Air Comfort Technologies

Its a Sunday night, after 8pm and our AC unit goes out. I call our normal repair service and they want $300 just to show up at this hour so we tell them we can wait until the next day. At 9am I get a call telling me they dont service our area any more and good luck. I called four service companies based on customer reviews of 4.5+ stars out of 5 and 50+ reviews.

Two wont come to my area and two were going to take a day or two to get here. Called Air Comfort and they told me they could squeeze me in between 2pm - 4pm. The conformation email changed that to between 1pm - 3pm and they arrived around 12 noon. The technician not only fixed my problem but ran a quick check to see if there were any other problems.

He patiently answered all my questions and gave me a military discount on my bill as well. Air Comfort will definitely be the first I call next time I need heating / AC help. Superior service, quick response time, professional demeanor. What else can you ask for.

I had a new furnace and AC installed last fall after many estimates from other companies. My experience with Air Comfort Technologies was excellent. The outdoor AC unit needed to be moved because it was on a hill. They were willing to relocate the AC to my patio. They removed all of the old pipes, wires, and caulked the opening. The new outdoor work is aesthetically pleasing, all of the tubing is covered with a white conduit AC line cover.

Everything was caulked to ensure an insect and water-proof seal. When he did the install, he adjusted the blower speed and now I can actually feel air coming out of the vents into the room. The Trane system that was installed is running much more efficiently than my old unit (as expected). I turned the AC on for the first time last week and I didn't know what I was missing out on until now!

We couldn't be happier with choosing this company to replace our heating and air conditioning system! They came over to do maintenance on our 25+ year old furnace to confirm it finally bit the dust, so Chris helped us with choices for what best fit our budget, and this new system is amazing! USA made, and the install from start to finish was done so perfect.

I was impressed with Air Comfort overall. They performed a complete renovation of my entire HVAC system including new zoning ductwork. Chris was very thorough in his recommendations and willing to answer any questions I had during the initial consultation. He and Gideon both arrived promptly each day to perform the work, were professional during the installation, and continually consulted me with any challenges that arose during the process.

They installed quality Trane products and performed the work at a very reasonable price. They also stand behind their work with an extended warranty that most other companies were not offering. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to repair or replace your current heating or AC.

Our Tech, Gideon was professional and courteous, and answered any questions we had. He performed regular maintenance on our HVAC. Good company with great prices, especially if you sign up for their annual maintenance contract.

Chris is a rare find as a service technician. He explains things to you and is very courteous. I felt very comfortable around him and he answered all my questions. We had him work on our central air unit about a year and a half prior to this appointment. It was a no brainier who I was calling when my furnace started acting up. I would recommend this company to everyone. Five stars.

Quick to respond and very professional. They are small so I don't think they work on commercial sized equipment or do plumbing but my elderly neighbor said they are responsive and did good work at his house in York.

They gave me an approximate time and then called me half an hour before they showed up. Chris O. Showed up right on time. He put on foot covers so that he didn't track anything into the house. After a very thorough evaluation of the furnace he found the problem. He continued his examination to make sure that there were no other issues. He was very courteous and professional.
