My AC went down on Sunday at midnight. Went on line and scheduled a visit. Martin was fantastic. He called at 9AM and was here at 9:15. diagnosed the problem did the repair. Had the AC up and running by 10:00AM. I will be using them again when needed. I will also ask for Martin. Great customer service. Service: A/C system repair

Martin came out and fixed our AC unit. We have two babies and our house was very hot and we were very worried about our kids safety. Martin went out of his way to help our family in a tough spot. Very kind and knowledgeable. He was able to get our system back up and cooling and most of all allow our babies to have a safe cool place to sleep. I'm very grateful for Martin.

Although our AC died on a Sunday during a heatwave, I was happy to be able to make an appointment via the AirCO website for someone to come out the next day. Junior was great! He arrived on time, promptly diagnosed the problem, and was able to fit us into his busy schedule to get us back up and running sooner. Highly recommended!

We've had a contract with Airco for a couple of years now and they always provide the best service. Very professional and courteous. My air conditioner stopped cooling suddenly and I had company coming that weekend so I needed it fixed quickly. I called Airco at 7pm on a Tuesday, and within 10 minutes Tony P. was at my house ready to assess the situation. He was very professional and walked me through the issue and fix. He answered all my questions, and I appreciated how upfront he was about pricing and the different options I had. I will definitely be using Airco again!

We have been using AIRCO for many years for installation, maintenance, seasonal check-ups and repair of our heat and AC. The employees are knowledgeable and communicate how to properly maintain the systems for maximum efficiency and longevity. Long story short, really like this company, from the estimators, installers to the service manager. They did everything right, help solve a circulation issue and two years later, my house is still cool on 105 degree days.

These folks have always been awesome. I purchased my air conditioning and heating units from them. They do not pressure me into a particular product, offered my a 5% discount to pay by check or cash, great financing when I can't pay by check or cash, offer service plans. They are always able to come out asap to fix a problem. I have referred friends to them, who have also been very happy.

Our AC broke yesterday (Mid July, record breaking heat) and these folks came right out and diagnosed the problem. Turns out we burned out our fan and the motor needed replacing.
Well, they had the part in stock and because the system was under warranty and they were an authorized Lennox service center, the parts were covered. There was a $389 labor charge which seemed a little steep, but working in the attic for 2 hours seemed to justify it- plus, are you really going to shop around if you're AC is out?
