The crew was prepared and were experienced at their job (Duct Work/Cleaning). The scheduling process was very good, surprised the appointment availabilty was when I was ready to schedule. I was very satisfied with the workmanship done on my ducts and they did a good job

Affordable Service replaced our evaporative cooler with an American Standard Refrigerated Air System on 11/8/2021. We didn't need to use it until May of 2022, and by then we were not sure that the unit was working properly. Ron answered most of our questions on the phone and scheduled Patrick Tipton to visit us in person about a week later. Patrick called before he arrived and was able to arrive sooner that our scheduled window. Patrick verified that our unit is working properly and even applied an additional layer of duct seal paste around the outside condenser.

He explained in detail how refrigerated air works and told us exactly how to program our thermostat to provide us with a cooling at maximum efficiency. Patrick is professional, knowledgeable, and patient with an old guy like me with lots of questions. This is the second time we have contracted with Affordable Service. On February 14, 2018. Tony and his crew installed a ne water heater. Tony, like Patrick, explained in great detail how to operate our new hot water heater and even modified it to include an easy to use valve so I could drain the water heater twice each year.

Heat to swamp cooler changeover. My first time using Affordable Service. I highly recommend. Responded to a service request within 1 business day. Set up appointment window, techs arrived well within window. Very old cooler, turned out belt obsolete. Tech attempted local distributors, no go. Found out of state; arranged for shipping. Installed old belt to get by until new arrival.

Install of new belt to be done without my presence needed. Belt arrived next day tech installed and called to let me know it was done. Fabulous! If you need HVAC call Affordable Service!

Kurt and crew were at my home the same day I called about my leaking water heater. Kurt explained everything about my aging HVAC system and was patient and informative about the problem with the water heater. The crew worked long and carefully with a difficult job. They are quite familiar with the Air cycler system ( not my experience with other contractors!) I happily recommend Affordable Plumbing. Thanks!

I called affordable service to get a burst pipe fixed. They had a technician come out to my house and give me a quote. The Affordable Service technician said to go ahead and buy the parts at lowes. The next day I called the technician because he was late to come install the parts, except this time the technician didnt answer. Aparently he was fired the day after coming into my home! now I am stuck with these parts and still have water shut off and a burst pipe. THANKS FOR NOTHING!

Bill was our technician, and he was amazing! We had a couple issues with an older furnace that took a couple visits to determine the problem(s) and get it repaired. He was tenacious in finding the problem (fuses, board, transformer, etc.) that required an after-hours call, installing new replacement parts and working until our furnace was functioning properly. He also found a hole in the ductwork that could have been leaking carbon monoxide. EEK! Really impressed and grateful for their service.

Super affordable, friendly, professional and quick! Kurt came out and did an estimate to repipe under my kitchen sink and install a new garbage disposal for me on Monday. I was very happy with the estimate and said let's do it! Tuesday, Kurt and Travis came out and took care of everything in only an hour and a half! It all looks amazing and works perfectly. I am very pleased with the service I received and am happy to recommend them to anyone that asks! Thank you guys!

Kurt came out to install a new bathroom sensor faucet, and to repair an outside faucet. He was kind, friendly, professional, very knowledgeable. He explained things to me also which I appreciated. Tony and Kevin R. arrived early within the appointment window. I recieved a call prior to their arrival. Tony provided me with an estimate within minutes. It was over 5K less than an estimate I was given by a competitor less than a week ago. The issue was a leaky pipe above my water heater, not the pipes, water heater and regulator of my previous quote. Tony and Kevin R. installed quality brass pipes and fittings.

They also made sure the expander was installed correctly, previously it was not. All was completed within an hour and a half. Thank you for fast, friendly and honest service!
