As usual Dustin and his crew provided outstanding service. Response time was amazing and Travis was very professional and proficient. Travis demonstrated high knowledge of his trade and diagnosed the problem within minutes. He was very detailed in his explanation of the issue and provided me with options to correct the issue. Very professional and reliable. Their service is amazing! I love that I receive a text reminder with a picture and review of the tech that's scheduled to arrive for your appointment. We ended up using them to replace our system and were very pleased. Pricing was competitive, and after the install they sent someone out to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction.

The technician that came out to give us an estimate on the "issue"that our renters were having with our heater was very thorough and professional. When we got the quote I called the office to ask for an explanation of prices and services, the lady on the phone was very rude and short with me to the point where I felt so uncomfortable I needed to hang up.

I was merely asking why a $10 part to replace cost $600 I was asking how long it would take to do the repair and she said it was just a flat rate and that's what it cost what it cost. So I called another company and they came out and told me there was nothing wrong with the furnace and that it did not need repair. The furnace has worked fine ever since.

I feel that this company was scamming me because I was out of town and this is a rental property. The renters that were using the house at the time simply did not know how to operate the thermostat properly. I paid them their $135 service call but I'm glad I didn't get scammed for the $600.

We've had two other AC companies come out in the last four years, and all they wanted to do was to sell us another unit, even though the AC unit was only 8 years old at the time. It seems a lot was always wrong with the AC. Two years after we got the new unit, the surge protector was recalled. We never replaced the surge protector, until yesterday when ACS came out to do maintenance.

The only thing wrong was we needed a new surge protector, which we replaced at $100.00 less than the other companies had quoted us. ACS stated our unit was older, but everything was running good. We have found an air conditioning company that we now trust. Thank You Travis W. for being honest!

Came home to a hot house, called several companies and some could not make it same day and one other was to call me back with appointment time. After waiting I called ASC at 3:50 and was told there was someone in the area, he arrived within the hour. Very professional and ac was fixed and working within 20 minutes. I also liked that when I called I didnt have to talk with answering service first.

Had one air conditioning unit replaced, and another moved so that my pool dig could occur Both Matthew Arcarage and William Myers were professional, responsive, and obviously experts at what they do. Hard workers! I appreciate what they did to get my new Daiken unit up and running. Ryan foreman was the consultant and he was very knowledgable and thorough(professional).

Another gentleman did some calibration and he was also good at what he does- Kevin. Addendum- 6 months later the unit turned off. Clawed ACS and they sent Manny Borboa out to take a look. He determined that a condensation problem was causing the auto cut off to turn the unit off. He adjusted the piping to make the water flow out to the outside more efficiently. ZERO CHARGE. There guys are good!

ACS saved us. We had our 6 year old Trane system suffer a catastrophic failure when the system's capacitor (within the condenser) melted down in the middle of the night and melted all the wiring. The condenser was dead - all while in the middle of a epic, record-breaking heatwave. I called ACS at 6am and they were here by 11am the same day. Incredible.

They diagnosed the problem, worked with us on options for our problem, and we had a new condenser up and running within 48 hours. Jon the technician was incredible; friendly, professional, and a very hard worker. ACS also provided us with two portable AC units to use while we were waiting for the new unit to be installed. This saved us and our pets from having to stay somewhere else.

To those reading this. fair warning: read the fine print in your warranty for your AC system and see if it requires annual preventive maintenance to remain valid. We did not have annual maintenance, and our warranty for our $11,600 Trane heat pump system required it. Thus, we suffered a huge financial loss after just six short years for something that could have been diagnosed early and been a non-issue. Don't make the same mistake.

ACS provided excellent technical and customer-oriented service in the installation of a heat pump and a mii-split in our older, split-level home. The work crew demonstrated strong mutual respect for one another and exhibited a real team spirit and pride in their performance. This company knows its products, trains and supports its work crews and fosters a climate conducive to high morale. I am very satisfied with both the process and the outcome.
