When our AC went out suddenly, we called our normal Heating and AC company. They spent 4 hours trying to diagnose the problem, didn't fix the issue as they claimed, then tried to sell us a full new AC system replacement. A good friend referred us to New Balance to help get the issue resolved, and we couldn't be happier. When I called them (on a holiday weekend), the manager (David) willingly juggled around some of their recurring maintenance jobs in order to fit me in that day.

When their tech (Jim) arrived just as promised, he had diagnosed the issue within 30 minutes. He located a wire that was probably never reconnected by the first technician (my guess, in order to sell us a full new unit.). So we went from the prospect of spending several thousand dollars on a new AC unit, to paying just a minimal service fee for New Balance to fix the issue and reconnect the wire.

In addition, the tech was fantastic, and very educational. This small company deserves your business. Trustworthy and very impressive. Thanks New Balance. You have a customer for life!

We contacted Sam Kelly and the team at New Balance A/C for a problem with heating in our Woodlands location. They showed up on time and took care of the problem in spite of the unit being old. They replaced it all in one day and it is working great. It was a pleasure to deal with them and I highly recommend them for any AC Heating issue. TB

New Balance makes you feel like they're doing the work for a family member! The care and meticulousness that goes into the service they provide is immeasurable - not to mention the safety precautions taken to make us feel comfortable during a pandemic. Jim is actually in my attic as I write this, and has encountered several challenges to which his reply continues to be, "Don't worry, I'll fix it." This level of customer care is unmatched! And to think he only came out for our routine AC & Heat check on our system. We would never consider calling anyone else.

Very professional relative to other similar providers. Honest and very clear. There might be some who say they're a bit cheaper, but you get what you pay for.

The New Balance team (especially Sam Kelly) did a great job! They're honest people, which is hard to come by these days. They're also knowledgeable, prompt, and everyone was extremely easy to work with. They helped us get back into our home after Hurricane Harvey and even followed up with us for maintenance. If I could give them 10 stars I would, they definitely went above and beyond for us and for that, I can't thank you enough.

I have been a New Balance A/C customer for over 10 years. They have always offered great service and products. Over the years I have purchased two A/C units (upstairs and downstairs) as the builder grade units in my house eventually failed and installed a mini-split in my detached garage/bonus room. If I could give more stars, I would! Over the past two weeks we've needed last minute ac repairs and/or replacements on two different properties - and Sam and his awesome crew delivered! Called Sam at New Balance in a last resort to get a new HVAC to complete a difficult vent hood install. Two very reputable HVAC companies quoted me costs for a double walled vent, which Sam said was not warranted. His bid was the cheapest and when it came to inspection, we passed with flying colors after getting red tagged the first time. Sam and his team even cleaned up some sloppy work by a previous vendor. Sam Kelly and the New Balance HVAC team is now our preferred HVAC company. They are efficient, competitive on price, on time and honest.

Talk about service. These people know what they are doing and do it well. They are not your cheap fly by night a/c service techs but they do it right the first time and know what they are talking about. Highly recommend for those who want quality service.
