Since 1984, we have been dedicated to servicing and installing heating ventilating and air conditioning systems that meet their maximum energy efficiency potential. National Comfort Institute estimates that the average residential heating and cooling system only operates at approximately 56% of its' potential. That means that most homeowners are paying almost double what they should to operate their systems. As far as we are concerned that's not acceptable. We are the premier contractor in Orange County and we strive to do right by our customers.

Our mission is to provide high quality, client orientated, fairly priced, engineering, installation and service of commercial and residential heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. We define high quality as correctly identifying the problem, selecting the proper solution, and completing the work right the first time. We define client oriented as working in the client's best interest and exceeding the client's expectations. We define fairly priced as providing pricing that is fair to both Airwest and the client.

You wouldn't think about operating your car without periodic maintenance. How about your heating and cooling system? You might not run your heating and cooling system as much as your car, but it is still important to maintain it in order for it to operate at peak efficiency.
No one likes to have their heating or cooling system fail, and especially when you need it most. You can contact us 24/7 to schedule one our service technicians to come out and repair your system. With our fully stocked trucks chances are we can get your system back in operation in no time.
The success or failure of your new heating and cooling system primarily depends on the quality of the installation contractor. Buying a new heating and cooling system is a very important financial decision. What you pay to buy and install the new equipment is only a small portion of the total cost. Overtime, the combined costs of owning and operating a system far exceed the initial cost of buying it.
We provide a wide vaiety of control options for your heating and cooling system. These range from simple non-programmable thermostats to thermostats that you access via the internet, ipad or iphone. Let us know what level of control you desire and we can design a control system to fit your needs.

The process of selecting the proper air conditioning system for your home is not as easy as it might seem. We start by surveying your home to determine things like wall and window areas, window coverings, insulation levels, and orientation on the site. We take these measurements and enter them into a computerized cooling load calculation software program (Manual J) to determine the proper size of your system.
We can determine exactly how well your present system is operating. We can evaluate your present system and make recommendations to improve its' efficiency. We can then keep it working at peak performance with our periodic maintenance program.

His persistence paid off and he was able to fix a problem that certainly didn't have an easy solution. I gave him high marks! Hopefully you won't be hearing from me in a long time, unless of course it is via a referral.

All Airwest employees from the owner on down with whom I had contact have been very friendly and knowledgeable. Now that the temperatures have gone up, my equipment is very much appreciated and is working great.

I recently had to replace a 25 - 30 year old heating unit in my Garden Grove home. From the first meeting with their sales person through picking which heating unit was appropriate for my home, I felt I was being treated with respect and professionalism. They worked with me on the financing. As for the installation? They arrived on time, prepared the work area and kept the disruption to a minimum. I am completely happy with their work, the unit we agreed on and the financing!
