Came out to inspect the central air unit and the tech found out that the thermostat was bad. He wanted to charge me $400+ for a $21.88 thermostat. I paid the $79 service call fee and sent him on his way. After leaving this review aTiffany(staff member) calld me and harassed me for leaving this review saying it's false statement as it's not the thermostat they are charging me that much for, it's the professionalism of the tech.

After the tech came to my my place. I called the office and asked why so high of a price to replace the thermostat, she said for labor and the thermostat. She was warned I was leveing a negative review and she told me to go ahead.so that I did. I will not tolerate harassment from this company. 8-27-2021 day 2 of the company calling me. This time it was Tom calling me asking if I had time to talk because Tiffany is not trained to speak to upset customers, Well she should have never called me than.

He than asked if he could give me my $79 service fee money back to remove this negative review. I told him NO, I will enjoy my working unit with my cheap thermostat that fixed the problem and that his employer told me to enjoy and wished me the best lof uck with my cheap thermostat.

Words are not enough to explain my appreciation for this business, but I'll try my best. I run a business and the AC has been out for 3 days. All other initial options would not show up to the set appointment and then would refuse to answer a single one of my calls. This incredible business with genuine people that want their customers to be taken care of were on point!

I called and within just a couple of hours they came to the spot, repaired the problem and had me back in business. I couldn't have asked for better people and they were extremely reasonable on their pricing. You guys definitely have my business for the foreseeable future and will have my recommendation to anyone and everyone looking to have AC work. After a brief conversation on the phone, they had a service technician out in basically no time. Our tech was Ryan, who was very professional and knowledgeable, not to mention courteous and friendly. He was able to get to the root of the issue quickly, and gave us a clear no-nonsense explanation of all our options. The pricing was about what you can expect with these types of repairs; we needed some electronics replaced in the furnace which is not cheap, but all in all I felt like the cost was very fair. I highly recommend Ryan at Advanced Air Conditioning.
