Please stop running red lights in front of schools when kids are crossing the street. It wasn't close. Thanks.

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I was just cursed out by a someone named "Alicia", in the main office. She called me names, cancelled my service request, laughed at me when I tried to explain SHE gave us the wrong service work window. She then refused to give me her full name to only begin laughing at me for a second time before promptly hanging up. I've never been treated so poorly by an office personnel lacking the class to admit SHE made a mistake. I'll be posting this same warning on EVERY social media account I can find for this company so other consumers are not treated and spoken to as horribly as I was this afternoon.

Very unprofessional - starts from the workers to the owner. I continued with this company for routine maintenance after I took over from the previous owner. They would come, spend a few minutes "servicing" and leave without any comments/paperwork/explanation. I called the owner one time as a paying customer to express this and ask some questions and he was extremely rude and unprofessional.

I couldn't believe it. A few weeks after, they came back to take care of a problem and fixed HVAC unit issue, spent less than an hour which was well documented by the staff in the office. Sent me a bill for 3.5hrs of labor. I called to discuss this and the owner did not have enough courtesy to speak to the customer and explain. Work is subpar and business practices are shameful. I would recommend looking for an ethical professional business. There are plenty!

I wish I had read the reviews before having a technician visit. They charged us $200 bucks to come out, look at the units, tell us it's a big job, and then repeat the same thing on the phone the next day. No quote, write up, official diagnosis of the problem. Just money thrown away essentially. Totally unprofessional.

The technicians arrived to service our air conditioning unit and diagnosed the problem as being a dirty filter. They left and we discovered the unit was still not working correctly. I phoned the owner, who offered to send his staff out again for an additional visit, including being charged for the visit, when the first almost $400 spent did nothing to correct the problem.

In addition, they charged a $100 travel fee which was not mentioned when providing the estimate. Peter was extremely dismissive and condescending on the phone. I recommend that you steer clear of this company.

We get our filter changed and our rooftop unit serviced every year by All HVAC. They are super nice and always do a good job. One year we had an issue with our thermostat wiring and they fixed that too.

Tip: Make sure you monitor the technicians! Maintenance work was performed back in May. Now July, the unit leaked to the floor below, was caused by negligence of maintenance technician. The company's owner Peter seemed very unbothered by the emergency.

Perhaps their specialty is commercial clients but their household AC service is dismal. We signed up for a $400 annual maintenance contract for our central cooling with All HVAC a few years ago, which is supposed to include 2 check-ups/cleanings and labor costs on any repairs. The first two times it took them about 15 minutes to do switch out the filter (which I do every month anyway), vacuum the air handler with my vacuum cleaner (leaving the mess for me to clean up) and do absolutely nothing else. Oh, and they replaced the condensate drain pipes so that they partially blocked the filter, making it very difficult to remove and insert filters.

They did not flush any lines and they did not examine and clean the roof-top unit (they didn't even go up to the roof the first time). I decided I wasn't going to renew with them for the next year but about 3 months after my original contract expired I received a credit card slip and a receipt from All HVAC thanking me for my payment for another annual contract.

I did not authorize or ask for this, they just saved my cc information and charged me without asking. I called to complain and the woman I spoke to seemed apologetic and said that she could either cancel the charge or extend the contract by three months; foolishly, I agreed to extend the contract. When the service people came by the next time I made them go up to the roof and check the RTU, they still didn't spend more than 3 minutes up there. Then, 9 months later, I get another contract renewal form and a bill.

I immediately called and told them that my contract does not expire for another 3 months and not to charge me. Yet 3 months later I get yet another credit card slip and a contract expiring in 9 months, instead of 12. They charged my card without authorization for the second time! I cannot say anything positive about this company, they are a rip-off.

Called and made an appointment with these guys two weeks ahead of time. Waited around this morning and they didn't show up. When I called, they had no record of my appointment and told me I must have called a different place (which I hadn't). Make sure you get a confirmation number or the name of whoever you talk to.

I love these guys. We've had a residential maintenance contract with them for 6 years now and our seasonal checkups are always a pleasure. The service guys are always friendly, fast and efficient. Aside from routine maintenance, we've never needed an actual repair from them - until today. When our HVAC unit (combo heat & AC pump) started buzzing, the compressor failed to come on and I couldn't turn the unit off via the thermostat, I panicked, fearing the worst.

