I have had to call on this company twice now and both times they have immediately gotten somebody out to me (even at nearly midnight the first time I called them). They have explained exactly what the problem was each time and repaired it quickly. Repair techs have always been professional. There is no other company I would call at this point and would gladly recommend them to friends and family.

They responded immediately to my request. Quickly restored service and were gone. I had a question about the invoice and spoke with them. They looked at the invoice and promptly corrected a code input error. I recommend Alden.

ALDEN Air has been servicing my office and residential ACs for a while now. I find their technicians to be very professional, respectful and honest. They wear real masks without being reminded against COVID-19 at job site. When I called the office for an AC problem recently, they immediately arranged and dispatched a capable technician who checked, identified the leaks and took care of the problem at a reasonable rate. A business with integrity, imagine that! I called Alden due to a home standby generator problem. After a quick diagnostic, they advised me that repair would be premature based on the pricy replacement part from Generac. When the time comes, I'm calling Alden for my HVAC and home standby generator service.

Alden installed a Generac generator for me. They were very responsive, honest and handled all the subcontractor issues very well so that it was seamless to me. I would recommend their services.

I loved they showed up with no mask and did not do the job- the tech quoted 175 for a year contract , 87 dollars a pound for 1 pound of Freon aNd 97 to check a leak. Not quote was given and nothing works. I said I'm happy to pay for the Freon and the leak test but not for a contract that was not used or would be used because nothing was fixed- I tried to get Rodger to come by but he wanted to charge me again for coming back out.

I would highly recommend not using these folks for any service- anyway I'm out over 300 dollars to be told I have a leak and nothing works- I knew that when I called these people. Amazing to me you try and use a local guy and they are trying to live off of 300 dollar scams. Maybe they have been

It was a late Saturday afternoon in July and the tech, Chase, was at our house within 2 hours on what had been a very busy day. The issue was identified and fixed immediately. The cost was more than fair and the service was exceptional. Highly recommend them!

Roger is professional, understanding and prompt! They actually did our conversion for us in 2016; we're now selling our home & Roger was able to help us with the inspection list within 72 hours! My outside unit fan motor died. Thinking it was the capacitor, I took it to Alden as they sell parts to the public. Roger tested it...was good and most likely the fan motor. He asked some questions about how it had been running and due the screeching noise, etc, determined ball beatings were overheating. I brought him the (very) old motor and bought a new one.

The old one had 3 wires while the new had 4, with different colored wires than the old one. Roger was concerned enough to stay 25 minutes after closing to explain in detail the new wiring and to draw a schematic on back of the receipt. Told me to call him after-hours if I needed him to walk me through anything. Didn't need to...enjoying nice cool air again! It was my first time to try Alden but certainly not my last! Not only did I save $ but have found a company that goes above & beyond in terms of customer service.

I have had Alden Air for 30 years now and have gone through two Heat Pump replacements (one just this week). Roger and Glen have been very professional, knowledgable, and honest in recommending and explaining the systems to me. Roger came out once himself last summer when I was out of town and he and his techs fixed the problem. That's when he indicated I may be needing a new unit before long! The staff is very helpful and the technicians have always been there to maintain my unit and make honest repair recommendations.

Alden air is a very good customer friendly company. I have used them for several years and would recomment them to anyone needing an air conditioning service. They were just out to inspect my unit and as always, they did a wonderful job. I highly recommend them.
