Had new HVAC installed about 13 yrs ago from Air Quality who was the only Company that answered my question, What do you recommend for this house, honestly. Have had yearly maintenance done since installation. Have had no major issues. Some minor problems have occurred and Air Quality has corrected them without charging additional service charges, The owner, Matt, has been out several times to check on his people's work and correct a couple of issues. Very good professional service. Can't go wrong using this Company for your HVAC needs

Air Quality installed a replacement furnace/air conditioning Carrier brand unit in 2004. The workmanship was outstanding along with excellent customer service. Our annual tune-ups are done by competent, trustworthy, and courteous people. They are definitely on time and leave the premises as clean or even cleaner when the job is finished. The cost is very competitive and reasonable especially given the quality of service. I would definitely recommend giving Matt a call. You won t be disappointed.

Matt's team was on time, efficient, professional and easy to communicative with. They did a great job installing an AC and replacing my old furnace, and thoroughly cleaned up after the job was completed. Very happy with their high quality work. :

Matt guided us through a big (for us) project, replacing our old furnace and duct work. In the conception/planning phase he showed us all alternatives, laying out pros and cons without being pushy. We ultimately went with a heat pump instead of a traditional furnace/AC combination. Matt has great people, the install went without a snag, and the inspection by the city was totally uneventful. We appreciated that we were always kept up to date, with quick great follow up and great follow through.

Air Quality added an A/C unit to my existing furnace. Matt was very helpful in outlining the options for the equipment. The installation was performed quickly and efficiently with excellent workmanship and attention to detail. They corrected errors made by the furnace installer, a different company, and installed a new thermostat that was not included in the original statement of work.

They did an excellent job in cleaning up when the job was complete. In the end, they did more work at lower cost than the other bids, with all the work being done to the highest standard.

Air Quality Heating & Air Conditioning replaced my 60 year old plus heating system in November 2020 with a new furnace, new air conditioning unit along with new ducts and vents. Matt is a stand up guy, a straight shooter who can be trusted and one that also provided me with good options for my project In addition, Matt's crew did a fantastic job of completing my job on time with high quality and at a very fair price.

The workmanship was outstanding, the workers cleaned up at the end of each day and were very courteous. I highly recommend Matt's company and crew for any of your HVAC needs as I am an extremely pleased customer.

We just had a Mitshubishi Mini-split installed by Matt and his crew. The installation went smoothly. Our Mini-split was placed on an interior wall in our master bedroom on the second floor. It presented a bit of a challenge to minimize the visibility of the drainage and wiring. Matt and team accomplished the work in 5-6 hours and the result was exactly what we requested.

The Mini-split works well. The inspection by City of San Jose went smoothly and the permit was approved without question. I will call Air Quality in the future for HVAC work.

Matt and his crew did an incredible job of installing the air condition and heating system in our home. When we mentioned that the original system was very bad because the downstairs office was connected to the upstairs system and we wanted to be able to condition the downstairs bedroom separately from the rest of the downstairs, Matt was able to reconfigure the duct system to give us just what we wanted. Matt and his crew have also kept the system well maintained and if we ever had a problem they were very prompt in coming over and fixing any problems. Also. recently I wanted to connect my iPhone to the system so that I could check its operation and make changes remotely.

I tried unsuccessfully to do this myself and called Matt. He and his helper, Joe came over to help me and now I have that capability. And to top everything off, Matt and his crew are really nice people with great personalities and a pleasure to be around.

When Matt gave us the estimate to put gates in our furnace to separate upstairs from downstairs and put in another nest thermostat at the third floor. Him and his crew were nice they were efficient not to mention friendly. The area was clean when they finished. When they had an issue with the program board he kept on until the issue was resolved. They set me up with a preventative maintenance schedule every year to make sure everything is working the way it should. I would recommend Air Quality to anyone in need of service.

Air Quality installed for me full house 3-zone AC, full house Hepa filter, furnace and replaced all ducts at a very competitive price. I had the system for 12 years and am amazed with the equipment quality and reliability and with how professional and helpful Air Quality staff was every time I needed air filter changed. My system worked perfectly 24/7 during some of the hottest summers in the past years! I continue recommending their service and products to my friends.

I had Matt install my carrier AC and furnace. His bid was way lower than Sears and Air Quality is Diamond Certified. Matt was friendly, took time to explain all model features, filters, etc, answered questions and explained what he would do to meet electrical, gas and building codes since I wanted the work done with permits.

Taking off one star as the AC condenser was advertised as 17 SEER rating but the one installed was a little less.

I have given Matt the contract also for annual maintenance, filter replacement and check the furnace/ AC is maintained to keep the 10 year warranty on the carrier unit. Other than that I highly recommend Air Quality for all your HVAC needs
