Tyler was great! He had what was needed for the repair on his truck, bc we own common brand unit, and our house temp was stepped from 85 down to 75 in an hr's time. I strongly recommend these guys. In addition, Roxanna was the bomb. She was incredibly nice and easy to talk with about our home HVAC concerns. Please call them before anyone else.

Every - literally every - service call has been on time, professionally done, priced reasonably, nothing extra, by a courteous and knowledgeable technician. Rarely have I found an established business of AirMax's size that can deliver consistent service like they do. I highly recommend this company. Great value, exceptional results.

I just had the best experience with an HVAC service contractor in a decade. I chose Airmax for replacement of my two 20 year old Trane air handlers and compressors. After interviewing four different installers, I chose AirMax after a very comfortable interview with Heins Meeks from the sales department. For the install, AirMax sent out D.J. and Ethan who I could not have been more pleased with.

They were professional and focused on the quality of their install from the very beginning. They very very protective of our house and covered our white carpet with plastic and our hardwood floors with cardboard from the new units. Their technical expertise was impressive and they answered all my questions patiently. From what I saw they made every effort to do things the right way and helped me link my phone to these new communicating variable speed HVAC units. DJ and Ethan were the best, and I could not have been happier with the way this two day install came out. Congrats to DJ and Ethan and AirMax. This is a qualtity operation from top to bottom.

From start to finish working with Airmax was excellent. Every team member we interacted with was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all questions. The install team - Lorenzo, Howie, and Nick were awesome. Super nice guys, very professional, and did an excellent job installing and explaining the system. And oh, by the way, most reasonably priced of any of the 6 quotes we received.

Airmax installed the new systems for our home on Page's Creek in the Porter's Neck area, and they did an A+ job. As with any new system, some adjustments had to be made after the original install. Their response has been fast, and their technicians have been super friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. We also had a warranty issue, and they handled it in the best way possible for us which is what compelled me to write this review -- to say thanks.

I'm usually not a big fan of annual maintenance contracts, but with these guys I felt like it was definitely the right move. Given the importance of AC, especially July through September, and also in this crazy market where there can be a lot of fly-by-night subcontractors, we feel fortunate to have found Airmax. Thanks guys.

I'm very satisfied with the HVAC installation Airmax did for me. They installed right before Christmas, and had it done in one day. The installers, Howie and Lorenzo, along with the others who helped were terrific. They were all extremely polite and professional. I really appreciated that they were tidy as well. I highly recommend Airmax. They charged less than O'Brien's quote, and I discovered that they offer two visits per year compared to O'Brien's one visit for the annual maintenance agreement.

Great work. Attention to detail. Neat and tidy, professional install by workers. Shout out to Tyler for a superb job with the latest work order. Polite and accommodating, AirMax answered all my questions, and checked their work afterwards. Made a few minor tweaks, which I requested only after the work was accomplished and in good working order, as I had forgotten to ask for them ahead of time. AirMax replaced our worn out, oversized, 17 year old Trane, 3 ton unit 12 Seer and Air Handler units, with more a much more efficient, Trane variable speed, 2.5 ton 17 Seer and Air Handler. Zero problems.

Best install and work I've seen, dealing with six other HVAC companies in the area during the past two decades in the SE region here. Thanks to AirMax Owner Mr. Beecham and staff for followup, coordination and latest install of a new condensate line (once a constant source of trouble) - also making sure I wasn't sold a unit too large for my square footage, as happened last fall with another company in Wilmington. Airmax and crew are looking out for their customers. And it shows! Highest recommendation for AirMax installs, repairs and modifications, estimates. George

Loved that the two young men from Airmax Heating & Cooling Inc. placed paper on all our floors.and wore shoe coverings when replacing our HVAC! One even swept up the kitchen. I told him not to worry as I love cleaning. He said "it's wrong to have you pay us for a system and we leave you with a mess".and he is just 19 years old. He has been trained well! Excellent service at a reasonable price. Thank you!
