AC Systems

My system is a Florida Heat Pump water/air unit, ~18 years old, but still works well, in general. I have had several other companies service it over the years. Most of them come out take a quick look at it and tell me it needs to be completely replaced. Granted it is not real pretty on the inside, due to some natural corrosion of the housing. However, the compressor, coils and controls are all intact and in good shape.

Only after insisting that it be serviced and declining full replacement, would these other folks check and service it. Mike Decker arrived on time, LISTENED TO ME, a former telecom engineer, about what I expected, and immediately began to check it out without a sales pitch. Mike is the man I have been hoping for, personable, clean cut, courteous, knowledgeable, what the US Navy refers to as "squared away!" A/C Systems is my "go-to" outfit from now on. Mike did a superb job servicing the system. A++ Very pleased.!

I had experience with this company through my rental management company whom I rent through. They were amazing. The guy who came all 3 times, I think his name was Chris-(can't quite remember), was great. He did a awesome job and answered my 50 million questions. He had a great personality for seeing people face to face. I had a great experience having him in my home and talking to him. Once I own a home, I would come back to this company and ask for him specifically!

This review is 2 years overdue. Trevor has been coming to my house for the past couple of years to complete biannual maintenance on my HVAC system. Nothing crazy, just a good onceover of my HVAC system to make sure that it is operating correctly and efficiently. He has been extremely professional, courteous, and on time. Well technically, he has been a few minutes early each time, so no complaints there.

He has answered all of my questions, took the time to explain how my HVAC system worked, found and fixed a wiring issue with my thermostat that was stopping my heater from working correctly and gave me simple maintenance tips that I could do to make sure that my system continued to work at peak efficiency and help save on my energy bill. If Trevor knocks on your door you are in good hands. It's nice to find a company that prioritizes customer service; thank you again Trevor, I will recommend you and A/C Systems to anyone that needs HVAC service.

Amazing customer service! I am out of state managing my Mother-in-Laws house. We had a time sensitive issue and I was able to schedule and have a technician out to her house quickly. Greg was our technician. He arrived on time and reported promptly what the issue was and fixed it quickly! Very happy we the service I received especially with the stress of being out of state. Great price for service as well!

A/C Systems of Jax has replaced all 3 of my HVAC units. They have always given me the best pricing. Trevor has been out to my house for the ac more times than I can count. To no fault of his own! Our rental company would not approve of the needed repairs right away. He was always able to get it up and running though. We finally are having the coils replaced today and he is very courteous of me working from home. He made sure to give me notice before doing anything loud. I would give him 5 stars for every time he has come out over the years.

Trevor was able to fit us in last minute to repair our heating system, he was very professional and worked very quickly. He made sure I understood the issue and what needed to be done. He was able to fix our heating system within 5 minutes! We are so thankful for Trevor! Also Trevor wore a face mask and practiced social distancing inside of our home which is greatly appreciated! I spoke to A/C Systems of Jacksonville a few months ago regarding an A/C system on a house I was about to close on. They were really knowledgeable and friendly. Shortly after I closed on the house I called them up to start a service plan to come out twice a year to service my A/C unit. I recommend this company to anyone looking for an A/C company.

AC Systems of Jacksonville is a fairly new vendor that began working with our property management company only a few months ago. Since then, they have been an absolute pleasure to work with!
