Ace Air

I have used Ace Air for all my heating and a/c services. I even manage rental properties and use Ace Air for any service calls.

Very satisfied with service. I bought a yearly service agreement with Ace Air. Will probably be purchasing new cooling system in near future.

We were in dire shape without AC after I returned home from a surgery. and on Memorial Day Weekend. Our in-laws use ACE Air and recommended them. They managed to get to us on Memorial Day - which was a small miracle in itself! Josh Lavergne was at our house right around the very hottest part of the day and managed to get our system up and running in less than an hour.

He was professional, congenial and incredibly helpful. We had no second thoughts about purchasing the membership straight away to save us from future AC nightmares! And we're already looking to have them install a mini split. Thank you Josh and ACE Air - y'all saved the day! Update 6/16/22: Our old system gave up the ghost despite the efforts of Josh and the ACE team - the old girl was over 20 years old so she had a good run. Josh got us a range of quotes, which were all very reasonable, and we discussed our options.

We had our new unit installed this week. Today we had a snafu with our system and the outside unit stopped running. We were initially very frustrated, but one call to the ACE on call number and two hours later we were back in business. A simple repair to a wire that had just lost connection to inside - and the beautiful new system was back to work keeping us cool in this brutal heat wave. We will recommend ACE to anyone and everyone!

My husband and I bought a home a month ago and the first week the AC ran hot. Our home warranty company sent out someone, not Ace, & they did not resolve the issue. My husband decided to call Ace, who his father used in the past and had a good experience with, and they not only resolve the problem quickly, but they set us up with a extremely affordable maintenance contract. Martin, with Ace, came out today.

He accommodated my time frame, was extreme professional, and took his time explaining what he was doing. In the busy season he also fit in seeing my aunts house to give her an assessment of her unit that's old & been damaged from the storms. This was my first experience with ACE. The service technician Martin was very friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and explained everything to me. He arrived on time, quickly found the problem and replaced the motor in the unit outside. I am a very satisfied first time customer! Purchasing the Shield Plan was well worth the money. I received a coupon offer for a great deal. I called and they were able to come out. It was for an annual tune-up. I also requested for them to install my thermostat. My appointment was for today from 12-2. The service technician called at 10:30 and said he was going to be at my home in 15 minutes. I called my mom so I would not have to leave early.

He offered to even wait. But it worked for us. The company then sent me a text with a picture and information of who the technician would be. Right there was AMAZING customer service. The name of my technician was Josh Lavergne. He was very friendly. He told me about their yearly membership. Which was awesome. We signed up for it. He was very friendly and very good at everything.

He did not try to sell me a new system like another local company did. He did not tell me I needed another vent or to cut my doors like another company did. He was great. Will definitely request him again.

The guy that came by my house was so nice and knowledgeable! He literally fixed my issue with my central a/c within 7 minutes no exaggeration! Pricing was decent and reasonable! Ace has been great. Had an issue today with the heating system - started making strange noises at 5 am. Called Ace at 8 am and they were out and had the problem fixed before noon! My service technician, Jordan, was very communicative and made sure I understood everything he was working on. He explained the issues my system had and what was needed to fix it. Josh Lavergne and his team came to my home to install new air conditioning systems. They were on time and very friendly. They were very professional and took care of my air conditioning needs. One of the supervisors (Josh) showed up to check on the job. He returned when the team found the leak in my existing copper line. He approved the repair and actually repaired the line himself. Ace is an excellent company that offers excellent products, superior work performance, and has an awesome maintenance plan. I highly recommend this plan and this company, as they have been a great company to work with.

Thankful for a company like ACE! This company went above and beyond to accommodate my elderly mother. I can't even begin to describe what they did for her! She now has a working ac, and is even breathing better with the new unit (she is on oxygen). She was so happy. With her health problems as of late, it was so nice to see her smile. Shane, Dwayne, and Nick were all extremely polite and a professional crew.

They worked all day long to help my mother out. Thanks to Josh as well! He was so kind to my mother and she won't stop talking about what "wonderful people" you all were. They were quick friendly and helpful. I've had 3 houses that they have installed new units at and Craig has been awesome and give fair prices for each. They seem to care about their customers. I appreciate consulting with Tanya and the technician. Very good customer service. Did not have to use them because the previous owner stepped in to assist me with my TEV defect. For any future needs they will be the company I call.

Called at 8 am to report the A/C not working. The call was answered by someone in accounting. She pleasently took my call and told me they had a cancellation so she sent a technician out right away. Ben arrived promptly within 30 minutes. He was polite, knowledgeable and professional. He performed a variety of checks and diagnosed the problem. He found the part needed and it was fixed in less than a hour.

Both times I have called I have been seen promptly and they got me up and running in a flash. Very reasonable on prices as well!

They were late getting here (I actually had to call to ask if they were coming). They fixed the problem and checked the system and gone in 30 minutes. I think the price was a little high for 30 minutes and a cheap part, but was expecting the motor to be bad, could have been worse. They must have a high service charge. It has been a while since I had work done so may be going rate, just don't know. I am happy to have it fixed.

What a great company to work with! They were friendly and professional throughout the process. My elderly mother's AC needed repairing, and Jeff not only tried to keep the cost down, but he was very good about keeping me informed about the service calls and the status of her system.
