I have several rental properties in the Phoenix area and everytime I need air conditioning service, I call Air Dynamics! They come when they say they will and give a complete assessment on the unit. Each time, I have been happy with their honesty and friendliness. They don't try to upsell you or tell you need something you don't need. I have used them at least 6 and will continue to use them.

I had Air Dynamics check out my roof top system awhile back, but was not a Yelp member at the time. They were recommended by two friends who use them for maintenance on their a/c and evap systems. The gentleman that checked the unit out did not try to sell me anything other than suggest that because of the age of the house, I look into the duct inspection and repair program that SRP supports. Even told me about the SRP rebate.
