ended up leaving before he arrived. Rob seemed more disappointed then I was. He came right back over & did a temporary fix for the night so I would have AC then arrived back first thing this morning with part in hand. AC is now fixed & working amazing. I Highly recommend using them!! You will not be disappointed! I now understand why they have impeccable ratings, well deserved!! Thank you Rob & All Time Air!

Great company all around, efficient and great work done by technician Moe! After getting our power up and running Ager Hurricane Irma, we ran into an issue with our AC. After calling All Time, Moe got in touch with me to let me know his ETA quickly and arrived as promised. Upon getting to my home he was efficient, extremely professional, courteous and honest.

My AC was working perfectly within 15 minutes and he even changed our UV light and gave us some helpful tips with maintenance. Will use this company for my AC needs from now on! Thank you All Time Air and Moe!

I had guests visiting and my A/C unit was not working! I tried several "emergency" services, but only All Time Air responded immediately. I spoke with a live person and a tech was at my house within 90 minutes. The repair was extensive, but they kept me informed and jumped through hoops to get it done that day. EVERY PERSON that I dealt with was polite and knowledgeable. I've signed up for a maintenance agreement and would highly recommend them to everyone.

Great Experience. AC went down over weekend - had another large company come in for service call. They did not have part, so had to wait a day. That company then said it would take 4-5 days to get the part. No phone call, just an email. That forced me to find another company and glad we did - called Ryan and he was straight forward, clearly service oriented, and the quote was almost $400 less than the other company. He was able to get someone out to our place within 4 hours - Tech showed up right on time, and was super professional - did not feel like there was any up-selling.

I have been using All Time Air Conditioning since moving to this area. Their service and punctuality can't be beat. All Time Air's service technician, Joe, is knowledgeable and honest in his assessment of your equipment and issues.

My AC was not cooling while I had family in town. I called All Time Air and they were there later that day. Moe was the technician that serviced our AC unit. He was able to get it cooling right away and also researched that my unit was still under warranty in order to fix the coil issue. Great customer service and support. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They have replaced several A/C units for me as well, have been an extremely quick and reliable A/C service company. I would highly recommend them. The office is great to work with and always follow up. The technicians do a great job setting up, keeping a clean work area and finished product cleaner than when they started.

Through the years we have dealt with many AC Companies for various issues. We have NEVER had service from any other company delivered as promptly and professionally as the service team at ALL TIME AIR. They arrive when they say they will, they share all options for work required with no pressure to go with the more expensive option, they stress that their objective is 100% satisfaction from the home owner and the service reps are pleasant to deal with. Dario and Brett fixed our problem beyond our expectation and needless to say we are thrilled with the final result. If you need your AC serviced, repaired or replaced I urge you to at the very least give ALL TIME Air a chance, you will NOT be disappointed.

I own several rental units in the area that need AC attention from time to time. I had an emergency in one of the units and it was past regular work hours. I called All Time A/C and explained the situation. They immediately sent one of their employees to the affected unit. It was pretty late at night and they did not leave until the unit was fully functional.

That attitude is commendable particularly at such a late hour. I wanted to thank Ryan for being one of the few A/C professionals with unquestionable integrity and transparent in his performance. I highly recommend All Time A/C! Keep up the great work guys!

These guys went far and beyond any service I have ever encountered, especially relative to Air Conditioning Repair. First, I must state that my unit is working exceptionally well. They replaced the outside condenser unit in around 2 hours, but most importantly, they were extremely flexible with their payment options, and extended me the time I needed to pay for the repairs. I would highly recommend their service to anyone, and am happy that I have a reliable company for my AC needs here in South Florida.

Excellent service. Our air conditioner shut off at 8:30 pm on a Friday night. Technician was there within 2 hours and knew exactly what the issue was. Fixed it within the first 20 minutes. Then tonight while staying at my parents since we did not have electricity, their air conditioner stopped cooling. Service guy came out within a few hours and had us up and running in about an hour. From the first phone call, to the technicians, they were courteous, professional and reasonable priced. Highly recommend.

To give All Time AC 5 Stars does not do them justice for my wife Robbin and I, this maybe a long read but you have to know the story. We went to several ac installers, all would not finance us for one reason or another. The AC we had was over 25 years old and fading fast. We called All Time and they came out and said we can help you!!! They did just that, we put a small amount down and the next thing you know we got hit by 2 Hurricanes back to back!

We were damaged enough to have to delay our install and that was in 2017. Here we are March 2018, they are here, excited as we are that we were able to make our payment and even carry use for a very small amount.The techs arrived this morning 3/9/18, removed our old one and William C stayed behind to complete the install. He worked thru launch and the staff checked on us thru out the day to make sure everything was going OK.

Thanks can't express what we feel, the ALL Time Team is like Family now as that is the way we were treated. We are now covered for service calls and most of all we are ready for the summer! Special thanks to Liz,Desiree and Nonnie for making this happen for us.

