Chris Staving was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He cleaned the unit and found it was low on freon and 2 parts required attention. Chris recommended changing and I elected to change the 2 parts. I highly recommend Alert Air Conditioning & Heat, with a technician like Chris working for Alert you just can not go wrong using them.

My father has used Alert AC for over 30 years for both his personal and commercial properties. This company has a history of quick response, reliability and fairness. Jeff takes his time with my elderly father and treats him with respect and patience. Recently, duct work in a tenant's office space needed replacing. Jeff told us it would be a few weeks before the company could replace the duct work (it wasn't urgent). However, when I learned the tenant was out of the office for the week, Jeff rearranged the schedule and completed the work without disrupting the tenant's work schedule. Greatly appreciate his flexibility to get the work done.

While the initial install was not done right and the unit was not spec'd for the correct size furnace, they did come right back and correct it as well as upgraded the electrical wiring so that it was correct. Roman was on time, very professional in appearance. He replaced a leaking garbage disposal. He explained the options and did not try to up sell on the disposal. He was also able to change out the under sink turn off valves to a quality product. During this whole time he explained everything he was doing. Provided pictures of under the sink so we did not need to stick our heads under.
On his way out he also did a check of our house water pressure and found a potential hot water tank leak to keep an eye on. Absolutely no pressure to buy anything. If we ever have another plumbing issue I hope he is the one sent out.

Today we had Troy Hess was a fantastic plumber. He found out what our water flow problem was and got it perfect! I highly recommend him because of his knowledge and persistence to take care of a difficult problem. We have has Cool Today for at least 5-6 years and use their maintenance. Overall from the initial consultation to the installation was high-quality service. The only issue I had were a few communication issues, but they were readily responsive to resolving any issues and upheld their satisfaction guarantee completely. I received bids and consults from three different companies and feel I made the best choice. One of the most stand out for this company was the delicate issue I had with the placement of the outside condenser, which was on a gate ledge of our condo. They made sure to use a crane (no additional cost), to lift it into place. Other condo owners had issues with companies who removed the gate and units being oversized for the space which caused some code issues as affected the aesthetics of the area. I had none of those problems thanks to the consideration of Cool Today!

Had AC go out 1am and called these nice folks, not only did they answer they were out the next day and had my issue resolved in no time at all! Steve was an awesome young man, very knowledgeable and fast. Bonus, wore a mask and social distanced. Saved Father's Day for my 91 year old disabled vet who was also very pleased with the service When it s time for a service contract, I'm going to sign with this company! Also had a clogged pipe and they cleared it super fast a month or so ago so cheers to the plumbing as well as the AC guys

Great Follow Up but stay on top and be ready to do your own Quality Inspection. I had my 2 units, full inside and outside replaced in March of 2017. The Previous owner pulled one over by charging A/C units prior to inspection but they knew they were leaking. (Dishonesty from Sellers - I recommend always pay the extra to have an A/C person do a leak inspection, general inspectors cannot get it done.) This is not unique to them, the sales people are great and diligent people, the installers are kids or younger learners.
Get everything they will do in writing and hold them to it and inspect their work or have someone else do it before you pay. Its more but well worth it. Eventually they made it all right and even replaced the entire unit so that is why I feel they earned 4 stars.

I have them for Plumbing, Electric, Air Conditioning and Landscape Lighting. It is extremely nice to have one company that you can count o for all of this. My home is older, so I routinely have issues and they never fail to take care of me. We are always a priority. Any company can call themselves the best, but you really find out what they are made of when you need emergency service or you ask for a warranty to be honored. They are 100% on this for me and that's why I consider them the best in the business.
