8-24-18 I contacted Scott Casseday of AirePros LLC on 2 separate furnace and AC quote requests in the past 3 months and drove him crazy in both instances with my million questions. Not once did he give me the impression that I was bothering him because he's a professional. Both times I found him exceptional in his willingness to provide the utmost personal attention and followup.
He was never late for appointments, and explained everything in layman's terms in answering every question for me to make an informed and comfortable decision. AirePros LLC is a perfect example of a home grown company that has excellent customer relations and service equal to, or surpassing, the 'Big Guys' in the Peoria/Phoenix, AZ area. Although I didn't buy from Scott in neither instance, I strongly urge you to put AirePros LLC on your list of companies to call.
I will be recommending him to everyone asking for a good, honest and upfront Heating & AC company in a heartbeat. Scott, I didn't buy from you, but you proved to me that there are still companies out there that place your customers first.