We called out All Time Air to do a complete overhaul of our HVAC and our 58+ year ductwork. We met with the owner Ryan who was very personable, thorough, and knowledgeable. ATA added drops and completely reworked our system in our very shallow attic, and managed to get all of it done as promised. They spent many extra hours ensuring they could add drops in tight spots and the work was impeccable.

When challenges came up, Ryan and his team including Justin (installer) and Mike (supervisor) made every effort to ensure that they not only provided a solution but one we'd ultimately be satisfied with. This was a huge job and ATA did incredible work. We'd highly recommend them!

I was very impress with the level of professionalism that Ryan conducted himself when he found out that my system needed more than a tune up. he showed up the same day we spoke and brought a new motor so me and my Little dachund could have some cold air ion the hottest day of the month. This company is truly client friendly and takes pride in their work and reputation.

This company was responsive and I can't say enough about their techs, especially. Tyler, Jake and Brian who over a 2 week period worked hard to solve my a/c problem which Brian finally figured out. I cannot say enough good things about this company and the AC tech Moe that came out. I got a text with the technician's photo on it saying he was on the way and would be here at a certain time and arrived exactly during that time frame. that extra level of security was very comforting. Moe was very personable, charismatic, knowledgeable, thorough, and professional.

He took the time to explain his background and how long he has been in the industry that made me feel comfortable with what he was saying. He took the time to explain exactly everything he was doing and showed me the results of everything. My AC was running fine after installation, but it's running EVEN BETTER now after his maintenance. Ive dealt with several technicians from this company and all of them were great, but Moe was by far the best. I highly recommend this company for any of your air-conditioning needs, and be sure to ask for Moe!

Moe responded instantly to my 10pm emergency request as my AC was flooding my house just before leaving for a vacation. Moe was professional, honest, straightforward and responsive. I've been using All Time Air as one of my main HVAC vendors for my Property Management company. They have always been responsive and fairly priced. Their office team is always pleasant and helpful. I trust their word and will continue to use All Time Air!

I am on a maintenance plan with All Time. They have proven themselves to be professional, responsive and courteous when servicing our unit. The tech always calls in advance, makes sure after he services the unit that all is clean. We also used them initially due to an issue with high electric bills. Once they were on the job, they found the source of the problem, prepared an estimate and followed up.

Another company we asked to look into the problem was non responsive after the visit, never provided an estimate. Hence, All Time received the job. They found that mice had eaten some of the air ducts! The solution were patches since we were not in a position to replace all the ducts. The solution worked in several ways: 1/ the dust in the apartment was reduced to normal; 2. the unit worked efficiently and lowered our bill by some $45; and 3. my nearly daily nosebleeds stopped sit-in the week after repairs! Maybe coincidental, or may be better quality air. Regardless, my thanks to the techs who worked in a hot attic to solve our problem!

There is really only one thing you want from the company that you place your A/C service contract with; you want them to respond quickly when you need them and to do a great job. This is what i get from All Time A/C. They do a thorough check up every 6 months on the system they installed, and on the few occasions when we needed them to get up up running again.

They make it out to the house no matter how busy they are or how late they have to work. They have never left us without air conditioning for a night or a few days (which happened with other providers)

I am retired from an A/C business that I had for approximately 45 years so I'm very particular what company I would use as now I'm at a point where I really don't want to do it myself any more. But since I was previously in the business I can realize competence of the mechanics and office staff and the integrity of the company. All Time A/C gets an A+ from me and I highly recommend them. I wouldn't say their work was smooth as silk, it was more like an expensive satin but the cost of the service was extremely within a reasonable charge.

All Time Air Conditining installed a brand new 5 Ton A/C for us last year. It is working great. We are very happy with it. Yesterday, Brian Ogden performed the yearly A/C maintenance. He was on-time, professional, and explained the 21-point service. He even found and connected a wire for us that enables us to use the thermostat without batteries. We would definitely recommend this company.

All Time Air Conditioning was called for a service repair. I called them because their offices were close to my home. Calling was a great experience. Katrina was not only professional and courteous, she listened to my explanation and followed through with my concerns. She called me back in a reasonable time and was able to provide me with all the information I needed.

My air conditioner was running but no cold air was coming out of the vents. Called and got an appointment that day. Derek Friedman arrived within the time frame. Diagnosed the problem. Tried to restart the fan motor with no success. Thank goodness it was under warranty. A power surge caused the issue. Derek was professional, ordered the part and they will be returning today to install. I use them twice a year to do maintenance on my AC. I definitely would recommend them. Shelly Andreas

I called All Time Air when my AC went out back in November after talking to other AC Companies. They were the only ones that offered me a fantastic deal for home owners, and when I was having an issue this week I called them they came right out and ordered the part installed it with priority, professionalism, courtesy, very trustworthy. Love that they call you when they are on their way and even send a picture of the service person that comes to your house. I would highly recommend them even going to post on my community website. I like using local companies.

I've known about All Time AC for years now, so when my AC needed replacing with a new 3-ton, they were the first AC Co. that came to mind.