After I turned the unit off via the breaker, I called All HVAC and was transferred to Brian, who handles service call scheduling. I explained the issue to him and he called me back about 20 minutes later to say someone was on the way to check it out. It's now barely more than an hour later and my AC is up and running again. The problem was diagnosed as a frozen relay switch.

They replaced the switch on the spot and my stuffy 85F room is now a cool, comfortable 76F room again :) We've lived in this apartment for 15 years and in the first 7 years we had a different HVAC unit that gave us endless expensive headaches, along with a Coop-contracted service company that routinely ripped us off and made things worse instead of better. We've been pretty much trouble-free since we switched to using All HVAC and I really appreciate that today, when we really needed them, they were here quickly and were able to perform the repair on the spot, at minimal expense (still to be billed, but I'm told the charge will be small, if any, since we have a service contract).

Last year I called ALL because my furnace was not heating my foyer and living room as it should. Initially another (highly rated on Yelp) service company got it running for three days and it failed. That company came back two additional times attending the same issue, charging a modest sum each time like clockwork. I was sick and tired of their little scheme and cannot afford to miss any more days of work for this, and instead asked my neighbor for a referral. She's been with All HVAC's for her AC for over a decade.

But upon looking up reviews for this company, I was skeptical. I bit the bullet and called. The lady who scheduled the appointment for me was brief and cut to the point. Many may find this rude and unwelcoming, but since moving to NYC I sense that this is very common for local businesses. Two men arrived the next morning equipped with boot covers as to not soil my carpeted flooring.

They took apart the furnace in the basement, tested several components and got it up and running in about an hour. I noticed that they worked on a different section of the unit than did the other company. All's service is pricey but this being the fourth time I've had the same problem, and haven't had it happened for over a year now, it was worth it.

Came in to look at one heating unit - in which a part needed to be replaced. Fine. Hung out for an hour, fiddling around.? Until the office got back to him about the part. Whenever I asked a question, he didn't know the answer. 'Call the office" I was told. Over an hour after the original problem was diagnosed, the other heating unit was now broken.

The other heating unit had been working fine before he walked in the door an hour ago. After the calling the office, I got so much attitude and a lecture. "Is it going to get done today?" I asked the woman on the phone. "Its a process you know." 'Is it going to get done today?" I asked the workmen. "No. I doubt it. Call the office." The workmen left in a hurry, with a work order of over $300 and now we have two broken heaters in Feb. Not only will they not fix your stuff. They will break even more of it before they leave. Oh, and don't forget the lovely costumer service. Insulting. Infuriating.

My co-worker made an appointment for the business I manage. They were supposed to be here early in the morning. At 3pm they still had not shown up. My co-worker called them at 5pm and they said they were on their way. At 7pm I called to ask where they were and a man told me that they weren't able to make it. When I asked why we didn't receive a phone call to at least let us know that no one would be here (after they said they were on the way), he gave a sarcastic reply. Bewildered, I said "excuse me?" to which he replied "see ya tomorrow!" and hung up on me. Wow. was all I could say after that.

I found them on Google and after my central air conditioner started acting up last summer. They came the same day I called and had my a/c up and running again in about an hour. Granted they weren't cheap but they got the job done and were extremely professional. They were very careful inside my house and explained in detail what the problem was and how they fixed it before they left.

A local plumber recommended that I call All HVAC to fix our water-chilled central air system. They sent two mechanics to our house. I wasn't home when the mechanics got here. My wife let them in. By the time I ran home, the mechanics were in my basement, inexplicably, taking apart our hot water system. They should not have been doing this. It made no sense.

I redirected them up to the roof where our a/c is located. They understood the problem pretty quickly and came up with a solution. They called in to their office to figure out next steps. The office told them to not do the job and to tell me to call a plumber. (That's right. The plumber told me to call All HVAC. Then All HVAC told me to call the plumber).

The mechanics then handed me a bill for $212.25. To add injury to insult, we haven't had any working hot water in our house since these clowns did whatever they did down in my basement. That's right: They wasted two hours of my morning. They didn't do any work on our a/c. They broke our hot water system. And they expected to be paid $200+ for their "service." All HVAC is awful. Hire them at your own risk.

We went to All HVAC to install mini-split air conditioners in our loft apartment. The units are expensive, but they were creative to give us the best solution within our budget. The units are super efficient and very very quiet! Finally, we are comfortable in the summer! Their workers were efficient, courteous and careful in our home. We do need a service call and I have been holding off only because it is an expensive hourly rate.
