Our residential program includes a spring and summer service. The benefits of the plan are: lower utility bills, extended equipment life, improved safety, improved cooling and heating capacity, 10% discount on repairs, transferable agreement and priority customer scheduling.

We will service and test: thermostat, replace 1" filter, temperature drop, condenser coil, air flow, electrical connections, amp and voltage draw on motors, refrigerant charge, condensate drain, capacitors, refrigerant leaks, compressor, disconnect box, evaporator coil, blower and control board.

Heating service

We will service and test: thermostat, replace 1" filter, inspect heat exchanger, temperature rise, fan control, safety limits, check for gas leaks, gas valve operation, ignition system, gas pressure, venting, check for carbon monoxide, reversing valves, back up heat elements, sequencers and defrost control.

Thanks AccuAir! Of course my heat would decide to go out the coldest night of the year. Put a call in and they had a repairman come out next day only to find that the unit had ran it's course. They immediately gave me options to fix the old unit and pricing for new unit. We decided to go with the new option and they got the process rolling and had a crew out as soon as possible to complete the work. Extremely reliable company with tremendous people. I have been using them for all my HVAC needs at two different home. Terry has always responded in a very timely matter. My a/c just went out and Terry was out to fix it promptly. Only problem waa the system was 20+ years old. Terry gave me choices to fix the currently outdated unit or replace it. I choose to replace the unit. Terry had a crew dispatched the next morning to install the new unit.

The two men were very professional and made quick work of the job. Remember the unit is in the attic with outside temps over 90. The job was completed very quickly and everything was.cleaned up properly. Job well done Accuair. Thank you Terry and crew.

AWESOME company. Was referred to Bob by a friend and he called me back quickly after I left a message, then had someone at my house only an hour or so later. He fixed the problem, explained everything he was doing in detail, explained all the options for parts and replacements and contacted the manufacturer regarding the warranty for me.
