We have used AGB several times throughout the past few years on a variety of appliances. We have always found them to be honest, punctual, and reasonably priced! Thank you, Andrei!

Andrew spent alot of time analyzing our problem with the refrigerator. He was here over 30 minutes checking everything out. When he found the problem, he repaired it until the new parts come in. He made sure the water dispenser worked and then he cleaned up and explained what happened and what he needed to do to fix it. He promptly ordered the part and said he'd notify us as soon as the part came in. We were very happy with our 1st experience

Andrew showed up in a timely fashion. He was courteous and was quickly able to diagnose and fix our dishwasher issue. Not looking forward to having any future issues with the appliances in our home, but should the occasion arise we will definitely be calling AGB. Service: Dishwasher repair

Our Technician Andrew was very diligent and forthright. Our side by side Samsung was not cooling on the refer side and they scheduled a timely appointment to service. The coils were frozen over and the drain was blocked. He spent a good amount of time to defrost and clear the lines and get it back up and running. Fair price. Great Service!

I received a service call from the company as a part of my warranty company request. The technician came on time and provided me feedback on what needed to be done. When I try to follow up the next day on the status my warranty company told me that they were waiting for information from the technician which had not been received yet. Felt was getting the runaround but AGB appliances reached out to me directly showing how they had sent the information right away and that the warranty company was likely stalling.

He was kind enough to give me details on everything and also advised me to reach out to the manufacturer directly as my refrigerator was in warranty. Provided options that I appreciate highly.

I had the best experience with this company. They communicated well before and during the appointment. The tech was on time and very polite and professional. He knew what he was doing and quickly and efficiently resolved my problem with my dishwasher and took the time to explain to me what the problem was. He also gave me helpful advice to maintain my dishwasher.

He also wore shoe covers which is a huge thing I notice when technicians come inside my home and have to do work. I think it shows such courtesy when they are aware of that because I don't want to mop when they leave everytime.

We have used this firm before and so impressed, we call them again. Something snapped in our dishwasher. He came the next day, on time and quickly solved the problem. He had to go back to the warehouse to get a part and was back in 20 minutes. All fixed. He cleaned up and the invoice was as promised. Very polite, professional and texted us to keep us informed.

I called AGB during the holidays and they responded quickly and were able to get to me in a timely manner. They repaired my oven and found some faulty wiring which was a real fire hazard. Availability was awesome. The problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed within 45 mins. No parts needed. The only issue I had was the dispatcher told me service charge would be $70 plus parts, The charge was $190. Service: Washer/dryer repair

They did an excellent job fixing my refrigerator. Very professional and even came back a few days later to check the temperature and made sure the thermostat was working.

Sergey was very professional. He was open and honest. Wasn't sure if he could find a part for my old washer. He did some research and found it locally and gave me price the same day then booked the repair for the very next day. He arrived on time and cleaned everything up before he left. Technician arrived prior to the scheduled time. Diagnosed the problem with my LG washing machine in 2 minutes. Bad pump Had a new pump on his truck and had it replaced inside of an hour. First time customer with this company and I will definitely use them in the future

I called several appliance repair businesses and no one could come for at least a week! I called AGB and they had someone at my house within an hour and a half! Their service call charge was far more reasonable than the others I called and it was rolled into the cost of the repair if you had them do the repair. It didn't take long to fix it and my dishwasher is back as good as new! Will certainly use them again.

An absolutely professional company! Andrew was incredibly informative and helpful! He went above and beyond and even helped us in our dealings with the manufacturer! He was able to save us 50% off of our new appliance from the manufacturer as well.

The AGB tech came to our home to repair our dishwasher on time as scheduled, calling ahead to let us know he was on his way. After taking a look at the crumbling rubber sheet under the unit's door, he explained that it was for increased sound proofing (we hadn't noticed any additional noise) and he wouldn't bother replacing it if it were his. We agreed.

He was out and done in five minutes didn't even charge for a service call. We appreciated his honesty and waiving the service call fee. We will certainly call AGB Appliance Repair again when we have a need!

Andrew was great! He came out, diagnosed the issue, and ordered the part. He called to say the part would be in Friday, and he could install on Saturday. I told him I wouldn't be home Saturday, so maybe Sunday or Monday? He said he would make sure he had the part Friday, and then call to schedule. So on Friday evening, around 5:30, he texted and said he had the part and could be at my house to install within the hour! I said sure, and that was that! Great service, and he had a good sense of humor too. Very pleased.

Andrew was extremely efficient, professional, and very communicative. He fixed our whirlpool stove/cooktop. Other appliance technicians advised for us to just buy a new cooktop, but Andrew was able to fix it and did a fantastic job! Highly recommend, Andrew!

I knew I had a part that was broken, and when I asked AGB what the replacement cost of that part was they told me. The other companies I reached out to said that they'd charge X upfront just to come out and look but that they all refused to give me a quote on the replacement part. How are you supposed to know if repair or replacement is the right route if companies refuse to answer basic questions? AGB Appliance Repair honestly answered my questions even if it ran the risk of them losing business, and I was more than happy to choose them in the end. They came out in a timely manner, replaced my broken components, and explained what they were doing and why every step of the way. Couldn't ask for a better repair company.

Was right on time. Came in and immediately diagnosed what was wrong. The issue is actually under warranty. So friendly! We will absolutely use again! Highly recommend!

I so totally recommend these guys they did such an amazing job and didn't take quite long as soon as I made my appointment they arrived on time and looked at what was wrong and knew then and there what the problem was. The appointment was simple and they had a qualified technician scheduled on the same day. The technician was responsive and thorough. He recommended an approach and shared the details on why he rationalized the approach. All in I would call AGB for any future appliance repair requests.

Our samsung ice maker was having problems for along time, it got prozen, leeks and hardly made ice, We took few quotes for repair or replacing it and AGB replied quickly and gave is the best price by far for a new ice maker, in few days we had new ice maker and finally could've enjoy ice again!

They did a great job of repairing and older dryer I had. Had some issues after the fact and the owner made sure he got it right. Would recommend if looking to repair an older machine.

I had a ice maker fail on a 22 year old refrigerator. i called first thing in the morning, and expected to be told they would be there 2-3 days later. I was able to schedule a late day appointment, and was requested to send a picture of the model number. it was almost 7 when he showed up. He was polite, asked the needed questions and went to work, quickly confirming the issue. i was told the price before starting, and an hour later, everything was working again.

Upon leaving, there was no mess. polite and friendly at all times. I didn't expect him to still work so late and do such a good job. Overall, very pleased with the work done, and for future appliance repair, this will be the first number i call.
