Since our customers should expect to receive 100% of the value they've invested in, we offer a No Lemon guarantee. Simply stated, as long as you invest in, and keep your Scheduled Maintenance Agreement continuous, if the compressor in your air conditioner fails twice in the first five years, we will install a complete and new outside unit. If the heat exchanger in your furnace fails in the first ten years, we will install a new one. If you have ever bought a lemon before, youll truly appreciate our commitment to your long-term satisfaction.

We are available to service your furnace and/or air conditioner 365 days a year, day and night. We dont take a vacation. Since we are a service company, we have a staff of highly trained service professionals on call 24-hours a day. What that means to you is that we will come to your home and make any necessary repairs 24-hours a day. Even if its Christmas, we are there for you. (Additional charges apply for after-hour and holiday calls.)

The entire team from Jeremy, Dale, Mel, Skyler and Rochelle - were absolutely amazing! The service, products and price are simply unbeatable. All of my questions were answered and they took the time to resolve any issues or challenges I had moving forward in the process. No need to look any further - this company far exceeds the competition on every level. And it was important to me - that the staff had diversity - both in office and on site. So glad I chose Acosta!

Christian presented himself as very courteous, professional and showed concern regarding wearing of a mask to ensure my safety. He outlined what he was going to perform on my system, inquired where the units were located, then went about his tasks. He kept me informed and then reviewed his findings. Well done. Service call was requested when our heating system stopped working. Acosta rep wanted to see the outside unit and came back in the house, evaluated the issues with the heating system in the attic and gave me three possible solutions as far as repair or replacement. I told him I was not making a decision immediately and needed time to consider the suggested solutions.

At that point he told me I HAD to sign a form stating that I was not going to select Acosta's quote/service. Certainly a good way to lose a potential customer. Later I was on my deck and saw that he placed Acosta stickers on my hvac unit and the electrical box on the house. Acosta did nothing as far as repairs and did not get my business and DID NOT have permission to advertise on my property.

I have no respect for a company that operates that way. I would not recommend Acosta. I had to select at least one star in order to leave my post. I would not give any stars otherwise.

Great experiences both times we've used Acosta. They are professional and will give you the options they recommend, but never push a sale. Had a quote done last year for a new system and now have them for maintenance in our new home. Services: Cleaning, A/C system maintenance, Heating system maintenance

Josh the sales rep came out and was very informative and professional. I decided on the Mitsubishi mini split for a upstairs loft which has never been able to adequately cool and heat due to having so many large windows and only 1 duct coming from a existing hvac. Dale the tech came the following morning along with his helpers to install it. They did a great job. Pleased with this new unit.

We installed two duckless mini splits about 13 years ago, and recently I started having problems with one of them. I decided to look into replacing the unit with a Mitsubishi, which led me to Acosta because they are a Diamond Dealer and I knew they would be experienced in mini splits and this brand in particular. The sales consultant, Matt, came out and reviewed my situation and patiently explained all of my options and gave his recommendations for a new mini split.

He was respectful, friendly and very experienced. Facing extremely cold weather in just two days, he set up the installation quickly so that I'd be warm the night of the cold snap. I was very pleased that things could move so quickly. Matt also explained that even though my other unit was working, it would provide better heat and perform more efficiently if cleaned, and he managed to do that on the same day.

He worked really hard to get it cleaned because no other company had even told me that this was an option, and it had never been cleaned before. Alexis and Carvel replaced the bad unit and were also respectful, friendly and knowledgeable. They were very careful in moving my tv and making sure it got put back in the right place with all of the connections correct. I could not be more pleased with the whole experience and am very glad I chose Acosta.

The technician was great did a fabulous job if rating based just off him I would rate 5 stars. But - it took over a month to get a appointment and supposedly I have "priority scheduling", they cancelled original appointment at last minute, luckily I had some time to reschedule and they sent him out unprepared. He had to wait for the filter to be brought to him.

Duke and John installed a new furnace and AC. Our comfort consultant Jeremy was also involved in the process. We have had Acosta for many years and value the openness and honesty. We maintain a service contract and have always been treated with respect and professionalism from all of the associates at Acosta. We also had our upstairs unit replaced back in the summer time and Acosta took the time to explain all of the options available from immediate repairs to a full replacement. They are very thorough, taking pictures and explaining everything they se. This is all for the benefit of the homeowner to keep systems running efficiently.

They have been the ONLY heating and cooling company I have used since I became a home owner in 1997! Every technician is polite and knowledgeable. They are on time, always call ahead before arriving or if they may be running behind. I have never felt that they charged me unfairly, or needlessly. All the technicians answer my questions are I have really learned a lot from them so that I can keep my equipment at it's best.
